I found the sink I was after on this website in the best price so I went ahead and ordered. Sadly, manufacturer was out of stock and I had to wait weeks for it to arrive. This wasn’t the fault of Sinks &Taps, in fact Courtney and Siena kept me updated all the time, and while I decided to wait over ordering a new one, they made me believe refund wouldn’t be a problem at any point. They were responding to my messages instantly and I couldn’t ask for a better service. Well… the sink has finally arrived and I never thought I say this about the sink (after all it’s just a steel box) but is truly amazing! Couldn’t be happier with my ordering process, and the product itself

Ordered a sink
Ordered a sink, turned up snapped. Was never signed for. Someone wrote my name on the delivery sheet. Company would not accept liability stating I was out of my 48 hour window. And I should have rejected the sink on delivery. Couldn’t as they delivered while I was out! The sink is useless completely snapped in half. No sign of damage on the box either! Sent photos they still argued. Even though is in breach of consumer rights

Having looked into your case, I can see that the damage was reported outside of our reporting timeframe. Unfortunately, this meant we were unable to offer a free replacement in line with our policy. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we did offer a discounted replacement.

I recently contacted Kitchen Sinks and Taps regarding a filter tap and had an excellent experience. I worked with Siena, who was incredibly patient and helpful over several weeks as I navigated technical questions about product specifications.
She went above and beyond by coordinating with the technical team to confirm details on the pull-out mechanism, clearance requirements, and even specific compatibility with my existing RO filtration system. While other companies failed to respond to my inquiries, Siena provided detailed answers regarding WRAS standards and material safety, making the decision process much easier. I highly recommend them for their transparent communication and superior customer service.

Just reading the last review in which this company did not provide a refund. They did exactly the same thing to me. I purchased a Ceramic Sink and returned it. They did not reply to my emails and constantly hung up the phone before damaging the sink themselves and refusing to give a refund!

We take feedback seriously and as a result, we have looked in-depth at the issue and have summarised this below:
Your order for the Clearwater Rio D150 Nero Granite Sink was placed on 15/03 and delivered later that week. On 18/03, you contacted us to arrange a return. We offered a collection service; however, you requested to return the item using your own courier.
As standard, we provided return details and strongly recommended arranging insurance for the full value of the item, as responsibility for safe transit remains with the sender when using a third-party courier, and refunds are subject to inspection on arrival. This information, along with our full returns procedure, is clearly detailed within our terms and conditions.
The sink was received back with us on 30/03, and upon inspection we identified a crack in the bowl. This was reported to you on the same day, giving you the opportunity to raise a claim with your courier if needed.
Damage in transit, particularly with fragile items such as composite sinks, can unfortunately occur. We are surprised by the suggestion that the damage may have been caused intentionally and strongly refute this.

Recent Order
I recently placed an order with kitchen sinks and taps. There was an issue with the delivery company (NOT kitchen sinks and taps fault).
The customer service I received was amazing from Courtney and Siena they could not have done more to rectify the issue and were super helpful. It was so refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and actually speak to ‘people’. I’ve not had such good customer service in a long time. Would definitely recommend and will certainly buy from them again.

What an absolute great company these are!! I ordered a sink and it was delivered within 2 days! I couldn’t believe how quick the process was! The delivery guy (Monty) who delivered the sink was amazing! Real friendly and pleasant and just a nice well rounded kinda guy. He took his time to help me unpack it to check for damages and nothing wasn’t too much for him. Definitely will be ordering again for this company! Love the sink and it looks great in our kitchen! 5 stars all round to the team at kitchen sinks and taps 🌟 🙌🏼

Happy with Perrin & Rowe taps

All in all very happy and will most likely purchase my sink once I decide on the model.

I bought a Clearwater sink through B&Q
I bought a Clearwater sink through B&Q, when I had a query regarding the sink I contacted Clearwater.
Their Tech Sink Team were responsive, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made sure I was happy with the outcome.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends, excellent customer service which is unusual these days.

Great service
Purchased a laundry sink for our utility room it arrived quickly and with a very professional and friendly driver who helped me inspect the goods and didn’t rush, he also called the day before to confirm delivery time, very smooth, would definitely deal with again. The sink so far looks great have yet to have it installed

We had an issue with the sink we ordered. The fault lay with the manufacturer Clearview. Courtney sorted out the issue with patience, liaison with Clearwater and good communication. Her intervention led to a satisfactory outcome. The problem was not with Kitchensinksandtaps.co.uk, but with the sink manufacturer. I would recommend Kitchensinksandtaps.co.uk and would use them again.

Do NOT shop here! Waste of money and poor service
I ordered a sink and it arrived faulty and didn’t realise they had a sneaking 48hour window that you have to check the product, Unheard of, never heard of any company doing this, it was unused should be under guarantee and warranty.
That is very disappointing. We can not see anywhere that it states on the invoice a 48hr checking window of delivered stock. With building materials etc we will normally use the stock as and when they are required.
The fact that the sink is a relatively expensive one and we chose to buy from you thinking that you may be a reputable firm in the field we are shocked that you will deliver the goods in such condition without any consideration to exchange when faulty just shows what kind of company you are.
Unhelpful and poor service advisors would not shop here again and do not recommend first and last time!!
