King MUST bring back the sugar drops in Candy Crush, if not I'm going to quit the game.

I've always gave Candy crush saga a 4 STAR,BUT IN THE PAST 2 WEEK'S I'VE BEEN HAVING TROUBLE RECEIVING LIVE'S FROM FRIEND'S ,AND AT FIRST IT STARTED OFF THAT KING WAS MAKING ME PLAY UNDER AN EMOJI WHERE I COULDN'T PLAY WITH MY FRIENDS N IT CHANGES YOUR HOLE GAME WHERE YOU DONT GET THESE FREE THINGS TO GET/TO USE ALSO..SO I GOT AHOLD OF KING THEY GOT ME OUT OF IT AND SHOWED ME HOW TO GET BACK INTO MY FACEBOOK FRIENDS.THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN I GOT DOWN TO LIKE 8 TO 15 LIVE'S AND I'D ASK FOR LIVES SO I WOULDN'T RUN OUT.THEN I'D GO TO PLAY AGAIN AND I'D HAVE LIVE'S JUMP INTO 22,28,33,38,44 OR 47 T 54 NOW I'M UPTO 63 NOW I'M AT 67 ALL IN ACOUPLE NIGHTS I KEEP JUMPING TO ALL THESE BIG #S N I'M STILL AT ONLY 15,ONE TIME I HAD 16 LIVES THEN I PLAY IT SHOWED 13 LIVE'S AGAIN OR I'D B PLAYING LOOK UP AND I'D HAVE 22 LIVE'S I'D GO N LOOK IT WOULD BE PEOPLE ASKING FOR LIVE'S,I'D GIVE LIVE'S LOOK UP LATER I'D HAVE 27 N IT WAS 4 PEOPLE ASKING FOR LIVE'S,NOW IT'S 7 FRIEND'S ASKING FOR LIVE'S.I'VE WROTE KING SEVERAL TIMES AND ALMOST A WEEK LATER THEY WROTE ME BACK,PROBABLY BECUZ I WROTE IN TWO DIFFERENT PLACES 3 TIMES,TELLING THEM OF MY EMOJI DEAL ALONG WITH THE EXTRA LIVE'S ECT AND THEN I WROTE SAYING OH I FORGOT ABOUT THE PEOPLE N I'D EXPLAIN IT ALL OVER AGAIN,SO IF ANYONE WRITES KING WRITE IN ONE NIGHT MORE THAN ONE N ADD WHAT YOU FORGOT ABOUT AND REPETE WHAT YOU WERE ASKING FOR THE OTHER HELP FOR.ITS RIDICULOUS HOW LONG I'VE BEEN WAITING CUZ THEY'VE SAID THEY'D HAVE IT FIXED,AN A GUY DID GET BACK TO ME 3 TIMES OR 4BUT NOTHING HAS CHANGED AND IN GONNA WRITE THEM RITE NOW AN C IF THEY'LL CONTACT ME BACK OVER THIS ISSUE THAT I'VE HAD I KNO SEVERAL DAY'S B4 VALENTINE'S DAY SO THAT'S WELL OVER 2 WEEKS NOW AND THEY HAVEN'T FIXED NOTHING ONE DAY THEY DID GIVE ME A FREE 24 HR OF FREE PLAYING THAT I DIDN'T REALIZE ABOUT THEY HAVE ME LIKE 8PM N I STARTED PLAYING AFTER MIDNIGHT AND BY 2AM I WAS STILL PLAYING N I REALIZED I HAD A INFINITY THING UP THERE.SO I WENT TO MY EMAIL N IT SHOWED ME THAT THEY GAVE ME ONE DAY FREE FOR 24 HRS T HELP ME SINCE I'D BEEN PLAYING FOR SEVERAL DAYS WITH THEM STILL HAVING DIFFICULTY AND TEMPORARILY HAVING TROUBLE WITH THERE CANDY CRUSH SAGA..THAT'S THE ONLY TIME THEY'VE HELPED ME,,WHICH HAS BEEN SEVERAL DAYS NOW..!!! SO ANYONE HAVING TROUBLE ON CANDY CRUSH SAGA,WATCH OUT CUZ IT STILL NEEDS FIXED.! .

Elendigt i form af at spillerne hele tiden har top score uanset hvad i håb om at vinde nogen penge kan kan man hurtig brænde 50 kr eller mere når man sidder og bliver irreret over ikke kan vinde noget som helst så bare drop den side med mindre du er pro spiller på en eller anden måde

I have been accused of sending abusive messages . I don't send any messages , I keep myself to myself . I have been a member for 11 yrs and support have seen fit to believe this untrue allegation and can not evidence any wrong doing . I pride myself on honesty and respect for everyone so this has caused me undue stress . Support is totally ineffectual and don't realise that by not believing me and doing their job by investigating they are endorsing the bad behaviour of a player that likes to cause trouble by telling lies .

