The Hoxton Olive Green Porcelain tiles are beautiful and look stunning in our bathroom. There was an issue with delivery, mainly due to the haulier. However Helen from logistics was most helpful and we received the tiles with very little delay. All in all a great job!

From the moment I walked into Mandarin Stone Harpenden, Dee was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful, exceptionally knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to what I was looking for rather than trying to sell me something that wasn’t right.
I had a very specific vision for the stone I wanted, and Dee went above and beyond to help me achieve it. Her product knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable and completely stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and she genuinely cared about helping me make the right choice.

Mandarin Stone good, The Pallet Network bad
Mandarin Stone did a good job.
The delivery company they chose did a bad job. TPN emailed mid-day on the day of delivery to estimate delivery in the next 1-2 hours, so I moved my meetings and waited in.
This estimate then gradually extended for the rest of the afternoon until a call at 17:00 saying the driver went back to the depot and they will try again on Monday.

Great service in the Fulham Store
I went into the Fulham Store with a really small problem - I needed just one of piece of stone to match my shower floor - Georgia was so very helpful - she put as much effort into finding this for me (which took time and a lot of messages to your fabrication unit - where Sam was also really helpful) as I would have expected (and have previously experienced) for a large order - this was such impressive customer service
