This is the 2nd time that I have raised the same complaint to which they say they have resolved the issue but fail to verify in writing I have therefore have had to refer them again to the Insurance Ombudsman

A reliable process…
Apart from the beginning of the process when the car was taken in we didn’t hear anything for over a week. Afterwards we were informed about the process on a regular basis.

repairs
work was good but did not bleed radiator properly and overheated when wive was out in car.They also drove through tyne tunnel which incurs a toll and did not tell me luckily i seen an email in my spam or otherwise i would have got a fine

Deceitful liars
Deceitful liars. Avoid at all costs.
The insurance industry are just being told to pay back millions in underpaid valuations and these con artists are lying about my vehicle being a previous write off, I have 2 different sourced HPI checks both whow this vehicle had a clear history but they are just lying through their teeth to pay out less.

Mercedes Sprinter ‘luxury’ minibus
I took my Mercedes Sprinter minibus to Capital Auto Repair to have some insurance work done as they were my insurers ‘Markerstudy’ approved repairer. From the moment I arrived my vehicle and I was treated with the utmost ‘care & courtesy’. At the vehicles initial assessment, they discussed a plan of action detailing exactly what was required, when the parts would arrive and once in how long repairs would take and needless to say they were true to their word and delivered on every count. The quality of work was to a high standard as they are true motoring ‘enthusiasts’ evidenced by a few ‘classics’ they had restored and which were on site, and I would have no hesitation in using or recommending them to others in the future.
