Long-standing customer with multiple gadgets
I have been a customer for several years insuring several gadgets under one policy. I am fortunate that I have not had to make a claim, however I can attest that the level of customer service is outstanding. Adding new products to my policy or even raising queries are answered in a prompt and friendly manner. I find their policies comprehensive and the prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend for your phone and gadget insurance needs.

The support experience was great, I was able to update my policy following the instructions provided. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the response times of my questions were of over a day of waiting. I trust there is room for improvement there.

Great renewal service and customer care
I've been with loveit coverit for a couple of years now for a number of devices. I get the automatic renewal email each year and I don't have to do anything. This year I had changed bank/cards and sent in a reply asking what to do. The next day I got a email reply and a phone call. It was all nice and easy!

Exceptional Service
This was my first policy with LoveitCoverit and then I had to make a claim on my phone. The service was swift, straightforward and efficient, and when there was an issue with Apple regarding my claim, the customer service team were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly and solved the issue really quickly. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone needing gadget insurance, I can’t praise them enough!

Took out cover on a pro max I bought in…
Took out cover on a pro max I bought in a phone shop ,Vodafone refused me cover because I didn’t buy the phone off they,112€ straight forward,excess is a bit higher than Vodafone but hopefully I’ll not have to make a claim with a bit of luck,so far it’s a good experience but who knows until you have to claim how good or bad the insurance actually is

Really easy to sign up and get covered instantly. Can’t comment on making a claim as ive only been with them a week and hopefully won’t have to make a claim. Price is very reasonable

If I could give 0 stars i would. Made it extremely difficult to make a claim. Rejected my claim and when i tried to appeal they told me it would take 8 weeks to respond to the appeal. DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS.
