The Lady we spoke to 3.4.26 was lovely. She was so helpful and patient, we are an older couple and have never claimed before. Everything else was done very efficiently.

Worse than poor
Worse than poor, I have had one wrong thing after another at 1 point they LOST my camper van and said it was my fault.
A week waiting for an engineer to call then to find out they didn’t need to call .

Prompt response including pick up of my vehicle and drop off of courtesy car. A difficult repair was done in just 2 days. When returned i queried an aspect of the repair that i wasnt happy with. No quibling the vehicle went straight back and was resolved within an hour. Polite curteous staff.

A minor repair - but took two whole weeks
Our car was collected for a minor repair - bumper respray and a replacement alloy wheel.
It took two whole weeks for the repair, the first week or more of which the car wasn't apparently touched.
If they weren't going to repair our car immediately, why did they take it?

Having left a previous poor review regarding both the time taken and lack of interest in the problem with a repair all I get is daily messages asking me to leave a review. Perhaps put the time into looking after customers rather than trying to get reviews

4 months to do a 3 week job.
Communication between all parties involved was terrible. Service was unacceptable. Vehicle took 4 months to be fixed, and only after I had to arrange this myself. Too much out sourcing and too many people involved. My local garage would have had this back on the road in 3 weeks.
