Thanks Natascha and Susan!
I just received my new iPhone 12 and had to change my existing policy. Called up and spoke to Natascha who was very helpful and made it stress free! Susan was also kind enough to amend my policy super fast and even gave me a discount, thanks ladies. I can now use my phone outside with confidence in knowing it’s fully covered.

Can’t fault loveitcoverit, cheapest insurance around but the best! You get a multi device discount and a loyalty discount and the service is always spot on. Thanks to Emma on live chat for helping me change my phone and thanks to Susan in support for updating my policy for me. Would recommend.
