Woensdag heb ik een taxi besteld om samen met mij dochter naar centraal station te gaan van geuzenveld taxi nummer 1636 heeft mij opgehaald hij ging de snelweg op via wespoort noord ijburg en dan naar centraal station toen ik er wat over zei dat hoj een hele omweg maakt zei hij tegen me je kan ook hier op de snelweg uitstappen hij bedreigde me waar me kind bij was gewoon heb me atil gehouden moest hem 80 euro betalen wat eigenlijk tussen de 30/35 euro moest betalen schandalig mensen ga absollut niet met tca

My experience was quite straightforward, ordered 2 shorts and they arrived promptly and as expected. The quality of the shorts having worn them a few times now is impressive, zip pockets are solid and big enough for phone (and handful of dog poo bags). I really like my shorts and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Bought some products and returned them - they ignored everything and never refunded anything. Ignored all messages and online requests.

Avoid this company at all costs. Products are oversized so you will need to return and you will not get a refund or response from the company. Ordered a small and medium shorts to be sure but both too big. Returned but no refund...no matter how many emails sent. The small t-shirt I kept went up a size after one wear and wash! Terrible quality from a terrible company.

Shorts fit perfectly, and I've struggled to get decent running specific shorts to fit well, that don't cost a fortune.

I ordered a pair of shorts in my normal size but they were too big so I returned them so I could order a smaller size. However after 2 weeks there was no sign of a refund, so I contacted them but got no response. Contacted them a week later, ignored again. Had to contact my bank to get a refund. Took 6 weeks to get my money back. Abysmal customer service and I will never buy from them again

Shorts did not fit, went through the returns process, received code and Evri acknowledged receipt. TCA received returned goods on the 19th July. No refund or email answer since, complete radio silence!
This firm is dodgy to say the least, having read other reviews on here I will be more thorough next time!🤦‍♂️

Scammers. Returned a pair of shorts, no refund or communication. Emailed several times and nothing in return. Now having to call the back and wait 45 days.

Awful, shorts were an awful fit so returned. 3 weeks later no refund or response to messages. Seeking refund through my bank.

Trying to outfit my travel baseball team with custom colors for pants and a logo. They sent a sizing kit - which the boys tried on. However, when we received the pants, the Youth Large pants were the same size as the Youth Medium pants. Even their sizing chart (which showed YL as 26.5" to 28" did not match what we received as purportedly Youth Large at 25". Four of my kids couldn't fit into the pants.

After a back and forth with the TCA Team, sending a picture of the pants up against other sized pants, pictures with a tape measure, reordering pants and sending in the old pants, the TCA salesperson just took a picture of the pants length and said it was "ok".

And it took 12 weeks to get to that point - and our season is almost over. I'd recommend going to a local place next time - or going to a larger national supplier that could absorb the proper customer service exchange.

I recently ordered two items: the Carbonforce Compression Base Layer Shorts and the Pro Performance Compression Base Layer Tights. Both fit comfortably and feel great! While the TCA logo and stitching on the waistband of the tights started to come away after a month, the shorts have held up well so far. I haven't worn them as much, so I can't comment further on them yet.

The service and delivery were excellent, and the items were packed very well. One suggestion for improvement would be to reinforce the stitching on the waistband to ensure greater durability.

Today is 12 Feb and no refund. No response to query raised via their web site. Now sent an email.

Will proceed to small claims court if no refund is received within 5 working days.

Still waiting for a refund, returned items 3 weeks ago....

Ibought 2 running tops as a christmas present that needed returning, only as a size issue, there was an initial problem finding my order but was quickly sorted so 5 stars from me, quality and value is fantastic too

Absolutely shocking to deal with.

I am still waiting for a refund for a hoodie that was sent back a month ago.
The hoodie was a large but more like a medium it was unsuitable but I have sent numerous emails all to be ignored.
My first purchase and i will never buy a thing from here again.

It was purchased through decathlon and they have been useless also as its a 3rd party seller.
For a company based in UK it's more like a foreign company the way they have conducted there business.

Avoid completely!

Colour is nothing like dark grey, it’s dark blue and I’ve contacted regarding this but heard nothing back. Shorts themselves are great but poor customer relations and not being dealt with is frustrating

Top quality compressed clothes. Really like all black colored clothes without any ugly white brand logos

I think this is my new favourite company. I’ve bought far too much from TCA - for me, my kids and friends. Excellent value, great service and prompt delivery every time. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and the free delivery, and I love the company journey too. Top job everyone!

Just by reading some of the reviews re poor customer service, I'd never shop here...
