My phone was stolen a few days ago and so I needed to make a theft claim. I had such an easy experience with this. I was working with Sarah Underwood, who made things so straight forward and clear for me. She worked so quickly and I had the claim accepted within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend this cover.

I am so impressed with this love it cover it. I lost my phone on Sunday and contacted the insurance company as soon as possible. They reassured me and handled my claim so fast. We have had the misfortune to have to claim on our policy for a second time in the last six months, the first a broken front & back iphone screen which was barely a year old from new, but due to an unfortunate accident it got broken and was deemed beyond repair. We were sent a new reconditioned phone to replace it which arrived promptly. On our second claim the keypad suddenly stopped working and having followed the online claim process which you need to send them proof of purchase documents and details we was instructed to return it to their repair centre of which you pay the postage. On arrival at their centre we were contacted via email to tell us it arrived and kept informed of the progress throughtout. Again the phone was deemed beyond repair and a replacement sent by courier back to us which we received the next day. Overal loveit coverit have been very good during the few years we have been with them and i would highly recommend them.

Claim process was straight forward. The whole process was efficient and was all done in a timely manner. I would recommend :)
