Great assistance & resolution of queries and very helpful advisors!!! Susan & Sarah who were dealing with my amendment request on my policy, did it very quickly and sent me the correct information I needed.

Supportive and customer focused.
The insurer has proven to be supportive and very competitive in price.
Customer service is on point and they talk to the customer with respect.
I have made a claim with them on one occasion and this was dealt with professionally.
I have to admit there were some issues with a repair on my phone, but this was resolved after I made them aware of the problem.
I would recommend them for sure.
