This was the second time we have used Maki and as before all went well. Email comunications prior to pick up very clear, pick up and drop off timely and efficient. Car was well worth the hire fees and the the best compliment is we will use Maki next year. Cheers for now.

A great experience from booking the rental online to receiving email confirmation and step by step instructions on how to receive and return the vehicle - and it all happened exactly like Maki said it would. The mobile app is particularly helpful. A great rental experience all round, thank you Maki.

Just rented a car through Maki for our honeymoon on Mauritius. Overall a great experience. There was a massive line in immigration when we landed but our driver patiently waited 2 hours for us and met us outside.

The car was fine. We booked one of the inexpensive ones and got what I paid for. Still cheaper than the bigger rental companies. We didn't use the car much but it served it's purpose.

The drop off was smooth as well. They met us where they said they would, gave the car a once over and sent us on our way. Not sure when if ever we'll will be back in Mauritius but I would totally use this company again.

Also ich kann hier nur ein großes Lob aussprechen. Wir hatten gebucht. Auf Grund von mehr Reisenden wurden die Auto flexibel umgebucht und erweitert.
Dann zu Corona schnelle Reaktion und Erstattung. Das ist man nicht gewohnt.

Ich kann mich nur den vorherigen Bewertungen anschließen. Die gesamte Organisation inklusive Anlieferung und Abholung nach/von Flic en Flac/Mauritius hat super geklappt. Wir hatten einen kleinen Suzuki Swift gemietet, bekamen jedoch gleich ein kostenloses Upgrade auf einen größeren Nissan Almera. Auch wir mussten leider 10 Tage früher die Insel aus bekannten Gründen verlassen. Die Erstattung der ungenutzten Tage wurde von Maki umgehend veranlasst. Wir möchten uns herzlichst bei Ihnen bedanken. Sie haben wesentlich dazu beigetragen , dass der Urlaub stressfrei begonnen und die überstürzte Abreise für uns einfacher war. Wir kommen sobald wie möglich wieder und mieten das nächste Auto wieder bei Maki.

Wow, solch ei en perfekten Ablauf hatte ich noch nie. Von Buchung über Bezahlung bis zur Übergabe des Fahrzeuges Dank der App wirklich suuuper.
Das Beste, wir mussten leider eine Woche früher zur nach Deutschland. Dieses zu viel gezahlte Geld wurde uns zurück erstattet. Jederzeit und immer wieder. Tolle Firma. Danke

Booked a care with Maki Rentals for 6 weeks for May and June but due to COVID-19 we are unable to make our trip. Maki car rentals responded within 12 hours to our enquiry over cancellation and have refunded us in full. Will definitely book with them again when our trip eventually takes place!

wir hatten bei unserer 14tägigen Seychellen Kreuzfahrt einen Mietwagen über Maki Car Rental gebucht.Da wir ein Individuelle Anreise hatten übernahmen wir den Mietwagen auf Mahe am Flughafen hatten ihn dort 4 Tage und haben Ihn denn am Hafen vor dem Schiff wieder abgeben.In Port Louis auf Mauritius hatten wir das Auto für 3Tage am Schiff übernommen und dort wieder abgeben.Zurück auf Mahe eine Mietwagen für 2Tage Übernahme am Schiff Abgabe am Flughafen.Hat alles super Pünktlich geklappt......

Excellent experience. Didn't take long for the chap delivering the car to find us at the airport once we connected to the temporary free wifi at the airport. Car was the newest vehicle I've ever driven, immaculate, only 700km on the odometer. Friendly chap Mr. Savage was also there to pick up the car when we dropped it off.

They came in as the cheapest and best reviewed so we booked with them before the trip and then extended another week, as it was convenient having the little car. The extension was easy to do online.

All around an excellent experience, thanks again.

Delivery and return of the car went smoothly. Driver was waiting for us at MRU airport for delivery and return of the car.
The rental car was in very good condition.

We have traveled in several countries for holidays and this is the best rental company we have experienced so far. I had some doubts for renting a car in Mauritius as I had read some very bad reviews regarding rental companies in general in Mauritius but with Maki Car Rental, I was more than pleased as we had no issues at all.

We visited Mauritius on a 10 day working holiday. As we were doing quite a bit of travelling, having a GPS was one of our booking criteria. We were met at the airport and handed our car by a very friendly, helpful member of the Maki team.
On day 3 of our visit, our GPS stopped working. We sent an email to Maki to report this and were contacted the same day to make arrangements to resolve the issue.
Two gents from Maki came out to our accommodation in Flic en Flac the next day, to bring us a new, working GPS.
