Such scammers
Such scammers, have liquid damage on my phone was quoted over 700 with apple for my repair. Jordan told me I could have a cash settlement of 319.99 euro I accepted that. The audacity to only put 219.99 into my account when I addressed this, it was because of excess fees that I was told NOTHING about. If you tell a paying customer that they can have a cash settlement of X amount, they should receive full X amount. I canceled my policy with them and will be taking my business elsewhere for my new phone. DO NOT take out insurance with these you will be extremely disappiontment if you end up needing help.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the outcome of your claim.
Our policies all include an excess that would be applicable in the event of a claim.
We understand that you feel you were not aware of an excess being applicable to your claim. Our excesses are signposted during the sales and claim journey. During the policy purchasing process, the excess is available and highlighted, and you confirm when purchasing the policy, that you have read and agreed to our terms, which includes information about the excess.
We also highlight that an excess is due during when a claim is submitted. You will not be able to submit your claim unless you confirm that you understand that an excess will be applicable upon a successful claim.
Regarding the quote itself, the amount quoted for your repair was much higher than we would have expected for your device, which was also higher than quoted by Apple on their website, and it was higher than a replacement device.
We then provided you with an amount for a replacement device, which was agreed to, and this was paid out to you minus the policy excess, which again is applicable to any successful claim. We minus the excess off cash settlements to avoid the inconvenience of paying your excess only for a larger sum to be paid back to you.

There should be a 0 option
I agrée with the red reviews. They are total scammers. My phone was stolen and I even reported this. But according to this sham and shameless company I left my bag unattended. While I was seeing to my disabled child (first holiday ever after 2 years of treatment). Even when I mentioned my phone went missing between the airport and getting home they have decided themselves it was at the airport and I left my bag unattended so they won’t cover!
‘ This is seen as unattended, and due to this, we will not be looking to overturn this decision.’
So according to Loveit Coverit policy the insured item must be glued to you, even then they’d find a loop hole not to pay. Don’t use this company, it’s worth paying a bit more and going with a company that has morals and respects its customers.

Upon review of your claim, you confirmed that your device was kept in your bag, which was then left unattended for 5-10 minutes while you were collecting your luggage. Due to the device being left unattended for that amount of time, we are unable to consider your claim, as this does not meet our terms and conditions.

Reactivated cancelled polocies
I cancelled two of my policies when I got a new phone. Found out fairly quick that the phone wasn't for me so I emailed to see if I could reactivate the policies as I wanted to keep my old phone. To my surprise they did and even saved me few bob my combining them! Would definitely recommend them for any gadget insurance!

It's the best service at the best price…
It's the best service at the best price available on the web. I thought my renewal would have gone through automatically, but that was not the case due to my credit card being expired. Geoff called me promptly to solve the issue, offered me a discounted premium, helped me through the payment and also updated my address. I could have not asked for more. Great service; I will definitely use them in the future.

Dear Erion,
Before you took out the policy, we asked you to provide the purchase date of your phone, which you advised was 17/03/2024.
However, upon reviewing the proof of purchase you provided, we see that the actual purchase date was 16/01/2023.
This discrepancy has impacted the referral process. For devices over 180 days old, we require a picture of the device to confirm there is no pre-existing damage before accepting the insurance.
Since the date you initially provided when taking out the insurance was more recent, this step was bypassed.
As a result of this bypass, your claim has been rejected.
