Good products awful delivery speeds.

I really do enjoy motsutoys products a lot but I am constantly let down by their very slow and often late delivery times, its my 2nd time ordering from them and again delivery is not on date that was stated... Why do you give people delivery time options if you're never going to honor them? Maybe this is DPD carrier fault, don't know but either way I have to drop 2 stars for that.

Après discussion avec un responsable, il s'avère que MOTSUTOYS ne livre pas véritablement dans le monde entier, ce qui est contraire à ce qui est écrit sur l'entête de leur site, face à la situation, ils ont complètement remboursé ma commande, preuve du sérieux de l'entreprise. Je remonte ma note de 3 étoiles, passant finalement à 4 étoiles grâce à leur disponibilité en SAV. Je regrette juste que l'information en page d'accueil m'a induit en erreur, je n'aurai pas commandé sur le site si j'avais été bien informé... A regret car ils ont l'air très bien !

Je passe commande ce 24 juin sur le site Motsutoys. J'habite dans les DOM TOM, aucune crainte, sur la page d'accueil est écrit en gros "livraison dans le monde entier", je reçois d'ailleurs bien un mail qui me valide ma commande avec la facture et mon adresse. Une semaine plus tard je regarde sur le site DHL, le colis vient d'être livré. Problème, je n'ai rien reçu. J'écris à DHL qui me demande alors référence de suivi et code postal de mes colis. Ils m'annoncent que mes colis sont livrés à une adresse qui ne correspond pas du tout à la mienne. Super, livraison dans le monde entier oui, mais pas chez vous donc... C'est gênant quand même ! Surtout quand la commande est de plusieurs centaines d'euros.

J'ai écrit au SAV, j'attends une réponse, mais dans l'état je suis très déçu des services de Motsutoys.

Motsutoys is een goede keuze voor de Europese markt met een overzichtelijke website en snelle levering. De producten zijn van prima kwaliteit, en de discrete verpakking is een pluspunt. Toch is de selectie aan artikelen wat beperkt, wat jammer is. Al met al een degelijke ervaring, al is er ruimte voor verbetering. 3/5.

I buy usually from Motsutoys and they have always delivered quickly. I like the website and it’s easy to find what you want. The products arrive safely and are properly packaged. I like how I can view unbiased reviews on each product from fellow customers which gives it a good shopping experience to figure out about the cons and pros of a product.

Es war meine erste und bestimmt nicht letzte Bestellung.
Eine Lieferung an Packstationen von DHL ist möglich. Dabei kam ich auch mit der Servicstelle in Kontakt, da ich beim Umstellen der Lieferadresse auf Packetsation mein Postnummer vergessen hatte und der Kontakt über E-Mail verlief Reibungslos. DIe anschließende Lieferung erfolgte zügig.

Der Shop selbst ist übersichtlich aufgebaut und die Qualität der Produkte ist hervorragend.

Well besides the courier once damaging my package and only deliver half of my bought items.

Shopping at Motsutoys is a great experience. I had only 2 orders so far, but I was more than satisfied with them and I have nothing to complain about. The highlight of Motsutoys is definitely their customer support, I received a product with many imperfections which left me a little disappointment, however it got resolved very quickly when I mentioned it to the customer support. This completely turned around the slight disappointment and left me completely satisfied, since they went above and beyond to make sure of it.

I've known about Motsutoys for only about a month, so I saw just 1 event so far, but if all events are around the same quality as the halloween event, then I have a lot too look forward to, the event was great and offered surprising amount of free gifts.

Another point that is surprising about Motsutoys is their point system, it feels like the points actually have good value compared to any other site I've shopped at. Offering 5€ worth of points for every review is something I don't think I've seen before.

The site is easy to navigate, however I'd appreciate a bit more filter options. Such as material, hardness (hard, normal, soft) and to filter clear onaholes.

I don't think it is possible to not be satisfied shopping at Motsutoys, the products are great, shipping is fast and discreet, the customer service is simply amazing and responds very fast. One of the best, if not the best, shopping experience I've ever had. Bonus points for the newsletter being creative and fun.

I could not be happier about the customer service. The replies are fast and the people of motsutoys go that extra mile to ensure that you are happy with the service.

Les livraisons son discrète assez rapide mais manque de suivi de coli les événements type Halloween était très intéressant.

