Having had our kitchen refurbished, I decided we would fit a Quooker boiling water tap. Having searched high and low, the best price we found was from this company at £1026 (RRP was £1300). Delivery was prompt but I immediately noticed that the box was damaged and the tap tank was missing a serial number sticker. I queried this with KS&T and was informed that this was not a problem and the box had simply been opened to check the contents and all was fine. I took their explanation, but I did ask for confirmation that the item was genuine and was covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and was told it was. A few days later, I tried to register the Quooker using the serial code on a hanging tag provided in the box. The code did not work so I simultaneously sent emails to both Quooker themselves and KS&T. I was messaged by KS&T and they told me that they would check with their supplier. Quooker contacted me and informed me that I should seek a refund from KS&T as they were not an approved stockist and they asked me to check if the serial number was on the box (no), tank (no) or braided tap hose (no) and they said that as these identifiers were missing (removed) the item was not able to be registered so if there was a fault with it I would not be covered. I don’t want to get into details about subsequent conversations but the UK MD of Quooker rang me following my message to them and confirmed I should seek a return and refund from KS&T and they were very helpful in providing me with a tap direct from them at a substantial discount (Quooker themselves were a great company to deal with). I emailed KS&T and asked for an immediate refund. Courtney was prompt and helpful in arranging a collection and full refund so I cannot fault them for this. So, service from Courtney was good but I was deeply concerned by the serial number issues and had I not challenged it (or had I delayed registering) I may have found myself with an expensive tap which was not covered under warranty. My advice is to always check the presence and validity of serial numbers for an item as expensive as this.
Ordered a sink (£376) and once the money was taken I was informed delivery would be on a Tuesday or Wednesday, called and asked which day so I knew what day to take off work and was told they do not know so potentially a 2 days off work, I said you don't say this before the money is taken so checked on this site and flabbergasted at the poor reviews I cancelled, very potentially a lucky escape.

Courtney has been so helpful as part of purchasing our kitchen sinks and one tap - really supportive and helpful, even though product was initially out of stock she's doing everything she can to keep us informed and even sent part of our order early. Good customer service goes a really long way.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!…be 100% of the sink you are buying, if you don’t like it they wanted £138.56 to return it! The sink wasn’t even taken out of the box only opened but did not like the finish.

Blanco sink ordered and delivered with no fuss, great price. I was concerned after reading some reviews but gave them a go and can’t fault them.
I also made some preorder enquires and they responded really quickly too.
Decided to take a punt as they were the cheapest online. Received an email several days later saying it was out of stock for another 2 months. Waiting on a refund as they would not initiate a refund without my written permission, so let's see what happens. Delayed my kitchen install by another week now - why not advertise that no stock was available?!

Tap was delivered promptly & looks great.
The sink was showing as available online but later received an email stating it's out of stuck and would be available in about a month so emailed back to cancel the sink & refund it - I called next day & Courtney at the customer service team was very helpful. Refund was done straight away for the sink without any issues.
Lack of availability of products is something affecting a wide range of products & websites but it would've helped to reflect stock availability on the website as just causing avoidable delays. If it wasn't for this I would've given 5 stars.

Ordered a Blanco sink and tap took a 3 days to get which was not too bad.Plumber fitted it at the weekend missing a washer but rang company and got next day in the post so no problem

Ridiculous. Just had the misfortune of meeting the most ridiculous delivery driver who told me to take the sink I ordered I had to accept the 2 pallets it was sitting on!!!! Yes. This is TRUE. After he refused me access to the back of the van he reluctantly checked and realised that the sink was in fact attached to 1 pallet. He said he gets in trouble if he takes pallets back so just leave it with the poor old homeowner. How am I going to dispose of a pallet?? If I didn't need the sink as badly as I do I would have told him to foxtrot oscar and insisted on a refund. Avoid this company unless you want a pile of pallets in your garden.

Expensive And need to wait long time for delivery because they order from third party , we ordered sink from Kitchensinksandtaps on the website, we try 4 Different cards payment but the website dodgy , we transfer to they account,they need one week to check the money and one week to send the order, nearly two weeks, it’s too long for waiting,
We decide to cancel our order, Courtney she promise us for refund will take between 3-5 days to reach our account but
over two months still waiting for our refund , We have really very bad experience with this Company , we are Dealing with someone she called Courtney .
Sent me a damaged sink, I wasnt able to check the sink within 48 hours of delivery as I was heavily pregnant and lived in another part of the country. The government guidelines were strictly not to travel at the time, I explained all this extensively to them and was offered, wait for it, £100 off another sink!? This was a £400 sink, zero compassion or understanding, absolutely horrendous. As if I would spend another £300 with this company! The sink was bent and very damaged, I am certain it was sent that way and not damaged in transit. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere.
I purchase a clearwater sinkand tap and both were delivered safely and at the lowest price compared to other sites. The tap had a fault and a replacement was sent very quickly . The fault was with the manufacturer and Courtney helped so muchand did not give up until the problem was resolved . I received compensation for the plumber's repeated visit to change the tap.

I received a very damaged sink in an undamaged box. Very suspicious!! I think someone at Reginox damaged it and rather than admit it put it in a box for delivery to some unsuspecting customer.
Because I hadn't checked it in 48 hours they refused to send me a replacement!!
I kept it wrapped to keep it safe but it was opened within a week. You do not expect a hard wearing composite sink to be damaged when in an undamaged box.
They refused to replace or compensate.
Buy from someone you can trust and actually cares about customer care. Zero customer care with this company and Reginox!
This is against the law which states you have 30 days to report.

Ordered a sink and Quooker tap in December and as expected there were some supply delays with Covid/Brexit and that pushed time frames on a bit .Nevertheless the customer service I received was brilliant.
I dealt with Courtney who kept me informed at every stage and responded promptly and politely every time I called or emailed – Absolute credit to her company and rare these days .We will not hesitate to use kitchen sinks and taps in the future and highly recommend .

I think this is a scam company. I ordered a tap in September and received a confirmation email. After that nothing. I tried to ring the company and the excuse is because of COVID19 the offices are closed, fair enough. The instruction was to send an email and they would get back to you, I have sent 3 or 4 emails and I have not had a single response. I suspect the company has closed. I have now got to contact my credit card company. The worrying thing is they are still trading online and taking peoples money. Be very wary about using this company.
