So disappointed.. sales manager was fab on the phone... made us trust the company and really want to use them & I decided to go with them and not Liquidline.. Ordered Vitro S1.. install day, engineer didn't have a clue how to set up, new type of machine.. I was left over xmas with a machine not working, technical not answering the phone then I resorted calling coffeetek direct who said machine installed incorrectly.. eventually got through to logic vending in new year.. engineer visited still machine doesn't work... I don't doubt Logic vending are a decent company but sales side great.. after sales awful.. still no machine working.. another engineer appointment for sometime early next week. I have cancelled by DD and consulting my solicitor to my rights as to remove the machine!

The best supply company I've come across since I started business.

They really sorted us out with our coffee machine. Enough beans for a good few months, along with take out cups, stirrers and syrups which really help to offer a better product for us and help our profit margins.

I would definitely recommend this company for small start ups and larger independent companies looking to expand.

The Rwanda Medium Roast 100% Arabica coffee from Kokebi is lovely. Freshly ground it has a lovely light aroma. The roast is perfect for expresso as it allows the taste of the coffee to come through without the burnt taste I often find with expresso-roast coffee beans. The flavour has a little chocolate and a pleasant level of acid. The flavour is not strong - it is Arabica, but moreish - I can forget how much coffee I am drinking! The one wee bother is a slight sour after taste.

I reached out to Logic Vending to gain quotations for a new company coffee machine and went with the company after reading some good reviews online. The whole process was very easy, and Steve Banting was able to answer all of my queries (and very patient as I had a lot!) and our Account Manager has been keeping in touch ever since. All in all a great experience so far.

I now use Logic Vending to supply my coffee beans, the coffee is fantastic, my customers absolutely love it, and Logic Vending are happy to send you some to try if you want to try different coffees, Thanks again Richard for your help, and next day delivery is great especially when you suddenly realise how fast your coffee is selling.

My order, which consisted of a Coffee Machine and Water Station came on time and as expected.

The engineer who came to fit both machines was professional, knowledgable and incredibly helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service.

The quality of both products is also exceptional. I would absolutely recommend.

I am not keen on flavoured coffee or very bitter dark roast as I love the flavour of coffee. I am finding it increasingly difficult to buy beans except online, despite the general increase in interest in coffee in the UK.
I came across Kokebi coffee online and found that they sell coffee that had the qualities I was looking for, flavourful medium roast 100% Arabica. The blend I chose to try was from Central America: Colombia-Cosa Rica-Brazil.
I had a discussion with the company on the cost of sending the coffee to the Isle of Mull and we worked out a delivery to my office in Edinburgh. Their assistance was prompt and very helpful.
Once I had the bag, I ground a small amount in a burr grinder. The ground coffee had a lovely perfume of honey coffee, not sweet or heavy. Once made into expresso, there was not much aroma. Sips of coffee were mildly bitter taste on tip of tongue, smooth, coffee flavour with slight roasted nut over tongue, then slight chocolate, lovely coffee finish. I find it a good roast for expresso and longer coffees. I have been drinking the coffee for a week and the taste continues to interest me. Not tried it with milk.

Quick enough to sort our problems out at the start with some chemical problems that was due to our hard water.
Not a great fan of all the coffee milk and chocolate you send with the machine first of all we would’ve thought you would send all the good stuff to make sure the customer is fully satisfied now we have ordered all the good stuff and it is a lot better.

as per the first occasion no problems everything was carrid out smoothly and efficiently, and machinery arrived on time in good order.

The machine is excellent and just the right size for our venue and we had full training from the installation guy who explained everything to us.

From showing an interest in one of these machines,I have had contact with the same person throughout. No pushy sales , he went at my pace with the whole sale,discussing which product would suit my needs .
I have now had the machine installed and done to perfection,the installation guy was marvellous showing me the operation fully.

Paid for the product and then waited over 1 week to get my installation date. Received the product with only half the coffee I was spose to get and half the cups and saucers. Spoke to them 1 week ago regarding this and still waiting to receive then rest of the items I paid for.

Really like the fact that you gave us the opportunity to try the coffee and use the machine in advance of deciding if we should go ahead of purchasing one. We ended up leasing 2 machines and it was a really easy transaction and both Richard and Mitchell were very helpful. I also really like the fact that they give you everything you need to start you off such as coffee and cups etc.
