The package was packed in a high quality paper adhesive delivery envelope which I thought was cool.

Introduced to me by a friend for baby carriers and the like. Given that I’ve just had a baby it seemed like a great place to shop! Great choice of products, and discount for signing up (which I encourage anyone to do, not just for the discount but the emails made this tired new mum laugh out loud).

Purchased a jacket online from here and am so pleased with it. It arrived within 2 days, just in time for me to take away for a long weekend away, so I was able to make use of it immediately.

Spotted the sling we wanted after much research. Didn’t want to buy from Amazon as you never know if what you’re going to get is real and we didn't want to chance that with our newborn!

So ordered the Lenny Carrier to be delivered.

Love To Be Natural contacted me the next day to check our delivery address, and wouldn’t you know it I’d left out the post code (I blame sleep deprivation!)

So I’m glad they spotted that and got in touch as goodness knows where it would have ended up.

So carrier dispatched and it arrived the next morning, panic over.

I wouldn’t hesitate in shopping here again and I most definitely wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them!

I don’t normally leave reviews but yeah great service and a special recommendation to Beth - she knows her stuff when it comes to babies and carrying them in slings and helped us no end. Took us from zero to hero in an hour. Huge thanks 🙏

Recently bought a Lenny Lamb Light carrier for me to use with my baby. Was a bit hesitant having never used them before (but then I’ve never had a baby before so had no need of a baby carrier lol), but the price was very competitive and I’d not seen this particular carrier available anywhere else. Really happy with the product, the speed of delivery, and my son loves being in the carrier. Thank you.

Very simple process.

Saw product, checked it would fit our baby, checked delivery terms, added to trolley, paid. Noticed there were different payment methods, liked the choice.

Dispatch notice a few hours later. Tracking info. Arrived in 3 days no problem.

Either way, there were no issues.

Fantastic Babywearing store. New to us (as we’ve just had a baby), but a really good find. From a great selection of items on a great website and easy ordering, through to very quick delivery, we’re very impressed. Yeah all good thank you. Took a week or so for my order to be dispatched but I knew it would take that long as that’s what it said on the site when I bought it. But there was plenty of comms from the team just to point out the delivery time and making sure I was happy with that which of course I was.

Order was dispatched when they said it would be, they upgraded delivery for free and it arrived with me the next day and I absolutley love it. I’ve booked a free consultation with Beth for next week just so I can check i am using it correctly 👍

So I ordered the Mamalila khaki coat in size XL sizing up to be able to wear jumpers underneath. The next day Colin emailed me explaining that they were expecting more stock in later that week. Which was a bit disappointing but is what is, I sent an email in the new week seeing if there was an update with my order and Colin replied fairly quickly with said update and again later on, basically the manufacturer was having problems with the size I’d ordered but he offered another option if I didn’t want to wait another week to see if my size came in.
I popped onto the love to be natural website to see what other coats they had to see if they had my size in stock but this coat I’d originally ordered was in my mind like nothing could top it so clicking on it, I see that they had my size that I’d wear normally without sizing up which is a L. So a quick email sent off and not long later Colin replied with a Yes we have that size in my orders colour and am I sure I want to go with that size instead. A quick email back and forward agreeing and the coat was being sent to me asap which was a day later.

The coat has now arrived and I’m so pleased with it I can’t stop smiling and can’t wait another 6 weeks for my little one to arrive to be able to try out the carrier insert part of the coat. I’m glad I agreed to the smaller size as I think the XL would’ve drowned me as I can zip up the coat without the bump insert but it’s tight, I’ve been told I’ve a smaller bump compared to most even at this stage but prefer to have that extra space to turn with the insert in.

Happy I waited and emailed to see about any updates as the coat is worth it.

Found my first baby carrier here and was glad I did. My baby loves it and it does do what they say - gives me 2 hands free! I was quite nervous about Babywearing in general (just in terms of wether or not I was doing it correctly and that it was safe for my baby), but there was lots of helpful advice on the site and Beth even gave me a free 1 on 1 video consultation. She gave me a few tips and now I’m very happy.

My little boy is almost 3 but I’m still wanting to carry him so got a Lenny Lamb preschool carrier. He loves being carried and I love carrying him so it made sense! I love the quality of the product and ease of use. It’s maybe more expensive than some other brands but I know I was purchasing something high quality and so worth the money.

Decent product at a decent price, speedy delivery, zero complaints. Def 2 thumbs up 👍 👍

I had always known I wanted to babywear even since before I was pregnant after seeing other mummies babywear. I always liked how both mum and baby looked so happy and it looked so convenient too. So I am over the moon that I got a wrap and I have joined the babywearing crowd. I have got a stretchy wrap to start with and will use it for the first few months and then will likely get one of the carriers with the buckles after. Thank you to Beth for the help and advice.

Do not order with this company.
I retuned a sling which had been tried on once at home for all of two minutes - Colin reluctantly issued a credit note but took 10% off the value. When I tried to redeem the credit note my order never showed up. After chasing, Colin told me that actually the item was out of stock. I had to proactively chase him for updates while he checked with the supplier only to eventually be offered a more expensive alternative - when the original item was still showing as ‘in stock’ on their website, weeks after placing m original order.
Colin clearly hasn’t received any customer service training and is a belligerent twit.
Avoid.

All round great service, advice and product. Particularly impressed with the turnaround and delivery of my order, even though there was a +1 day delay, but that was Royal Mail’s fault.

The product itself is excellent and I’m excited to practice Babywearing over the next few weeks and months and fully expect this to have a positive impact on my parenting journey.

Unfortunately I'm still waiting on my order over two weeks later. Colin does usually respond to emails but it’s the same answer. Still waiting on stock. I was sold a product they don’t actually have. I’m going through my bank for a full refund.

Saw the thousands of 5 star reviews they have on their website so that put my mind at rest. Had wanted a sling on Amazon by they didn’t have the colour we wanted. Googled it, saw these guys had it, ordered it on Thursday evening. Dispatched Friday. Delivered Saturday. Total peace of mind and great service.
