HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you send a question to them, don’t expect a resolution for weeks - months. Absolutely disgraceful

Horrible to enter 3 stores to find that 95 percent of the workers belong to one race, it is not multiculturalism, not their fault, it is loblaw to concentrate workers from one race in specific stores, call it #RACE BASE STORE. Of them are treated badly from their people who pass passive culture on them. The worse thing when they treat customers from their race better than others. Concentrating people from the same race in one store, drives customers questioning about that. MANY DO NOT LIKE IT!!!!

I’ve been a long time Loblaws customer but recently purchased Life Brand psyllium fibre as a cholesterol aid at Loblaws. In taking the product I immediately noticed that it didn’t seem very effective. After reading the label I discovered that it only had 3.4 grams of psyllium for each 12 grams ( ie roughly 25%). The rest is filler. This compared to the Equate brand from Walmart that has 3.5 grams of psyllium for each 5.8 grams ( ie more than 50%). Also 72 doses of the Life Brand was 17 dollars compared to 19 dollars for 180 doses of Equate. Not only did I get less than half of the effective ingredient I paid more than twice as much. This doesn’t give me much confidence in Life Brand products from Loblaws. An absolute ripoff.

Loblaws does hilite some Canadian products but you have to have a sharp eye to see those made in USA.

Loblaws skids are going to kill someone. Why hasn’t someone in the company trained their employees properly? I hope that Loblaws gets sued to kingdom come when they kill someone.

Please cook the potatoes more than you use for your potato salad. Twice now that I got very hard,almost crunchy potato bits..tastes great otherwise

I absolutely LOVE Loblaws. I go every day. Every day I pick up food for dinner for my son and I. I usually buy fish or chicken that is already marinated by the Loblaw chefs and we have loved every single dish. The company has made it so easy to be a good cook! I always add healthy vegetables and we even tried fiddlehead greens. I usually buy broccoli or zucchini and it’s always fresh. We are partial to the bakery’s sourdough bread. If you look hard enough you will notice that all the jams and spreads on display are worth trying. I have enjoyed collecting stickers for the glasses. I’ve purchased quite a few now. I can only say great things about Loblaws. It’s phenomenal.

I think it’s funny how huge corporations like you think it’s ok to freeze fresh food and sell it at a discount cause it’s going bad . Vegetables and meats that’s should never be frozen. Thinking you can take advantage of people who are unfamiliar with cooking will get tricked !! The customer service is very lacking and employees give customers attitude. Horrible service can’t believe how chains like Loblaw and super stores runs !!

Going on indeed looking for a job and see lots of posting and to me it’s a failed. My son trying to get a job and it’s very difficult. He has applied and response are not hiring. So please tell me why are you posting if you’re not hiring.

Last summer I drank Blue Menu Pink Grapefruit Soda Water daily, it was delicious. I just bought a case of it and it is flavourless. Nothing like the previous version, Very disappointing and won't buy it again.

I placed a PC express order today and the total was $159. Then I see that it was $183 for the same amount of items and I placed the order today so I was going by the prices of today. The person at PC express was useless and unhelpful. I should be familiar with that as the superstore is a bad name for customer service. Do not support PC express. It’s a criminal organization supported by Canadian government. It is corrupt and dishonest. Canadians should be shopping somewhere else which I will be doing, and I will make this well known, and it would be cool. Will be boycotting this grocery store. I advised all Canadians to boycott superstore.

I can't believe the prices you charge for everything. Today I WAS going to buy Hello charcoal whitening toothpaste but it cost $10.97 for 1 tube. I stood beside the outrageous highly overprices item and ordered it from Amazon for $5.97. How can the owners sleep at night. Gouging the consumer to death!!!! :((

I mostly shop at Independent Grocer but I've had good luck with Loblaws.

Honestly, I find getting good deals overall easy if you're flexible and patient. The PC program and the app is great.

Generally I walk out being pleased with my purchases. The quality is good overall.

I understand they are treated a bit like villains but I'm happy with them as far as a Canadian grocery. They even own Farm Boy which is my favorite place for meat and produce

I don;t know what it would be like to work there but I have to say they need to quite making what they refer to as potato and egg salad.

a. The dressing was terrible. It tasted sweet, was very sloppy
and didn't adhere to the half raw potatoes. My family all left it on their plates. Won't purchase again. Also couldn't find q trace of any egg

I signed up for subscription delivery as well as Mastercard due to a recent medical issue and I thought it would make my life easier. Run the other way----the sign in has logged me out each time in last 24 hours stating it was shut down due to activity. Because I had to resign in because of their malsystem. After 2 hours tyring to put my order in as well as today after several calls informed this was a problem due to their updating their system. Money is not important but TIME IS. So far wasting my time I do not recommend, as well I want a refund to my subscription and I am cancelling thei affiliated credit card. I will be posting on my other social accounts including Facebook that their system needs an up=grade not at the expensive of wasting customers time.

I am a long time customer of Fortino's but recently moved to Port Credit where there was only a Loblaws. Considering it belonged to the same chain, I assumed customer service would also be at its best---WRONG. I went in for my regular , almost daily, visit and I was so pleased when I saw that the grapes were half price. I buy them by the pound a few times a week since my adult kids love them. As usual , I grabbed a couple of bags and removed all the rotten ones adding into the bag some nice looking bunches. As I did this, a member of the produce team stood a few feet away (literally) and watched me. I asked him if he needed to get in there assuming he may be replenishing the stock. He responded "no" and continued to stand there. I felt uneasy so I quickly finished selecting my grapes and he said " your grapes are full price". I responded with "but all the bags say 50% off". He said, "yes, they are 50% off but since you picked only good grapes and removed the rotten ones, yours will be full price." I was disgusted, so I put my bag down and left. In essence what he was saying was that I had to buy bad grapes to balance out any good produce that was chosen. I would understand if the packages were the sealed ones on the discount racks but they weren't. This begs the question if the same rule applies when I select tomatoes or apples on sale. Do I have to gather some rotten ones in order to get the sale price?
One cannot blame this on inexperience. Both the employee and myself are seniors---so both have quite a few years of experience. Maybe he was the produce manager. I don't know but if he was , then he is even more pathetic than I thought.
Needless to say, I will be going down the street to Metro to do my shopping from now on.

Loblaws didn't get the 'buy Canadian products " memo. Almost nothing wAs labeled. And why am I assuming their brand is made in Canada. You need to do better

Instead of addressing the issue, they’ve gaslighted her, making her feel like this was somehow her problem instead of taking responsibility for the dangerous product they sold.

🔹 A legal firm reviewed the case but wouldn’t take it—not because it lacks merit, but because it "isn’t a money maker." So where does that leave everyday customers like us? Suffering, unheard, and dismissed.
🔹 Loblaws claims to value customers, yet when my mother was injured due to their negligence, they turned their back on her.
Accidents happen—but how a company chooses to respond defines them. Right now, Loblaws is showing us that they do not care about their customers, especially seniors.

Lets talk stamps , I like to be in charge & take care of my company then customers next . What I thing is fair & giving my customers a option is when the final date of the cookware promotion is up . They may go to there Loblaw grocery store & set it up with the manger what cookware they would like & pay price on cookware hand in stamps then our manger with give them a voucher & will be call asap ther cookware is in . Have so many days to pickup or ther shit out of luck , and its ship back to the supplier . Next is so many points for there stamps . Thank You Ps just a thought
