Clothes now smell
Collection and delivery were fine, delivery driver was lovely. However my clothes have come back with a horrible smell. I wish I could wash everything again but used this service as my washing machine is broken. Im having to douse myself in perfume to mask the smell of the clothes. Would not recommend to anyone. Some clothes have also shrunk.
Wish I just took them to the laundrette myself instead.

I would 100% AVOID SENDING your clothes to them!
The worst experience I had with a laundry service. Sent me clothes to be washes in cold water and dry at a lower setting, they returned a different colour, a pairs of trousers are now a size down, a couple of tops are now cropped and all the gym clothes shrunk! They said the default settings are cold and low but I don’t understand why they would shrunk if they can be dried at lower settings and how all the labels are peeling off. Even though I sent them photos, they didn’t even said “I’m sorry let’s try to resolve the problem.” The discount code added to the account as a new customer was also not applied and for some reason they decided to keep my bags and swap instead of sending my clothes back in them.
The lack of accountability from their side is also admirable, so if you’d like to have your clothes back clean but the same colour and size I would recommend you choose another company.

Terrible service
Terrible. Do not use. I had new bedlinen for 2 beds collected to be ironed. It came back with stains, pulled threads and did not look like it had been ironed at all! I emailed to complain and ask for a refund of the £42. They declined but offered to redo it. Do not have time to waste. They should realise that as a service for busy people.

Never used a service like this before…
Never used a service like this before and was a bit apprehensive but service was brilliant. Laundry collected and delivered at the times given, the company communicated clearly and at every stage and the clothes and duvets returned in great shape, the duvets in their own laundry bag which will be really useful for storage. A bit more expensive than taking the items to my local launderette but saved so much time - will use them again without any hesitation. Thank you for a great service.

These people are fine for very very…
These people are fine for very very basic dry cleaning. However, they will ruin your clothes, don’t send them anything expensive. I have just sent them a dress with a white top and a blue skirt and instead of dry cleaning it they washed it which means the dark fabric dyed the white fabric. Pretty obvious stuff, but they completely ruined my dress.

Non-Collection and not returning when promised
When you book a collection time and they don't turn up, it is more than a little frustrating, especially when it is 6pm - 10pm on Friday. Even more so when they try to blame you for not answering the door, when they did not even try (sudden backtracking when you point out that there are several cameras that prove them wrong). Collected the following evening (so another wasted evening in waiting).
Only for them not to return it when promised (I only agreed to the new collection if they could deliver on time). Again blame towards me because they didn't collect on time.
This has happened more than once now, so this will be the last time I ever use them. Also, don't get me on the whole automatically adding over 17% "tip" to the bill, so you have to be careful to take it off. I will only give a tip when it all goes right.

Pick up was 85 minutes late. Customer service addressed the problem.
I originally provided a2 star review because my Pick up was 85 minutes late and at night this is very inconvenient. i wouldn't have booked it for that time if I didn’t think they would get there until after 10pm. After I left the review I was contacted by customers service. I Received an apology and a credit which I appreciated. I waited until the return was processed to update this. I cannot give five stars as I did not receive a text and the email saying it was on its way was sent 8 minutes before it arrived. I don’t live attached to email so not really a heads up. But they did deliver within the frame and the clothes are well tended.

After a mis-delivery of the wrong goods, the combination of Chat and Phone resolved the issue incredibly quickly and politely. The laundry was done exactly as we asked — whites on warm temperature and colours on cold. All efficiently redelivered within a couple of hours of our noticing the mis-delivery. very impressed.
