I went to superstore on 104 ave in surrey for a quick prepared meal I got the chicken fried rice it was disgusting I had throw it out

I shopped at RCSS today at the self-checkout line. The item I got did not have a bar code. I asked the woman there to help me, and she made a face, and acted like she was doing me a favour. It is her job to assist customers. Also, a few years back, your almost expired items were discounted by 50%, and now it is only 30%. I only go to the RCSS if I absolutely have to. Not a nice place. Your prices are not great either.

So this is pretty much every time. But this time I kind of went over the top.. usually what I do when I go shopping there because if you go to the cashiers your shove through their little system like water through a garden hose. struggling to put your stuff in the bags while somebody else gets rammed down your throat. So what I do at the self checkout is that I scan the items and then put them in the bag so I don’t have to rush.. now they don’t want nothing but large items scanned that way and I get that but the lady hung out beside me, treat me like I already stole items when I’m spending hundreds of dollars at your store and you treat me like a criminal. It really pisses me off. never mind the fact that there’s rotten food as well as rotten bread, items or near rotten that you’re selling at whole prices with no discounts.

This is a loblaws sub store. At Zehrs and Food Basics the bakery has wonderful cheese or pizza buns...these appear to be made at the store. Unfortunately the RCS in Windsor on walker road does not have these made in their bakery department ...instead they come in a prepack clear plastic box. It is unfortunate but there is NO COMPANY NAME on package so maybe one can assume it is a loblaws product. The packaging calls it Pizza Buns 700g black and white label. This product is horrible.....no cheese flavor due to so little cheese on it and doe is thick and dry. It is very unfortunate that this store has chosen to stop baking and throw out packaged sub bar products. This is the 2nd time I have been fooled by sub par products from RCS

I went to the superstore. I. In their flyer they say they price match competitors flyers. I went to purchase something and I showed them the other stores flyer. They said they only price match major competitors flyers. They refused to price match what I showed them in the other stores flyer. Don't say you price match and refuse to do it. This is false advertising.
If you want to price match with the superstore check first to see if they will do it or not. They have lost my business for doing this. I will shop somewhere else now.

Superstore at Dufferin and Steeles… the only place you can spend 300 / wk and still be expected to consistently have to fetch your own cart from the parking lot and wait in checkout lines for 15 min. It’s embarrassing. Where is leadership?

They used to be wonderful up to about 2 years ago then greed took over. Many items are 50% over other stores prices, other stores that are much smaller than them with much reduced buying leverage. Often Superstore's prices are way higher than No Frills, a much smaller operation but run by the same company.

The solution is to grow your own food indoors so it's organic and fresh all year. Aquaponics gives you fish and vegetables. Keeps your blood sugar low!

We shop mainly for veggies and dairy at Peterborough store and noticed veggies in poor condition, especially for the spiralling upward cost. A no meat cart of what we buy is usually between 200-300$. Crazy. The straw that broke the camels back was when I went for the beets and the beet greens had been removed and were being sold separately! What?! In this day in age, they are gouging the customer with this stunt?? Sobeys on Landsdowne sells their beets with greens attached, their veggies is superior shape, same milk and they even stock the crackers I like! Recommend Sobeys on Lansdowne st. In Peterborough.

They sold me PC Microwave and told me it has a lifetime warranty on it as long as I keep the original box.
Today I went to RealCanadian Superstore in Westwind Calgary branch and store manager refused to replaced it.
What a cheater to sell their appliances.They lied to me just to sell their stuff.

I usually enjoy shopping at RCS but the past two times I have been really upset, frustrated and will probably not being going back for a third strike! I purposely go to places where I can buy high quality products at fair prices, especially where I can earn my PC Optimum points!! They are advertising a PC ice cream at the moment, there are posters and in-store advertising everywhere. There was not even 1 carton of this PC ice cream in the freezer where it should be. So I asked 2 separate employees who honestly could care less, one didn't even acknowledge me. The prices have been slowly creeping up as well...but the advertised goods aren't available and the service is definitely slipping!!!