Motsu Toys is an amazing site, it's very easy to use and doesn't confuse you when it comes to guiding you through all of its content. As for whether there's anything that could be improved, I think it would be to put more images or videos of the products. I never had to contact the store directly, which is great because it shows how well it's made and without a doubt its products are worth their price. It's good to see that there's a store that sells this kind of merchandise without putting its customers in the dark. I'm totally satisfied.

The staff is excellent and will reply to you as soon as possible to get any sort of help with stuff.
They make good promotions and discounts and the little in depth look of items is highly welcome.
Looking forward getting more from them and seeing new products

Ich habe hier nun zwei Mal bestellt, einmal eine kleinere Bestellung, das 2. Mal war es eine 5kg Bestellung. Da ist es natürlich wichtig, dass alles schön verpackt ist und der Postbote und deine Mitbewohner nicht erahnen können, was für tolle Dinge sich in deinem Paket befinden. Beide Lieferungen kamen zeitlich an und waren gut verpackt. Der Inhalt war auch wie auf der Webseite dargestellt - dort gibt es auch ausführlichere User Bewertungen. 4 Sterne, da eines der Produkte die ich kaufen wollte schon länger ausverkauft ist.

Motsutoys est un site qui n'a pas énormément d'articles, mais, il vendent les meilleurs produits du japon, j'ai acheté plusieurs articles comme le "R-19" et le "Cute Dragon Impregnated", et ils sont super. Les jouets sont de très bonne qualité, ainsi que les lubrifiants aussi, par exemple le OnaEki 370, qui est vraiment une pépite (pas d'odeur, ne colle pas,...), il glisse super bien !

Ensuite le site est remplie de petite informations utiles lorsqu'on recherche des produits spécifiques, ils sont données en bas de pages (par exemples, dans l'onglet lubrifiants)

Et Enfin dans les onglets de chaque produit, on a droit à une description hyper bien détaillé.

La livraison, je n'ai pas eu de problème donc rien à signaler.

Alors j'ai juste à vous le dire à nouveau foncés, vous serez pas déçu.

Le site est simple et efficace, la gamme de produits est variée.

J'ai acheté un de leur produit « Angel DX 1200 » 👌. Je vous le conseille autant pour les initiés que pour les habitués. Très bon produit, je vous laisse jeter un œil sur le site. L'emballage est également très qualitatif. C'est bien d'avoir des produits japonais disponibles en Europe.

Les prix appliqués sont abordables et quant au suivi client rien à redire, livré rapidement. Leur système de fidélisation avec les points motsutoys est bien.

Il y a juste une petite choses à dire, ils peuvent améliorer leurs pages produits de certains. Il serait bien de mettre une vidéo pour chaque réf produit.

My experience with Motsu was great! One of the best Eropean suppliers of Asian goods.
The service was easy to use, because each product had multiple images and some even had in-depth reviews by Motsutoys.
One downside I could mention is the product range. It is not the largest, and I would like to have a larger range of choice.
Did not have the need to contact support with issues and definitely got my moneys worth!

I have had a very good experience shopping at motsutoys. The website is very informative and it wasn't difficult finding a product that fit. I got an excellent value for my money and haven't had any complaints during checkout or the shipping process. I will definitely be returning as a customer

Très satisfaite de ce site et de ces produit,

J'ai commandé en tout pour une petite armée de onahole (ne me jugez pas, je m'explique plus loin) et pas une fois ai-je été déçue, ce sont des produits de bonne facture qui ont des prix plus qu'honnête.

Le fait de pouvoir avoir accès à ces produits japonais, bien plus fantaisiste que ce que l'on à en Europe en général est vraiment génial, surtout pour ces prix la (d'où ma petite armée d'onahole mdr)

Le service client est à l'écoute et réactif, J'ai eu une mésaventure, par malchance un défaut d'usine s'est présenté sur un de mes achats, tout ceci à été réglé en moins de 2j par le service client (renvois d'un remplacement)

Honnêtement rien à redire, il y à même des promotions sympa de temps à autre et un système de points de fidélité.

J'ai beau réfléchir, je ne trouve aucun point noir à part le coté addictif de vouloir tester de nouvelles sensations, cinq étoiles pour moi, et plus que méritées
