I had a great time at Mitsis Rodos Village Beach Hotel & Spa last week.

Great food, Great staff, Great Price. Would recommend!

Having a chilled week away in what we thought would be a 5* treat. 2 days left and can't wait to go home. The hotel is beautiful. Well cared for and super clean. Staff are polite and generally happy. Boy do they earn their money, not enough staff at peak times,or foresight of management to jump in and give a hand. Again, staff are not allowed to use their initiative to solve issues. It is virtually impossible to book speciality restaurants unless you complain to the manager. Main dining room food is average. Too much too mention as I am sat here with an empty glass and calling it quits and go to bed. No WiFi in room, no British channels on TV, Chinese?????. Can't even get bbc world news,. Would I come to a mitsis hotel again,no ,I wouldn't. I wouldn't recommend it here either. Everybody having same issues. Come on mitsis managers ,step up to the plate,roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. Stop referring to your web page ,which you can't get in room because of lack of WiFi and let staff use initiative without saying sorry not sorry. So frustrated ,especially when you are retired from hospitality , having been there ,done that ,got the t shirt. Over 35yrs experience ,having to try and be objective and fair.

We had fantastic stay in Mitsis Kiotari. Everything was just 5 star. Thank you!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Terrible management
We stayed at the faliraki beach hotel from 14 to 21 October 2021
It is impossible to find a sun lounger after 7.30 in the morning, every one has a towel on it every morning we looked after breakfast at 10 am everything taken. Having had to sit in adjacent chairs we saw perhaps 20% being used

It was our 57th wedding anniversary, we told the concierge this and he promised a special evening, did it happen NO
don’t make promises you have no intention of keeping
House keeping seem to find it impossible to restock the coffee milk etc without having to complain EVERY SINGLE DAY

Booked this hotel for a girlie week away with my cousin as part of her 50th birthday celebrations. We are still here and having a lovely time at The Mitsis Rodos Maris. We are being well looked after as the staff are super friendly and so welcoming, this in my opinion is one of this hotels greatest assets and nothing seems too much trouble. The a la carte options here at The Rodos Maris and The Brunch are superb, our favourites are The Pan Asia, Greek and Brunch. The Mex Tex and American are also very good. Miss Irene, Victoria, Kosta, Demetra and her team are fantastic and you can see they work hard at keeping their holiday makers happy. I found at the a la carte restaurants the staff would acknowledge you were waiting and I found this reassuring to know they aware we were there. The little touches like this go a long way. The buffet restaurant was good and the staff very accommodating. The bar staff are great, the service is good and in particular Andreas and Elisabeth really looked after us. We found the Reception team to be helpful, polite and friendly and we were upgraded to an apartment in the grounds at our request. The Beach bar is really good and Debs is fantastic, full of life and good fun. All in all a superb experience. Well done The Mitsis Team and thank you for making our holiday a memorable one ❤️❤️

Mitsis Family Village Hotel - Fantastic as always.

Despite all the issues and limitations caused by the Covid pandemic and the clear fact that the hotel was not fully staffed this year, we felt as relaxed and welcome as always by the Manager and his team of amazing staff.

While it would be nice to see this fabulous little hotel have the same amount of attention and budget given to it by the Mitsis Group to allow it to update itself and offer more modern facilities and services to its guests, it is still a testimony to the longstanding, hardworking team that greet us every year and go out of there way to ensure that we have a fun and relaxing holiday.

Ikke det samme mitsis mere. Ikke den samme sjove underholdning. Ikke den samme gode mad selv om der er fin stor buffet. God service af personalet men enten mangler der personale eller dårlig planlægning. Ikke nemt at tage et hvil på værelset når man ikke ved hvornår der bliver gjort rent. Buldrede på døren kl. 22. Med håndklæder ikke smart når man har små børn med og skiltet på døren bliver ikke respekteret.

Very dated hotel ans 80’s style rooms! Basic food that is always cold in main restaurant. Not what you pay for at all and defo not a 5 star hotel! Air con in the room also gave myself and my dad a cough and cold! Not what I expected at all

Generally, a very nice hotel, good food and very service minded staff – I would certainly recommend. Please be aware of the guide in the gym – he takes a very arrogant tone. Not sure if he should have applied for traffic police instead of service business.

Personnel accueillant et conciliant, avec tout de même un gros point noir la vétusté des chambres pour un 5 étoiles c’est vraiment limite ! Les repas sont variés et de qualité avec plusieurs spécialités et cela nous ferait presque oublier les éclats d’émail de la baignoire, les joints poreux ,un climatiseur en fin de vie, des prises fixées grossièrement à la colle une moquette qui recouvre un parquet fatigué à remettre à niveau. Sinon, il y a deux piscines d’eau de mer surveillées par des maîtres nageurs parfois débordés par le nombre d’occupants et le petit personnel qui veille au bien être des grecs. Cet hôtel est animé le soir et c’est plutôt sympa.

