Finger weg- bitte unbedingt überlegen ob man sich das antun will. Ich bin wirklich entsetzt und wütend über die Art und Weise wie hier mit Kunden umgegangen wird! Wenn ich könnte würde ich null Sterne geben. Wir versuchen seit einer Woche zum zweiten Male wegen der einer sim Karte die wieder kein Netz hat eine Übertragung der Rufnummer auf eine neue lyca sim Karte. Ich kenne die gut gemeinten und auswendig gelernten Sprüche des Kundenservice schon auswendig. Es sind wirklich nette, bemühte Menschen die gelernt haben sich dauernd zu entschuldigen- sie machen ihren Job, die trifft keine Schuld! Wir nutzen diese Nummer seit Jahren aber wegen ständigen Netz Problemen (niemand kann uns da anrufen und wir haben uns schon daran gewöhnt weil lyca uns da einfach allein lässt) scheitern an der Frage, welche Rufnummer uns angerufen hat damit wir beweisen können!!! dass dies unsere Nummer ist. Woher sollen wir das wissen wenn seit einem Jahr das Netz nicht geht und wir nur WhatsApp benutzen .. Es ist zum heulen. Wir wollen nur noch Nummer Wechseln und nie wieder zu lyca zurück. Bitte daher genau ! Überlegen ob man sich das antun möchte. Ich habe mich auch schon direkt an lyca gewandt weil ich die letzte bin die negative Kommentare verfasst aber nachdem weder Interesse oder Kommunikation Wille vorhanden ist - was soll ich noch sagen- es ist sehr, sehr, sehr mühsam! Schade!!!

Hände weg von LM!
Ich bin überglücklich, von Lycamobile weggegangen zu sein. Trotz monatelanger Bemühungen, vieler Telefonate und mails hat mir Lycamobile weder eine neue SIM-Karte gesandt noch mir mein Guthaben erstattet. Der letzte Vorschlag dieses unseriösen Unternehmens war, sie würden versuchen (!), mein Guthaben auf die SIM-Karte meines Mannes zu übertragen. Meine Tochter hat sich inzwischen auch von LM verabschiedet und mein Mann wird dies ebenfalls tun, sobald der letzte Euro aufgebraucht ist. Letzten Endes hat LM 3 Kunden verloren!

Twice in roaming i had an issue with…
Twice in roaming i had an issue with only Lyca phone. Customer support does not exist in Lyca at all, so one must think twice why operators like A1 charge more than Lyca.
Still being in roaming my Lyca sim card can not even REGISTER on the network.
Shame shame shame.
