Excellent destination expert
Our destination expert, Carolina, was excellent. She answered our questions by email and then scheduled a Zoom call to fine tune the details. Paying by credit card was a problem but Carolina used her experience with other clients to help us find a solution. The travel industry needs more Carolinas!

Maria knows how to get the job done
The fact of the matter is that we have not yet had our travel experience. That will be in December. However, without the help of Maria, it is highly unlikely that we would have even considered this trip. We are now feeling very comfortable and excited about the itinerary she has recommended to us and particularly appreciate the way she has been able to accommodate us when the airline changed our arrival time in Quito to an unreasonable hour and we had to change our flight. Any questions we had were answered quickly and professionally.

Maria is a phenomenal partner. I am so grateful for her immense knowledge. Our clients had an aviation travel emergency and her team was so fast to resolve everything! They even had team members connect with the clients in a city that they we diverted to give the clients peace of mind. I have never seen such detailed service in the travel industry.
