Laundry smells lovely but covered in little bits of fluff and someone else’s hair… Not sure I’ll be using this again!

You booked the 6pm to 10pm return slot and planned your weekend around it, so receiving a message at 13:30 saying the driver would arrive in 20 minutes was not acceptable. We also apologise that after changing your plans, the driver did not arrive until 14:45. This is not the level of reliability we aim to provide, and we will address it with our delivery team.
We are also concerned to hear that your laundry arrived covered in bits of fluff and hair. This falls short of the standard we expect, and we are sorry for the disappointment this caused. While we are glad the laundry smelled lovely, we understand that this does not make up for the condition it arrived in.
We would like to look into this for you. We are investigating properly and working towards a resolution.

Driver delivery was very rude and aggressive to my young daughter - he said not to use their service again don’t get in touch with us again as his gear box fell off.

Firstly the delivery was late. The delivery time was between 6-8pm. Delivery was at 9:15pm. The driver did not even apologise for the late delivery. This is not acceptable at all.
