We were able to find a trusted and professional person. He is very knowledgeable and empathetic. Sumit made my husband very comfortable and is to help us with everything.

I had quite a few applicants to choose from and it was easy to communicate with them. I had a person from Mable ring me to check how the process was going , which gave me confidence that I was using the system correctly.

Advising of possible cleaners was speedy although I would have expected that those not available for for the stated time would have been weeded out.

Quick to respond but I don't think their invoices meet NDIS requirements.

Very good service for busy individuals managing family member care. However, application is a bit clunky and historical recirds are not easily removable or able to be hidden. So we still see old applicants/workers instead of current ones. If using on mobile phone this extra older infir.atoon takes up space on phone so not easily adjustable oe easy to use.

Mable is a well managed platform. Allows you to search the platform and find support workers that meet your needs. Have found excellent support workers for my son. Great customer service.

It is refreshing to find a company that is able to give you the choice of providers that are qualified and available for the services you need. The ability to change your mind should your worker not suit and the personal care with a phone call, is appreciated

I hate your revised app. It is so messy and difficult to use and I’m a retired consultant who worked with app development. It needs changing again ASAP.

To finally find a provider that had workers in my area was a relief. It takes a bit of time to understand what everything is and where you need to go next to do all the information required, but once you go through it a couple of times it all falls into place. The choice of workers is good.

Very easy to use, feel safe knowing Mable have verified their support worker's credentials and knowing that I have the backing of Mable should anything go wrong. Payments very easy to make through the platform as well.

Between the guidance from the service representative to finding suitable workers, in a very tense personal situation with emergency care needs for parents in temporary accommodation, away from home. Highly recommend the service for those caught with sudden need for specialist or trained and experienced carers. So many great applicants and responsive as circumstances evolved.

No safety, no professionalism, bad workers, terrible system, and the worst mobile app I have ever seen.
