The whole process of the purchase was easy and smooth. I didn't find any issues, and the website is easy to navigate. I also nearly forgot I had placed an item in my cart and the site reminded me. The tracking was precise and updated often, and the products received are of high quality.

La qualité est moins bonne qur ce que je pensais et la livraison fut tardive. Par contre ce qui est vraiment problématique, c'est le spam, on a beau de desinscrire des listes ou on ne s'est jamais inscrit, il y a toujours du spam qui arrivent... Aujourd'hui j'ai reçu un mail sur mon adresse principale qui est normalement inconnue car j'utilise des alias a mes mails pour tous les services web...

I would like to state first and foremost that, from my research and personal opinion, it seems MotsuToys handpicks the reviews it shows on its products page, refusing to publish reviews showing the flaws in their partners' products.

The reviews are also arranged in a way so that the main rating you will see before entering a product's page or the one you will see first on the page is a review based only on reviews published in your region/language. So less reviews are counted for the average rating they give the product (or, in most cases, the rating is calculated from only one or two "handpicked" -personal opinion- reviews, giving it a higher rating).

I encourage anyone that reads this to do their own research on MotsuToys' website and see for themselves.
I cannot link a datasheet here but it is easy to find out for yourself and compare MotsuToys reviews to other competitors. For context, MotsuToys has been founded in 2008 (16 years at the time of writing this), and most websites of its kind would receive the usual bad reviews (whether they are fair or not, as long as they are factual and respectful).

I have had to contact their customer service about this issue and have been given non-answers and the usual you'd expect from a company lacking transparency on its review system and its moderation. The problem has not been solved yet.

It is important to note that the views expressed here regarding MotsuToys' moderation and handling of its reviews are my views only (although shared by other customers on the internet), but if proven true, these issues are not permitted by some of their operating countries' customer code nor by european standard.

As for my direct experience with them I can only say that their customer service is unhelpful and abysmal when it comes to giving the actual answers you're looking for instead of the usual script they seem to go off of.

The products are bad quality and expensive. I will not mention competitors here out of respect, but a quick google search will lead you to more competent businesses in this domain. Some cheaper, some more expensive, but all better all around.

Die Firma kann man ehrlich empfehlen. Also meinem Testkauf nach wenigstens. Ich habe ein Angobot auf Reservierung für meine Artikel bekommen. Erster Laden ever der das bei mir gemacht hat. Das kann man als guten Service gelten lassen. Bestellung und bezahlung Problemlos. Erhalten was ich bestellt habe und das in unter fünf Tagen. Dafür kann man 5 Sterne geben.

I ordered 2x items from them, they were delivered extremely quickly, well packaged in plain discreet packaging you wouldn't know what was in them. However upon eventually trying the items over the holidays and giving my honest reviews, 1 Item i gave 5 stars as it was great and the other Item i only gave a 1 star review and detailed why. They only published the 5 star review as reviews on their website are moderated. After looking through a lot of their items I only see 4 and 5 star reviews

I've ordered from them several times in the past 3 years.
Bought three onaholes, one onahip, three onahole storage bags, onahole drying/heating sticks and lube.
Never had an issue - the products are good quality, the shipping was fast, and they often send out 15% discount codes via mail.

Ich schreibe hier nun meine Bewertung, da diese bei eKomi scheinbar "verschwunden" ist, denn sie ist bis heute nicht auf der Seite aufgetaucht. Scheinbar möchte man weitere negative Bewertungen vermeiden.

Hier meine Bewertung vom 18.12.2022:

"Habe ebenfalls beim Black Friday zugeschlagen und noch vor 16 Uhr bestellt. Da laut Seite Bestellungen vor 16 Uhr noch am gleichen Tag versendet werden sollen wartete ich auf die Versandbestätigung. Es folgte ganze 3 Tage lang keine. Auch im Account stand die ganze Zeit nur "Verarbeitung". Der Artikel war laut Shop vorrätig. Plötzlich erreicht mich am Morgen des 4. Tags (2:30 nachts um genau zu sein) eine E-Mail von DHL das mein Paket in meiner Nähe sei und heute geliefert wird. Schön, es ist also laut Sendungsverfolgung doch noch am Tag meiner Bestellung verschickt worden. Da hätte ich etwas bessere Kommunikation seitens Motsutoys erwartet.

Paket kam dann an und ja, wie schon von einigen hier beschrieben, war auch meins geöffnet, weil das absolut zu dünne und klebeschwache Klebeband einfach nicht diese dünne Pappe zusammenhalten kann, die ein 3kg schweres Produkt beinhaltet. Zudem war im Paket noch reichlich Spielraum, somit rutschte der Karton innen hin und her. Luftpolsterfolie war nur oben raufgelegt. Absolut mangelhaft. Das ist nicht diskret und sogar ein Grund die Annahme eines Pakets zu verweigern.