Superstore is in trouble in their vegetable section. Produce is constantly mislabeled and the area is not well kept. The quality of the Produce is also poor. One day I refused to buy any and went to Walmart. I talked with customer service who called a supervisor. It was relayed to me that they were having trouble with labels. The trouble is staff training which stems from a management issue. Labeling cabbage as tumeric or potatoes as beets is fixable with training. One day at a checkout an elderly Indian lady told me that my $1 donation had to be a $5 minimum. Who sets a minimum limit on a donation? I have since done the majority of my shopping at Walmart. They have a new manager and it shows. Every area is well cared for. The quality and prices of meats and vegetables are excellent. I have gone to SS since it was built. If it wasn't for the cheaper price of Half and Half Cream I wouldn't be going back. Management is the issue and lack of training. Vegetables that are not familiar to our new immigrants need to be taken into account.

PRODUCE IS ROTTING ON THE DISPLAYS....CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ARE RUDE...EMPLOYEES IN PRODUCE DON'T EVEN STOP TALKING AMONGST THEMSELVES AS YOU STAND IN FRONT OF THEM WAITING TO ASK A QUESTION...ROTTING FOOD ON THE FLOOR IN PRODUCE...WHOLE EXPERIENCE IN THIS STORE IS DISGUSTING! GET YOUR STORE CLEANED UP AND YOUR EMPLOYEES EDUCATED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought a toaster which did not work properly. I brought it back to the store 2 days later and they refused to refund my money stating that their policy is that they do not accept returns of "used" items. They said I have to deal directly with the manufacturer. So, basically, they will sell you a defective appliance and then wash their hands of it once it leaves the store. Never again.

Their meat section is massively overpriced and I haven't bought a single dinner meat there in the last couple years. I buy my basic groceries at Superstore then go to Save-On for my meats because they're almost half the price of Superstore. Superstore charges about $38 for 1.4kg of chicken breast which I get from Save-On for $22 (or less if there's a sale -which there often is). How Superstore gets away with overcharging is beyond me. Isn't there supposed to be consumer protections in place for this?!!
Another issue is their pricing scheme. They have multiple buy 2 or 3 for a specific amount but will place random unrelated items where those pricing labels are. Their cereal is buy 3 for $9 but they'll have one type not included placed directly in the middle of the deal cereals with the same buy 3 sticker, but because it's $0.30 nore expensive you have to buy 3 of that exact flavor or price. All the buy 3 for $9 cereals don't correlate with each other. It's a scam to charge you more by hoping you don't notice and giving you a lame excuse if you do. Pricing in Canada is supposed to be clearly defined. CHECk YOUR RECEIPT!!

Actually,I never even shopped.The reason being was once I got in the store,there wasn’t one single cart available for me to do my shopping in the store.When I inquired to a staff as to why that was.She informed me that the person who was in charge of bringing in the carts hadn’t come in that day.So,I asked why no body else had brought them in.
So she told me to go to customer service,which was a few meters away.But because of my physical limitations and other health issues,I said “I don’t need to shop that bad” and I walked out and finally went back after 2 weeks.
Being disabled and a senior,I expect much better service.

Was denied earned points due to a breech on my account and the app would not allow me to sign in while at the store. None of this was my fault, but dealing with their "customer service" is never helpful. I suggest they correct how they handle inquiry complaints and do better.

Your BBQ Rotisserie chickens used to be one of the Best! So what happened to your bbq chickens on rochdale blvd regina they now have a distinct spice to them . Hoping they go back to the way they were . They used to be excellent! Now I really hesitate to buy one , the drive to Costco , Safeway ,or sobeyes is worth it!

I was shopping at Superstore this morning , a female staff at fish section taped on my arm and said that you touched it (a packaged of fish), you must buy, then laughed loudly. She treated it like a joke, but she should not touch me physically. It was not polite to touch customer and joke for her own happiness. Her behaviour impressed me weird and I can’t believe the staff has such attitude. I do not want to see her again at Real Canadian Superstore located Langford Parkway.
