Be careful with this Company
Please be careful with this insurance.I did a cover to my ps5 and they can´t fix and are offering me 225£ for the device. I paid 5 months insurance ( 4*5 = 20£) + 40£ claim = 60£ then minus the offer they did 225£ = 165£ ..... what I can buy with 165£? i requested a working device, and they refused to give me.
So please DON´T TRUST THIS COMPANY as when you do the insurance they are very good at catching you after they DON´T CARE about the situation, even solving that. If my invoice would be 1000 pounds then they would offer me a replacement and wouldn´t pay my 1000 pounds.
Now my lawyer will find out how to solve with them :)

Upon checking your claim we had offered a cash settlement based on the price you had paid for your PS5 therefore we would not offer you more than what you had paid and unfortunately we would not be increasing the amount.

No nonsense, very good
Couldn’t believe how simple and efficient this whole claims process was.
Cannot recommend enough.
Only thing I’d say is to read the contract before buying insurance.
Look at the excess policy on your device and how much you are expected to pay towards damages.

Where is there a 0 option
Where is there a 0 option. The most ridiculous set up of a company I have ever witnessed. I feel embarrassed for those who work as part of this company. Got my phone stolen and made out to feel like a liar as IMEI is now active again. How can I prove this? They accept my claim take the excess money and then suddenly change their mind and reject the claim. So frustrating and nobody is getting back to me for trying to appeal this. The worst insurance cover I have ever witnessed!

Still waiting for my claim to be delt with after a month.Had a phone call from them after I made a complaint.They informed me they had sent emails to me concerning my claim.not received.Contacted me last week.Have an email contact now.Have sent all relevant documents to them . still waiting for a reply.Had reply.looks like every thing is sorted now.When I eventually made contact every thing was sorted out in good time. Hopefully the email problem doesn't happen to anyone else
