Mercedes Sprinter ‘luxury’ minibus
I took my Mercedes Sprinter minibus to Capital Auto Repair to have some insurance work done as they were my insurers ‘Markerstudy’ approved repairer. From the moment I arrived my vehicle and I was treated with the utmost ‘care & courtesy’. At the vehicles initial assessment, they discussed a plan of action detailing exactly what was required, when the parts would arrive and once in how long repairs would take and needless to say they were true to their word and delivered on every count. The quality of work was to a high standard as they are true motoring ‘enthusiasts’ evidenced by a few ‘classics’ they had restored and which were on site, and I would have no hesitation in using or recommending them to others in the future.

The whole setup is very professional
The whole setup is very professional. I was very well informed as to the status of the repair. The car was returned very clean and the work was excellent. The car then sailed through the MOT straight afterwards to prove that point

Absolutely the worst insurance company…
Absolutely the worst insurance company we have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. Incompetent and time wasting are a few words that come to mind. Communication between colleagues and staff is abysmal and non existing, let alone client updates. They have had my car now for 5 weeks plus, and STILL no go ahead given to the workshop, despite telling us 8 working days ago, that they have issued the go ahead. Staff are confused, and when we call, they cannot answer questions or give us the run around. Please, do not be misguided by the lure of a good price!!!! To summarise, this company is incompetent and very quick to take your money! Sadly, they are VERY SLOW to act!!! Avoid at all costs.
