Absolutely awful company. Ordered a game for an event. Item has never arrived. When I asked them to confirm when it would be delivered they couldn't. I asked for a full refund and they offered me 10%. If I want a full refund I have to send the item back - the item that never arrived. I've requested a charge back through my bank. Tracking hasn't been updated in days and I'm not arguing with them anymore. I just want my money back. Oh and just to add - if you do buy something in the UK and want to send it back, they give you an address in Germany to send it to. So it will cost a fortune to return the item making it virtually pointless to return it. Avoid at all costs! Do not use this company

Very disappointing experience

I waited 17 days for delivery, which is already longer than expected. When the item finally arrived, the packaging was damaged and it didn’t look like it had been handled with much care during transit.

Unfortunately, the biggest issue is that the camera doesn’t work at all. After such a long wait, this is really frustrating and not what you’d expect when ordering.

Overall, a very poor experience with both the product and the delivery. I wouldn’t recommend based on this purchase.

Took my money, gave me fake tracking number because yodel don't recognise it.

Apparently these products contain ASBESTOS! SO AVOID AVOID AVOID!

The website appears to show a UK based company with free shipping in the UK. However items are being shipped from China and this is not clear from the website. Our kits arrived with no instructions which we had to look up online. And the spouts for the glue pens were stuck inside the lids. I won't be ordering from Smart Moms UK again.

Do not buy from this website! It is not a UK based company. It all comes from China and it takes forever without any updates given.
Products smell horrible as well.
I do not recommend and will never buy from them again.

Another snazzy shop front for what is essentially aliexpress/ temu style chinese factory set up.
Some of the ptoducts are okay, often cheaper looking then on glossy website pictures. Clever product ideas not particularly refined execution.
Dont order from them if you are in a hurry though, long and unpredictable shipping time from China every time. Not the UK based company they pretend to be just like Jackies Kids website.

"WE SHIP EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN THE UK" - Bare faced lie. You'll get an eventual shipping notification handled by YUN EXPRESS in China. God knows how long it will take to get here and misleading consumers. Probably won't arrive in time as a gift and probably going to be nothing like the product description. Avoid at all costs.
