Vos fijate que me vine a armar una cuenta en esto para poder dar mi opinión en algún lado.
Desde que entras te das cuenta que es una reverenda cagada porque hay veces que tarda 2 años en cargar y el wifi te va perfecto, después el problema no termina ahí, hay veces que descargas algo, te tiene 10 horas esperando a terminar la descarga para decirte que hay un error.
Me parece increíble porque a juzgar por todos los otros launchers o softwares para descargar cosas (Steam, Riot Games, Epic games, chrome, etc) nunca tuve ni un solo problema con algo tan básico como descargar un programa, sin embargo la Microsoft Store como siempre unos adelantados a su tiempo, nunca me fallaron en tener 20000 bugs y no dejarme descargar el bendito programa que quiero.
Es entrar y rezar que lo que estoy a punto de descargar no me lleve 5 veces lo que me llevaría descargar lo mismo en otro lado
(Claramente cuando me toca usarla es porque no tengo otra opción, porque sino la evito lo más que puedo)

Llena de errores, llena de bugs, y la única función que tiene que es la compra y descarga de software la cumple de la peor forma vista en la existencia.

I purchased a brand new 13-inch Surface Pro Copilot+ PC directly from the Microsoft Store, lured by an advertised €250 promotional trade-in bonus. However, claiming this bonus through Microsoft's official trade-in partner, Recommerce, turned into an administrative nightmare.
Recommerce flagged my proof of purchase because their internal validation system required a model listed as "Surface Pro 7, Copilot+ PC-13"". This designation is factually impossible—the Surface Pro 7 was released years before Copilot+ PCs were ever introduced. When I contacted Microsoft Support (Ticket #7108454851), they explicitly acknowledged that my purchase corresponds to the eligible offer and that the requested name is an internal naming typo/discrepancy on their end.
Despite admitting their own catalog error, Microsoft refuses to take direct responsibility or pay out the bonus themselves, deflecting the burden onto Recommerce. Meanwhile, Recommerce blocks the validation based on Microsoft’s flawed product database.
A major company cannot advertise a €250 promotional incentive to secure a sale and then wash its hands of responsibility when its third-party partner fails due to Microsoft’s own catalog errors. Do not fall for their trade-in promotions unless you want to spend weeks chasing support teams between two companies pointing fingers at each other.

Xbox Design Labs Controller bestellt. Irgendwo steht, dass es 2-3 Wochen dauert, bis der Controller geliefert wird. Ich habe am 05.08.26 bestellt, heute ist der 09.09.26.
Es gibt KEINERLEI Möglichkeit irgendeinen Support zu kontaktieren oder mal nachzufragen, was das Problem ist.
Jetzt steht in der Bestellung, es gäbe Verzögerungen und wieder KEINE Option die Bestellung dann zu stornieren. Unter diesen Umständen habe ich nicht bestellt. Mein Geld wird natürlich gern genommen, aber meine Rechte und die Einhaltung von Verträgen sind Microsoft scheinbar mehr als egal.
Und wie traurig ist es überhaupt, dass eine SO schlechte KI als Support eingesetzt wird. Scheinbar läuft Microsoft auf Sparflamme oder Agnes Heftberger macht ihren Job nicht ordentlich.

Microsoft Store prüft anscheinend nicht, welche Apps sie auf ihrer Plattform anbieten. Obwohl kostenpflichtig, wird hier ein derartiger Mist maßgeblich Mitverkauft, der überhaupt nicht lauffähig ist. Trotz Reklamation innerhalb von 48 Stunden (Zeit nach den Storerichtlinien 14 Tage) wird die Rückerstattung abgelehnt. Eine Warnung an alle, die hier etwas kaufen.

Stick with Steam. This is by far the worst store and launcher there is.
Failed to download a 3.6GB update for Forza Horizon 5 and deleted the whole game. Its 282GB and last time it took me half a weak to download because there's always some error and most of the time you have to start the whole thing again.

Honestly speaking, my order arrived with missing items so I had to call them twice! Disappointing experience overall!

