Borderline harrasment

Repair only half done, had to contact and loose a days work to rectify.
Bad quality repair too.

Above was sorted but the real issue is with the harassment of emails and messages to leave them a review. And I’m talking multiple messages a day. So here we go … your one star review

When they gave me a date to repair my…

When they gave me a date to repair my car. Told me would be in touch the day before. …. I had to do all phoning re my car to see when it was going in for repair as didn’t go in the date they told me. & I kept calling to see how things were going.

Spoke to older woman on phone. she was so rude! Younger one was lovely.

After my car accident

After my car accident, I called Markerstudy Insurance immediately. They were very helpful and arranged to pick up my car and took it to be repaired in a local garage to me. They kept me informed of the progress of the repairs of my car. The garage did a fantastic job, and my car looked as good as new. They gave me a courtesy car until my car was repaired. I was very impressed with the way they handled it.

Excellent service and lovely staff

I’ve been 3 times and every time, the customer is made to feel welcome and everything is explained.
It’s a really quick repair.
Mine was less than a week,that’s an impressive service from start to finish
The repairs are of an extremely high standard.
I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

My eighteen year old Saab 9.5 HOT Aero…

My eighteen year old Saab 9.5 HOT Aero was written off and is very difficult to replace like-for-like. Markerstudy lived up to their statement that they would provide a fair valuation. We settled for a decent sum after talking to an engineer. I will still miss the old car.

Not Recommrnded!!

My car had some minor cosmetic damage. It was there for 5 days. When it was finally returned only half of the work had been completed and was returned to them. I emailed & asked some quality control questions. No one had the courtesy to respond either by email or phone call. Exceptionally poor customer service given these are nominated through my insurance company. I expected far more. They over promised and under delivered. Car eventually returned on the 8th day!! Very, very disappointed. Will be making a formal complaint through my insurers.