Nicht Spielbar. Support anfragen bleiben unbeantwortet. Bugs/Fehlerbehebung im Game =o
Es soll wohl so erzwungen werden das die Leute Geld rein stecken. Aber in einem Spiel was nicht spielbar ist , das macht keinen Sinn

seit jahren auf der plattform, nach auszahlungen immer weiter runter
(Punkte-mäßig brutal nach oben) gestuft worden.
nach der letzten auszahlung wurde der Account soweit geblockt das ich nicht mal mehr den service nutzen kann (obwohl noch guthaben auf dem konto).
lasst die finger davon es ärgert einen nur selber und man kann es nicht ändern

This company has absolutely NO interest in the customers satisfaction.
I used to play Candy crush (all), farm heros, bubble witch, and more, but when I began having technical problems I quit. I sent an email for help because the issue wasn't addressed in QA. Automated response was totally unrelated to the issue and it was quite evident that no human was involved. I called. Same thing. I sent another email. This time voicing my frustration. 2 months went by with no response. I deleted all my King games and will not recommend them to anyone. They can pay the big bucks for actors in ads but can't worry about the money I lost or whether or not you have a problem.

Natürlich spielt man nach Jahren nicht mehr jeden Tag bzw. man wird auch mal älter und hat wichtigere Dinge im Leben zu tun.

Wenn man eine gewisse Zeit nicht online war, so hat man immer eine Mail zur Erinnerung bekommen, dass sonst der Account gelöscht wird.
Dies war dieses mal nicht der Fall. Ich erhielt eine Info, dass mein Account jetzt gelöscht sei und ich den Support für eine Reaktivierung kontaktieren soll.
Frustrierter weise habe ich dies getan und es kommt keinerlei Antwort!
Der Account existiert seit gut 10 Jahren (wenn nicht noch mehr) und es wurde damals (auch wenn nicht viel) Geld eingezahlt und das ist nun der Dank???

Abzocker hoch 10! Die melden sich mit Sicherheit nicht mehr bei mir, bis sie sagen können, die Frist ist verstrichen und wir können den Account nicht Wiederherstellen.

Vorsicht betrügerische Webseite!
Solange man an den Spielen gratis teilnimmt ist alles ok und die Seite macht Spaß.
Sollte man aber eine kostenpflichtige Premium Mitgliedschaft machen und Geld einzahlt, bekommt man sein Geld nicht wieder. Im Extremfall wird sogar der Account gesperrt um ja kein Geld wieder auszuzahlen. Also spendet Euer Geld lieber an gute Zwecke bevor Ihr hier Geld einzahlt.

Very disappointing! Account locked for almost a week now, unable to finish tournaments and diploma. Asking the question why the account is locked there was one reply only stating they'll need to carry out a security check and asked for passport copy. Sent the same day and never heard back, no acknowledgement, no answer, no way to raise a complaint either. Unacceptable. Got hocked by the welcome bonus and made another deposit with bonus and now have over £100 frozen in my locked account and no idea when or if this will be resolved. Very quick in taking your money and very complicated in getting it back. Should have read the small print, you'll have to turn over 4 x the welcome bonus to be able to withdraw, which would probably take a lifetime, given they'll ever unlock my account. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional, strongly recommend to play for fun only (if at all) and never deposit money.

Don't download or play these games. I have deleted most of the King games that I've downloaded over the years because they perform poorly and steal your boosts and lives. After the most recent issue with Papa Pear malfunctioning and stealing lives and boosts and a really poor response from Customer Care, I have decided to delete the few King games that I kept. There are much better games out there that don't crash, freeze or steal your money and progress !

Lost 856,238 gems in shufflecats. Worth over 400 UK Pounds. KING Care wont respond to my emails requesting support. Just an automatic reply to reach out to the user forum for help.

Don't bother with king.com total waste of money and time. They will rip you off if they can get away with it.

Als je via candy crush iets aan koopt via internet bankieren[lekker pakket 15,99],krijg je niets geleverd.daarom een lage waardering.

OK, so some levels are damn near impossible, and some have the odd bug. And yes, you might lose all your carefully hoarded boosters when an update happens (as happened to me several times on a Windows phone, and a couple of times on an Android tablet.) And yes, the treasure chests do sometimes disappear without opening after you've finally reached them, and yes, you do get one-time gifts of lives when you can't use them because your lives are already full, but still, it's not all bad.