vor c.a. einem Jahr wollte ich einen neuen ms Computer im ms-store direkt von ms kaufen ("Alles aus einer Hand"), weil mein vorhandener nicht win 11 fähig ist. Ich benutze ihn geschäftsmäßig. Deshalb ist win 11 nötig. ich geriet an einen netten und scheinbar kompetenten MItarbeiter - per Telefon. ER riet mir zum neuen surface mit dem angeblich modernsten Prozessor "snapdragon". Diesen habe ich bestellt. Eigenartig, daß ich manche gewohnten (x86) Programme nicht runterladen bzw. installieren konnte (z.B. Partitionion magic, O-Treiber von meinem Drucker und diverse ANdere. SChließlich machte sogar mein professionelles Arztprogramm Probleme - ein Update ließ sich nicht installieren. Als ich deshalb meine technische hotline kontaktierte, bekam ich die ANtwort: das Arztprogramm ist mit dem snapdragon nicht kompatibel. Dies bestätigte sich auchh für die anderen Programme: "MINI TOOL" entschuldigte sich schrieb, daß sie noch nicht so weit seien, ihr Programm an den snapdragon anzugleichen und haben mir den Betrag anstandslos erstattet. Mein Techniker sagte, er wundere sich, daß mein Arztprogramm bislang überhaupt einigermaßen gelaufen sei (außer Drucker - es wird der O-TReiber verlangt, der mit dem snapdragon nicht installierbarr war - also mußte ich Rezepte u.a. manuell ausstellen) Alles is Allem habe ich sehr viele Stunden nutzlos verbracht, dies Alleine würde einen hohen 4-stelligen Betrag bedeuten an (Zeit-) Verlust. Die Riesensauerei, Täuscchung, SChädigung, Betrug besteht darin, daß dieser snapdragon (noch immer !) als professioneller SUper-Prozessor beworben wird und NIRGEMNDWO (weder von meinem Berater noch im KLeingedruckten) auf erhebliche EInschränkungen hingewiesen wird. Ich habe dann reklamiert und mußte mir zusätzlich einen neuen PC mit INTEL-Prozessor zulegen, um mit meinem Arztprogramm arbeiten zu können. Damit überhaupt keine Probleme. Etwa ein halbes Jahr habe ich einer KI Dauerschleife gesteckt: "nach unseren RIchtlinien keine MÖglichkeit ... " ERst nach wiederholter Bitte kam ich an das "Eskalationsteam" und damit scheinbar an einen echten Menschen, der sich tatsächlich sehr einsetzte. Anfangs allerdings dieselben AUsreden. Es hat ein weiteres viertel - halbes Jahr (nach HInweis auf den europäischeen Gerichtshof) gedauert, bis ms bereit war, den Betrag für den PC und später (nach weiterem Kampf) für das Zubehör zu erstatten. Eine Teil (!) ERstatttung für die erweiterte Garantie zu erhalten - hat ein weiteres 1/4 Jahr gedauert weil über ein payment System. (Ich hatte ein neues Bezahlkonto mit einem anderen account erhaltenn mit einem PW, welches mir jedoch nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Es entstand ein Riesennchaos, war fast nicht möglich - nur mit TRicks - was wiederum viel Zeit bedeutete. Ich bereue es nachträglich, daß ich nicht schon sofort (in der Dauerschleife) mich an den europäischen Gerichtshof, SChlichtungsstelle, Gericht u.a. gewendet habe. Dort hätte ich über die Erstattung hinaus sicher eine hohe ENtschädigung erhalten und Präzedenzurteil. Ich hoffe, der nächste Geschädigte tut es. Es wäre sogar Strafanzeige angebracht

Mériterai 5 étoiles négative tellement ce service est mauvais! Vraiment du Microsoft dans toute sa splendeur rien à redire tellement c'est pourri. Personnellement je mentionnerai même pas sur mon CV que j'ai travaillé sur cette catastrophe

I consider myself an expert on games of hearts and spades. I selected these two games, and whoever coded them is clueless as to how the games work. Why would you use games that are so played so wrong. At least replace these with something that works. Example: If you know spades, your partner should never trump you ACE if it is hightest card left in the suit. Spade should be changed to not have partners if the game is so screwed up, that it is not fun.

This is absolutely the worst. So limited!

Tried installing games and they never downloaded. what garbage windows has become

I download and installed 'DVD and Blu-ray PLUS from the 'Microsoft Store' (a free app to play DVDs & Blu-rays) because of their great reviews. The program worked great for a few months, then the endless popups started every time I tried to play an 'mp4'. I tried to purchase their 'Perpetual License for $15.99' from the makers 'xiaoyalabs' to stop the popups, but you can't add it to the cart or check out. The only thing I could do was sent a 'donation' to try and stop the popups, but was told that wasn't a license, so I got a refund. I explained I was trying to purchase their 'Perpetual License for $15.99' but I could neither add it to my cart for purchase or purchase a license. They emailed back saying 'there is nothing wrong with the program, it's your Desktop PC'. I re-downloaded it from the 'Microsoft Store' and installed it again, but nothing changes. I emailed them back and their answer, was there is no problem with the program. They are not interest in fixing or helping with the issue. This is typical of 90% of the free apps from the Microsoft store, they don't work as advertised and they offer no help, when you contact them. I would advise any person trying to purchase any thing from the "Microsoft Store' to stay far away from any of their apps they don't work and most are a 'bait & Switch' deal.

face à un produit defectueux on vous demande de passer commande du nouveau produit pour mettre en place la reprise de l'ancien. sauf qu'au final, le nouveau produit est livré et on vous annonce que l'ancien ne sera pas repris. malgré email et engagement écrit...nada !rien ! pas de suite ..... des escrocs en bande organisée.....faites très attention même quand vous etes en ligne avec les soit disant "Sales Advocate de chez Microsoft Commercial Store" ce sont des escrocs qui font des promesses, qui n'hésitent pas à les écrire pour ensuite vous sortir du chapeau une excuse bidon pour ne pas les honorer !!!!

Så hvornår kan jeg mon komme til selv at bestemme helt over min helt private pc ?? Jeg føler afmagt over for Microsoft og deres magt afgance og inkompetence da det er total umuligt at bruge en pc hvor der konstant er noget der ikke virker og derfor umuligt at få sit arbejde færdiggjort til tiden da der skal bruges mere tid på at lokke ind IGEN,IGEN OG IGEN !!
