Ordered via the website which was very easy and straightforward to use. I liked that Klarna was available as a payment option so I chose that. Love the coat I ordered, and equally impressed with delivery.

I ordered on the 11th expecting delivery maybe on the 13th but perhaps more likely on the 14th (yesterday).

Kind of forgot about it on Tuesday, so imagine my surprise when I got a text message to say my order would be delivered that day, and the postman turned up with it later that morning.

So super impressed with that 👌

And very happy with my purchase and the service.

Great quality product great website to choose from a great range products easy to order from very fast delivery and easy fast returns which was a coat that was a bit too big.

I’m a bit of a fanatic, to say the least. I’ve bought everything from stretchy wraps to ring slings and proper woven wraps. Always good to find some of the harder to find brands and makes.

Prices good, quick delivery, even when I just opt for the standard free delivery.

I’ll be a loyal customer for as long as I’m having babies!

I was told the item I ordered will be late abut by the beginning of next week it is now Tuesday evening and still haven’t received my item. I have emailed twice with no reply. Starting to get frustrated. If they don’t have it or it’s not coming then I would just like a refund, it wouldn’t be a problem but I’ve had no response.

This has now been rectified after many emails. And I’ve finally received my item which is an amazing product and I look forward to trying it out.

Terrible customer service. Received an email confirming my order would be with me by the end of the week (this was a Tuesday). By Saturday still not received so contacted the company, days later got a reply saying they still hadn’t received it their end so not even on the way. Offered to send by next day delivery when it gets to them, great... except I’m still waiting now, 23 days later, on an order that was supposed to be 5-7 days. Awful communication throughout, nobody lets you know what is going on, Colin is basically trying to cancel my order rather than help - I suspect it’s a scam and never going to arrive. Very angry as I ordered specifically for a holiday and wedding and ended up with nothing to take with me.

Update: order cancelled their end without even asking me, so as not to “keep me waiting”. Doubt it was ever really coming, definitely a scam, wouldn’t touch again with a barge pole.

Excellent service and my order arrived much quicker than expected. Delivery was with Royal Mail Tracked which I received this morning, having placed my order on Wednesday afternoon. But I received like, tracking updates on my phone so I knew it was coming but I like I say I was impressed that it arrived so quickly (I didn’t even pay for delivery).

Haven’t had much of a chance to try out my new sling, but it is very beautiful. I got one of the Girasol ones which are hand made and very hard to find. Much nicer than even in the photos. I think I will put a review on the website and try and add some photos.

Tried it with my baby a few times this afternoon, think it will take a bit of practice, but it does make me feel much more confident as a new mum knowing that my baby is in the best place but I can still get on with things and go places. Thank you very much 🥰

Great company to deal with, dispatch took a bit longer than expected, but they were very communicative in letting me know, and even upgraded the delivery to next day once they did dispatch. Product is great quality and I’m glad I waited for it, so yeah thank you very much!

Beth helped me choose a sling. I am under 5’2” so have felt overwhelmed by carriers in the past.

She gave me lots of information and advice that really helped as there were so many different styles but one fitted better than the rest. That was the Lenny light carrier so that’s the one I got.

She was very pleasant, helpful and patient and helped make the experience enjoyable.

Placed an order for a Mamalila jacket which is quite an expensive item. It arrived quickly, within just a few days, well packaged and clearly with care. I received emails updating me on dispatch and delivery. I received what I ordered, the colour I would say is better than what I expected (I ordered the yellow). It looks amazing, is well made and fits well. Better than I expected.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

I still didn’t get a refund after raising it with a bank, still waiting, still fighting having two small children - so not much time to use for that. It cost me so much stress to get my money back I literally can’t sleep :(

Great product and great website. We had no cause to contact customer service or anything like that because everything was clearly explained on the website so we felt we were well
informed to proceed with our purchase.

Checkout and payment was easy and we appreciated the range of payment options we chose Clearpay and appreciated the option to split the payment, which is an important consideration as new parents.

Communications were clear and received instantly and we received confirmation that our purchase had been dispatched later that afternoon which included all the tracking information we needed.

Delivery was a few days later 2 I think and the item was packed in nice paper packaging that I thought was good and matched the product. There were also several leaflets with information on them along with a handwritten thank you note which was nice and much appreciated especially given we had spent quite a lot so it showed that our custom was important. More than happy overall.

Beth provided my husband and I with just the best service. She is so professional, knowledgable and warm, and takes so much pride in her work.

From advising us on slings and even general parenting questions, nothing was too much trouble. She made us feel like competent parents who actually know what we’re doing!

First time I ordered from this store, service and postage superb, great communication and easy to order.

Extra little touches like the hand written thank you note made me smile, 😊 unusual these days now, but I found it a nice touch. Product is a gift for a colleague, so not tried yet but looks lovely.

Terrible experience buying from this company. I ordered an item priced at £159. It was in stock when I ordered it. I never received any confirmation emails so I chased the order after 1 week. I got no response from the online chat and it would constantly log me out. So I emailed and was told the order was delayed by around a week. After the expected delivery date I still received no updates, so I chased once again to be told the stock would not be in until November ( this was for reasons out of their control). At this point I requested a refund and this took another week (and another email chasing) to receive it. Really poor customer service. I would not buy from this company or recommend them. Definitely one to avoid!