Auf der Webseite stand dann einige Tage immer noch "Verarbeitung" bis es letztendlich in "Vollständig" umgeändert wurde. Die Points wurden auch viel zu spät gutgeschrieben, ganze zwei Wochen nach der Bestellung. Zudem gibt es einen Anzeigefehler mit den Points sowie dem Warenkorb.

Leider lässt mich diese Erfahrung nun vorher zwei mal nachdenken hier noch mal zu bestellen."

Eigentlich gab es drei Sterne, aber nun nur noch zwei weil scheinbar nur noch gute Bewertungen durchgewunken werden.

Nachtrag vom 03.03.23:
Motsu Toys hat nun eine neue Seite, auf der mein altes Passwort nicht mehr funktionierte. Gut, macht man ein neues und kann sich wieder einloggen. Trotzdem umständlich und es gab keine informationen darüber.

Die Motsu Points sind auch versimpelt worden, wo man vorher noch 5€ bis 10€ Gutscheine oder kostenlose Taschen etc. eintauschen konnte kann man jetzt nur noch Gutschriften kriegen im Wert 100 Punkte = 1€.

Zudem wird noch über die eKomi Bewertung gelogen. Auf eKomi selbst ist es eine 4,7 (wohl schlechter würden sie nicht nur noch 4 und 5 Sterne Bewertungen durchwinken) aber auf der Motsu Toys Seite selber prahlen sie mit einer 4,9 von 5. Zudem gibt es keine Verlinkung zur eKomi Bewertung, was die Seite einfach nur noch unseriöser macht.

Wer hier also Männerspielzeug aus Japan haben möchte, sollte damit rechnen dieses zwar zu kriegen, aber meist in einem geöffneten Paket ohne Sendungsverfolgung.

Kaufe hier seit Jahren gelegenlich Toys und anderes ein. Die Bestellungen werden relativ schnell versendet und sind bei mir bislang immer angekommen.
Die Qualität der Toys ist besser als bei anderen Seiten.

Der Kundenservice antworter meistens schnell, aber wenn es um Rücksendungen geht, wird auf einmal nicht mehr geantwortet...Ich verstehe die Hygieneregulierungen, aber ich kann Artikel nicht mehr zurückschicken, weil ich den VERSANDKARTON geöffnet habe...? Das finde ich merkwürdig.

Deswegen für mich eher eine 3,5 von 5 Sternen.

Früher gern bestellt und alles problemlos geklappt , mittlerweile wohl eine Betrugsfirma die Geld kassiert aber nichts liefert und mit Ausreden daher kommt.Wenn man zu sehr nachhakt wird man über Email blockiert.

-Apprendre sur internet que 'Vous' avez souhaité modifier la date de la
livraison à lundi. Le livreur a votre numéro et vous appellera.

-Passé l'heure convenue, le jour-dit. Lire à present sur internet,
que votre colis a bien été reçu(En fait il a été jeté
au dessus du portail...),chez une voisine à quatre maisons
de la votre. Et qu'elle a signé!(Elle était à son travail et ne
les a jamais vu. Sa signature a été falsifiée...)
Mon numéro de téléphone était écris trois fois sur le colis.
Il n'a jamais sonné !

-Récupérer votre colis éventré, dans un sale état...
Il suffit de mettre sa main dans le trou et tirer un peu
sur le carton pour voir l'intérieur!
Pour moi ce colis a été fouillé et raccommodé...

Noch Nie bei einem solch unseriösen Händler versucht einzukaufen! Wirbt mit Versand am selben Tag... verschickt aber erst 4 Tage später an DHL Packstation (wie auf Website angeboten)! Nach 2 Wochen meldet sich jemand und sagt das Paket kann nicht zugestellt werden, da kein Versand an Packstation möglich ist... Kommunikation mit Händler äusserst schwierig, nahezu unmöglich! Antortet immer im Textbaustein, bot dann an in die Schweiz zu liefern, jedoch muss ich die Umsatzsteuer in der Schweiz nochmals bezahlen. Keine Entschädigung oder Rückerstattung der deutschen Umsatzsteuer... Nicht so schlimm, weil auch dieses Paket Nie angekomme ist! Zum Glück mit PayPal bezahlt und Käuferschutz angemeldet! NIE WIEDER!

It's been two weeks and I still haven't received my order. First order didn't get through customs. They sent a replacement after an 'investigation', but I didn't get a tracking link. They've now stopped replying to my emails. They've taken my money but not delivered. Avoid.

Been using this company for a while now and the items they stock are much better quality than anything American made or English made. Japanese products are known for their quality and this is definitely evident. Items are shipped from Netherlands so if you live in the EU then there is no import or customs charges.

Items always arrive quickly, securely packaged and in plain boxes so no one knows the contents.

Will always use again as there are even points you earn the more you buy and can get discounts on further orders.
