- Die Preise bei Motsu entsprechen dem Standard auf dem EU Markt.

- Blickt man jedoch in den Osten, vorallem bei dem aktuellen schwachen Yen, kosten die diversen Produkte nichtmal die Hälfte.
Als Turi vor Ort ein Segen, als Importeur jedoch ein schlimmes Erwachen.
Durch Versand und Zoll können es schonmal 50 - 100% Aufschlag sein. (Extra Groß 200%)

- Aber zum Glück bietet Motsu regelmäßig Rabatte von 20 - 30%
Dadurch sind die Preise bei Motsu = JP Import
bzw. besser gegenüber anderen EU Händlern

Dennoch kann ein Blick bei Yahoo Auction nie Schaden, Ggf findet man ja ein wirklichen Schnapper trotz der Zusatz kosten.

2. Versand
- Motsu: 2 Tage DHL unauffällig
- Import: 1 Woche (Air Mail) unauffällig
Kann aber schonmal beim Zoll festhängen
(1:50) und dann muss man selber eine Einzelzollanmeldung erstellen 😖

3. Garantie
- Motsu: sollte eigentlich keine Probleme geben (hatte zum Glück noch nie welche)
- Import: Versuch dein Glück, wenn was ist. Händler, Proxy Händler, Post
im besten Fall darf man die Ware wieder zurücksenden auf eigene Kosten.

4. Neuheiten
- Motsu: kann ja nicht alles anbieten, aber man kann zumindest anfragen wenn man was bestimmtes anderswo erblickt hat.
In der Regel sind die Produkte ein halbes Jahr später dann in der EU erhältlich
- Import: erdrückende Auswahl und sofort lieferbar

Der Versand nach Deutschland hat etwa 3 Tage gebraucht und das Tracking war ein Hit or Miss, aber des liegt ja komplett am DHL.
Sonst kamen die Produkte in ner braunen Box zusammen an.
Im großen und ganzen keine Probleme.

avec beaucoup de choix différents selon les goûts. Une livraison plutôt rapide et sans soucis mais tout dépend des livreurs bien sûr. Et service client reactif et aimable, je recommande sans soucis.

It's a very good website. It has a great, clean website and great products. My orders usually arrive in 5 days so it's fast for international shipping. The support is great and very useful.
I love this website.

The site was easy to navigate and they have a good selection of items. Good prices, especially with the discounts which they give out pretty regularly. My order was shipped out quickly after i placed it. It took a bit longer to arrive than estimated, but that is more the fault of UPS than the store. Would be nice if there were other shipping options besides UPS, as it is a shipping company i have had many bad experiences with.

Product quality is very good and I got fast replies to any questions I had. I strongly recommend!

It starts with the website, which is very clear and intuitively set up. The categories are logically arranged, and the search function works properly. Nothing to complain about.

The product descriptions are to the point and not too long. This promotes a quick choice. No need to compare and search for hours on end.

After ordering, I quickly received a confirmation and Motsutoys kept me up to date. The products were delivered quickly.

I had forgotten to use a discount code on there webside for 20% off my order. so i send them an email to see if it was possible to retroactively use the code. not even half a day later i got a response that it was possible and i got a 20% refund with no hassel. 10/10 fast and polite customer service.

customer for already a couple of years, only had one issue with one of their products that came defective, customer support asked for a couple of pics to verify it was an integrity issue of the product, and not misuse, and offered either a refund or a voucher, apart from that top notch customer experience.

my only gripe would be they take long to bring new stuff to the store, but heck they already have a lot of variety, so a minor one.

overall recomended, and i'll keep buying from them as long as they stay the same

never had an issue, i've bought a few toys from here, a total of 3 and awaiting the third delivery. all delivers come within like a week from purchase. all have good quality and not a single complaint. would defo recommend, the toys are relatively cheap compared to other compaines, good quality and good customer support

Empfehlenswert! Habe das erste mal japanisches Spielzeug bestellt, und die Wahl fiel auf Motsutoys, was ich nicht bereut habe. Der Versand erfolgte schnell (Folgetag) und die Ware war stabil und diskret verpackt. Werde in Zukunft mit Sicherheit wieder dort bestellen.

I've ordered from this company twice. Both times have been great. Both orders have been delivered from their location in the Netherlands to Sweden within 3 days.

The website itself is well designed and easy to use. Checkout was seemless and straight forward.

Customer support is outstanding. They answered any questions quickly and with great detail, they really know their product lineup.

Creating an account is also actually worthwhile. People are really good at writing product reviews, and you get rewards for doing so. No annoying and meaningless newsletters, just an occasional treat from out of the blue (which made me order a second time).
