I think this is a scam company. I ordered a tap in September and received a confirmation email. After that nothing. I tried to ring the company and the excuse is because of COVID19 the offices are closed, fair enough. The instruction was to send an email and they would get back to you, I have sent 3 or 4 emails and I have not had a single response. I suspect the company has closed. I have now got to contact my credit card company. The worrying thing is they are still trading online and taking peoples money. Be very wary about using this company.

Its a great pressure dealing kitchensinandtaps.co.uk. We have been working together for years now, they are always friendly, polite and hard working. Courtney is always a pleasure to deal with. A true example of a top quality caring business with great staff. They have a great collection of quality products. Partially the Clearwater products, Great value for money. We highly recommend !

I work in interior design and ordered a specific set of taps on KitchenSinks and taps.
another style is also available. When my order arrived they sent the style I most definitely did not select online. When I wrote to exchange the part, the woman was incredibly rude and obstructive- demanding photos of a part that had been delivered within an hour of writing.
After having jumped that hurdle she sent an email through with a nearly £100.00 collection charge for returning the item and further warnings. We then checked the website and retraced the steps to place the same order selecting the item I wanted, it changed to a different part number on the penultimate page which is very difficult to spot in that the photo is no longer part of that page. I
I do not believe all the reviews for this site are genuine in that every time I got in touch it was always the same woman manning the phone. I got stuck with a product I did not order. Advice: stay clear

Hi All
Just used this company to supply a Belfast sink for a customer of mine,,, all well thus far, BUT the sink that was supplied had an Italian fitting on the waste, which was impossible to find piping to fit it.

As a consequence my customer will not have a sink for the bank holiday weekend. I advised the company and they basically did little to solve my problem other than advising agarangemaster, of the issue.

After 4 phone calls, bear in mind it’s now Friday, I contacted the manufacturer rangemaster and they solved the issue.

Great website but trying to get hold of somewhere a knightmare

I ordered an Insinkerator Evolution 200 Waste Disposal Unit from Kitchensinksandtaps.co.uk as they were the cheapest. The item was in stock and delivered the next day. Very good service would use Kitchensinksandtaps.co.uk again.

Do not order from, service not good and had to wait a month to receive the sink, cost us extra to take time off work and had to put kitchen fitting on hold because of this, which has cost us more money, only for them to say sorry.

Ordered sink on 22nd September, 25th email to say delivery of 3rd which we were on holiday so rescheduled for the 8th, then on the 5th they emailed us to say it’s been rescheduled by then to the 10th which we thought that’s okay we can reschedule, my husband took th day off work to stay at home nothing came, the day after they emailed and said sorry not in stock and have to wait until week commencing the 22nd October. On the 22nd they texted to say it will come on the Wednesday so I stayed in and thankfully it arrived.
WOULD NOT BUY FROM AGAIN!

It’s becoming increasingly common - the exact product you search for comes up top on google - maybe because those companies pay for google ads- they are super efficient at taking payment and sending out emails to give you delivery dates- just one small problem.....
They don’t actually have the product!

Kitchensinksandtaps sent the wrong coloured sink. Having been on holiday at the time, I noticed on CCTV, the kitchen fitters were starting to fit the wrong sink and managed to stop it before it was installed.

Sadly, the packaging had been discarded by this time and it’s on this basis that the company are refusing to replace it with the correct colour despite acknowledging that they have indeed sent the wrong item.

They’ve refused to escalate my complaint and I’m now in the process of taking them to the small claims court.

Avoid at all costs.

I have purchased two stainless steel sinks from this company. Both times they arrived bent. The first time they replaced it. So thinking this was a good company I ordered another one. It arrived and 2 weeks later when I checked it out of the box it had two bent parts. After going through a charade of taking and sending pictures, they decided I hadn't adhered to their T&Cs and wouldn't replace it. Wont use them again,

2 day delivery slot, driver calls me at 6pm on the 2nd day and says he's coming on the 3rd day. Not worth using for the £40 saving against other suppliers

I waited all day today for a delivery that did not arrive. I contacted customer service for a tracking order so I could plan my day but this is not part of the service. this is really archaic. I have no idea whether it will arrive tomorrow. Do I need to stay home again all day?

Update: When the item finally arrived, it was excellent, so overall I was rather pleased and may even used them again although they really ought to sort out their deliveries. Following my initial complaint to them, customer service was reasonable and kept me better informed.

I placed an order for a sink and I clearly stated (in writing on the order) that I needed a template. When the sink arrived there was no template and the customer services wants me to pay for the return of the sink!! The sink appears to be fine, but the customer services department clearly didn't want to be bothered with my issue. The template would have meant that I could have fitted this myself and now I'll have to employ a professional, which will add to the cost. So this sink will have turned out to be very expensive.

Bought a 3 in 1 tap for new kitchen which we had to have in time for work top templating. Due to unforeseen delays our templating was pushed back a couple of weeks. When we opened the box the work top installer informed us that it would not fit. The tap was out of the box for 30 mins and none of the other packaging was opened. As this was past the 14 days stated we were unable to return even with a restocking charge.
We are now left with a £750 tap we can't use. I will never shop here again.

Service was excellent .Had a call within an hour of ordering sink to arrange delivery .haven't used the sink yet but looks great.have ordered taps as well.would definatley recommend kitchen sinks and taps

Very poor customer service,
I purchased items and wasn't happy with the product, I asked for a refund and they blaintly said no!
I tried to resolve the problem amicably by asking for new components which were suppose to come with the sink as advertised but apparently the advert/images were "for illustration purposes only!!"
And that a refund would not be given!

I was a bit worried about ordering as no stock count was displayed on the website and the reviews of the company were a bit negative. A quick phone call confirmed they had it on stock so we went ahead (we needed our sink to arrive before Wednesday).
We received confirmation it was ready for dispatch on the same day and, when we called to arrange delivery, were offered 'basically any weekday from tomorrow onwards'.
Perfect.

We ordered a beautiful ceramic sink. It was delivered at the specified time and the delivery man helped unpack and check the sink before asking if we were happy to sign for it. I would definitely use them again.