Stayed at Mitsis Grand Hotel Rhodes Town. Covid safe, fantastic service from all the staff, nothing too much trouble. Staff in reception go out of their way to help and assist you with anything you need. Hotel offer Covid testing, results within 24 hours -£25 euros and seemless testing and results back quick. Printed documents for us, paid to extend room. Absolutely amazing place to stay. Felt safe and happy holidaying here. Staff in restaurant are brilliant, Sofi really looks after you. Can’t wait to return soon. 🍸

We have now stayed at Mitsis Grand 6 times - and enjoy our vacation every time we go there. The staff - with no exception - is very friendly and always ready to help you with whatever you need - that goes especially for Popi, who works in the main restaurant. She is a warm and loving person and one of the reasons why we come back to Mitsis year after year.
Mitsis Grand has five stars but they also have Popi - the sixth star.

I booked 5 nights at the Mitis Alila Hotel in Rhodes. Our room was fantastic but was spoiled by 2 big issues:
1. There was a staff stairwell in the corridor leading to our room and staff were smoking at the bottom and it was filling entire floor with cigarette smoke. The smell was coming under the door into our room, it was so strong our clothes were starting to smell of smoke. We alerted the front desk who confirmed staff smoke there and did nothing about it! This really ruined the nice room we had, I ended up putting a towel all around the bottom of the door to stop most of it coming in at night.
2. This hotel has lots of lovely restaurants on site, unfortunately we were unable to book any evening slots in any of these during our stay, they were all fully booked... Considering I couldn't book before arrival I am disappointed more slots were not put on for the amount of people there, there wasn't a shortage of guests. When using the adults only breakfast room we had to wait 50mins before our order arrived, we also experienced this in the buger restaurant too. Whilst staff are lovely, they are expectionally slow at delivering a fast service. You have to allow atleast 1 hour after ordering for your food to arrive which isn't really acceptable for a 5* hotel. Additionally when on the terrace for drinks, again its table service so you cannot just walk up and order drinks, the service here is incredibly slow, one evening we sat for 45mins without anyone coming to take an order, we gave up and went back to our room.

Unfortunately due to the above 2 bug issues I am unable to say this is 5* hotel to anyone. I was going to give more stars however inhaling second hand cigarette smoke is really not what I want on holiday and it's proven to cause health issues, the fact nothing was done to resolve this really disappoints me.

Additionally when we arrived at around 10pm after a full day of travelling to get there, we arrived and there was extremely loud music coming from behind the front desk. It turns out there was a wedding going on but it was so loud we couldn't hear anything the front desk person was saying, it would have been nice to have been informed of this prior to arrival so we could have set our expectations correctly.

On a positive note, the staff were all pleasant to deal with. The team on the beach bar when we were there were fantastic and the hotel was always kept clean.

First time in Greece, chose Rhodes because it wasn't extremely expensive, and chose Mitsis Rodos Maris for the same reason so to be honest my expectations were very low however, I was very impressed. The hotel is fantastic, the beach bar is amazing, the staff is helpful and polite, and the restaurants are amazing, honestly one of the best experiences of my life.
Only minor thing (which does not justify one less star but still something they could work on) was the AC in our room was very weak. It took ages to get the room nice and cool, but that did not ruin anything for us.
I'm definitely going back there, it was absolutely fantastic.

The food in the main restaurant at night is NOT HOT enough this continued even after spoken to manager. The room 439 is dated but service in the room ✅ reception ✅ Not enough seats at night and round by pool ☹️☹️ This hotel is better than Rodes Bay I give it 4stars

Once again an amazing experience at Mitsis. Even during covid they have managed to ensure that their guests are well looked after, all staff are welcoming and pleasant and really can't do enough for you. It was my 60th birthday and there was only one place I wanted to celebrate it and I must say I was not disappointed. Thank you Mitsis for another memorable holiday.

Mitsis blue dome watersports - Great morning spent On a private boat ,time at the hot springs was amazing . They also have loads of activities to choose from such as jet skies, rubber rings etc and the staff are super friendly and very helpful , would definitely recommend

Jeg vil give til sådan hotel max 3 star vi fik et seng den ligner af dem I fængsel jeg har et billede men kan ikke tilføj den her. Vi købt all inclusive men mad var dårligt og vi har spist hver aften ud aldrig book den hotel igen 👎🏻👎🏻
