mccalls,crighton avenue,york,manageress is appalling,rude,moody,i do not know how the staff can work for her.hides in back of shop,if she has to work on counter,very bad news for staff,customers,i would walk out if i worked for her

DROPPED OFF A PARCEL TO BE RETURNED TODAY AND THE MOST GRUMPEST MAN WAS IN THE SHOP, DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGE ME EVEN...I SAID HELLO TO MAKE HIM SPEAK...CERTAINLY WILL TRY AND DOUBLE CHECK MY ORDER IN FUTURE SO THAT I DONT HAVE TO RETUEN THERE AGAIN !!

I often go in to your Chipping Sodbury store and i find the shop always very help full and the Manger is a delight she is always happy and very helpful and i wish there were mangers like her in every shop. As nothing is to much trouble , To me she is wonderful and on lock down i was shielded so unable to get out and i phoned the shop to see if they deliver and she said no but she would bring it herself what i needed . The Shop is always clean and tidy and plus her staff is also very helpful .

As always the shopping experience in your Chipping Sodbury branch is a absolute joy, nothing is too much trouble for Michelle she will always order anything and she is always happy which is amazing so early every morning, you are very lucky to have such dedicated employee

When oh when will they put serving customers ahead of staff chats on the shop floor while queues of 10 / 12 people build up - one person serving the till and the post office with 3 others wandering around the store chatting like they are oblivious to the number of people waiting. Convenience Store! Inconvenience more like it.

Mcolls in Stevenage, was served by a short plumpy posh fellow who was a racist. STEVENAGE HYDEAN WAY. Would not recommend this store if you are of colour.

What a really bad experiance of just trying to collect my parcels, Elderly staff "VERY VERY" Rude, talk to you like dirt. I have tried on several occasions to retrieve my delivered parcels from this particular store, which are usually staffed by more senior staff members, there are always problems created by them, Most dont seem to know what they are doing they are very "Confrontational and Argumentitive" and in my opinon need retiring to the local Care home,

Appalled with the way staff are treating customers at this branch. No one should walk in to a store and be faced with derogatory comments by anyone.
To make it worse to be belittled, and shunned for voicing that the customer was treated in a disgusting manner. Especially by two customers who were still continued in being served by the staff member who did absolutely nothing.
Staff members who shares the views of a racist should be sacked as that behaviour should not be tolerated!!!
I demand someone to review the staff that they hire and actioned to be taken immediately.

I enjoy using the St Andrews Street McColl's shop in Dunfermline. Staff are so helpful and are always up for a laugh. My daily visits are excellent, especially during the lockdown period.

Never order from them via Uber eats absolutely useless I ordered 5 items and I only received 3 I never received my milk that’s the one thing I really needed and then I got charged for item they didn’t even have!! Bad and useless

McColls Blackhall Rocks, great staff and just down the road. Always polite and wearing masks. Good selection of food and drinks.

June Burns is the rudest most agressive staff member. Would avoid this place at all costs.

Over the course of this pandemic your staff @ the Charleston Drive Dundee very kindly delivered my morning newspaper,and that of an 85 year old lady neighbor.
I am sorry to say that this has now been stopped ,we both live approx 100 yds from the shop.

Hello! 25/3/21 visited McColls BROADWATER ROAD WORTHING with a mission to deposit a box of CHARITY DONATIONS to British Heart Foundation via YODEL Couriers.
The person that I dealt with ( misery downturn mouth and dark mid length hair) was IMMEDIATELY at odds with the fact that the box weighed 8.2 kilograms, the allowance on the delivery ticket allowed for 10 kilograms.
This person REALLY didn’t want to go to ANY EFFORT to accept this parcel stating it should have been split and spoke to me in a manner such as I have NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE!
Long story, short I asked if she was unwilling to accept the box but her MARTYRDOM prevailed.
After being accused of ABUSE (lol) I decided that this really wasn’t worth the fight and retrieved the box.
Took the box to McColls on the Strand Parade...... the difference was unbelievable!
Tall guy and blonde lady COULDN’T have been more helpful.
WORD TO McCOLL .... that person in your outlet in Broadwater Rd. is doing your Business Model NO GGOD AT ALL... whoever employed her needs re training! APPALLING TO THINK THAT THAT PERSON COULD STAND IN THE WAY OF A CHARITY DONATION!

I visited the White Hart crescent McColls in Darlington, and found the staff refreshingly positive and the star was immaculate..
Clearly hard-working and conscientious people working in this store..

I was seved by Caprice today in the Banff branch. I found her friendly, extremely helpful and cheerful.
