My order arrived in just 3 days. This is my third time ordering from Mifo. They've had a rough couple of years, but the new management is a bog improvement. Coming from the audio industry myself, I know how hard it is to complete with the big brands but these folks are doing a fantastic job with their product design and engineering. They have my full support. Keep up the great work!

After much research
After much research, I chose Mifo earbuds. My first pair was great until the right earbud stopped working. I contacted Mifo, and they promptly sent me a replacement. The new pair has been perfect ever since. Excellent product and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

I'm really impressed with these earbuds. They look stylish, fit securely, and the sound quality is good. Calls are clear, and the battery life is fantastic. After a month of moderate use, I still haven't need to charge the case.

I've been waiting decent earbuds for a while, and these are the ones. Great sound, and the fitment is excellent. Boy, do they ever block out sound! The passive mode takes a bit of getting used to since it makes everything sound digital, but it does the trick. Highly recommended.

I use these earbuds every night for sleeping. Love that I can leave one in the charger and use the other. The battery life is great. Any pairing issues I had were because I switched between my phone and tablet. A simple shut down and forgetting the device on the tablet fixed it. Happy so far.

Sounds great! These Mifo 05 earbuds have everything I wanted: punchy bass, good sound quality, excellent noise-cancellation feature, and outstanding battery life. One of the buds had some issues and stopped working, which can happen with any electronic device. But I experienced the best customer service from Mifo---they helped me fix the issue promptly. It's been almost a year now, and I'm still in love with these buds.

I had the Mifo 07s before, and the new 05s have a bigger case which means more battery life and play time. Very satisfied with them.

We gave those to my teen daughter 6 months ago, and she's still thrilled with the quality and durability of both the earbuds and the charger. The charger has been dropped more than a few times and has held up well! I felt the price was fair compared to other earbud brands that are much higher in price.

They came fully charged and paired immediately---couldn't be easier. The noise cancelling is fantastic, and they fit snugly in my ears. They come with different sized ear plugs, so you can find the ones that fit best. The case is solid and has a nice weight to it.
MiFO has recognized that Delivery of product and customer support needs to improve.
July 2 2024
Customer Service (Karla) reached out to me on June 21 2004 advising that Mifoaudio is attempting to improve customer support and explained that their delivery of product was partially related to manufacturing issues.
Mifo offered to send me Sonitrek Sling Smart Bluetooth 5 Portable Wireless Waterproof Speaker as a gesture to compensate for the inconvenience noted in the previous TrustPilot post and as an apology.
I accepted the offer and have received the Speaker on July 2nd and have been able to test it and have found it fully functional.
As such I am now updating the previous post and note that Mifo is now advising that it is working to improve its deliveries and that it has delivered its token of apology to me. .

Earbuds have arrived on April 3rd via courier some 110 days after they were ordered with a 3 to 5 days shipping.
Never did get any shipping information. Am now trying to return them for a refund since I bought two replacement sets prior to leaving on a trip in Feb.
I have bought Mifo earbuds on 4 other occasions and have been happy with them. Too bad their customer service has fallen off from when I dealt with them in 2020 and 2021 2023.
Earbuds great when they work, customer service is crap
The earbuds I was gifted from them have been fantastic for a while: sound quality is great. Bu after just over a year of light to moderate use, they've developed an issue of not connecting to the charging case properly, so they run out of battery within 10 minutes even when they've been in the fully charged case for hours. I tried to contact customer support and waited almost a MONTH before they responded, which is actually insane. When they did respond, they asked for a bunch of info about the product. I was out of town and had to get the info from my family back home, so I didn't respond immediately. After just ONE day of waiting for my response they closed the conversation. So I've contacted them again, and now I'll probably have to wait ANOTHER month for another response. Incredibly frustrating system.

3- 5 business days has turned into 2 months. No response when I inquire. They stole 179$ from me and won't ship me my product or give me my money back. It's a joke.

They sent me earbuds that didn’t work. I tried emailing them so many times about getting a return and I didn’t get to hear back from them till months later when they finally approved my return. So I sent them back just as they instructed me to. Gave them the info for the tracking. And never heard from them again. Didn’t get a replacement or my money back. They are terrible at responding. This was over the course of 5-6 months.

Update - product received!
Update June 2024 - mifo finally made it right! Sent the product and a small Bluetooth speaker for our inconvenience. Apparently it was a third party fulfillment issue.
Sadly all our previous experience buying earbuds from mifo more than han 2 years ago (4 pairs!) was good but I ordered 2 massagers for Christmas presents and similar to others got a DHL tracking number that doesn't work. It's been a month and a half and no customer service or any communication. Will have to pursue refund through credit card.... Very disappointing.
Defective product; no customer service
Like many others I should have read these reviews before ordering. The erabuds were a Christmas present purchased in December 2023 and did arrive though later than anticipated delivery and with tracking that somehow is based on Portugal and impossible to actually follow.One earbud (right) is full of static and customer service is nowhere to be found after countless emails and a chat box that is never answered no matter how long you wait… and no phone number to call. We are thinking this is a writeoff and won't waste money on a tracking return based on what I have read here. Have also tried the US site as well and still no response. This has been more than a week. Don’t buy from this company. Should know that if it’s not available in a store it’s not worth the money and have no recourse.Their online reviews must be self generated which is misleading for customers!
Order Never Arrived, Bogus Tracking Number Given, Non-Existent Customer Service!
I placed an order with this company on Dec 27. My item has still not arrived. Their website says orders are dispatched from their Toronto warehouse (same day if you place your order before 12:00 PM EST).
The tracking number they gave me is bogus. It links to a carrier site in Portugal that says they do not have information relating to that number.
I've sent them countless emails, chats (they NEVER answer their chats) and even DM on Instagram and they have yet to give me the courtesy of a response! I can't even call them as there is no number listed.
I wish I would have seen all the terrible reviews on TrustPilot before I purchased from them.
