A truly wonderful support worker
My support worker, Ana Pizarro Cortes is a wonderful person who really cares about the people around me, as well as me.
She is always professional, and combines that with warmth, skill and empathy.
She is very intelligent and only needs to be told anything once.
She looks at the whole situation and addresses needs that she recognises.
I could not have a better person to support me.

Hi Ric, thanks for taking the time to reach out. In most cases, we see payments come through within 2 to 7 days after the invoice is sent out on Wednesday mornings. Our Collections team will follow up on any overdue payments if needed. Collections activity won't start until 21 days from the original invoice date, as this is the timeframe for any business in Australia to allow for an invoice to be paid. Large supply of workers.
I love the fact that Mable has a large supply of workers. I was able to interview several people and picked out my worker who has been excellent. She is always on time, very friendly and does a great job. Mable is always available if I need to ring them.

The staff are excellent, well trained and knowledgeable.in addition the process for selecting a new member of the team is easily worked through and is manageable for even a complete newbie.

Over all I'm super happy with Mable, Im just really disappointed about 4 payments from Oct last year that still hasn't been paid. Every other payment has been completely fine. Thank you

A relatively easy way to find support workers who have been screened and are ready to work. Mable makes the whole process pain free especially not having to organise pay slips, tax documents and insurance!

Mable makes it all easy to do and easy to monitor.
Mable has a well organised website that is easy to navigate. Reporting is prompt and processes are easy to follow. The work is done for me and all I have to do is verify and monitor.

Not good.
The support workers are generally OK to good.
The company though is a pile of mindless, stuffy, inefficient, overreaching and useless fools though.
Their company only exists due to capitalism/inefficiency/ignorance, and generally makes accessing help and the whole process more difficult.

Can't log in to approve support hours from email since downloading ap.
Ap is way too complicated current cleaner quoted just over $56 and hour to clean...mavles contract is over $70...way more than their 7%.
