Día 20 de agosto la publicidad en los juegos King no funciona se congela y tengo que empezar de nuevo y perdiendo muchos boster,avances etcétera

I have messaged King.com over and over again about adverts going to their website when the advert has finished. It gets resolved for a few days but goes back to their website. I do not pay for extra moves etc as it's just a game to me. I'm going to stop playing if it carries on.

Played for 2 days…spent a small fortune. All the game did was glitch/freeze/randomly shut down. Support is non existent
AND I had to literally “request” for my account to be deleted & wait for king to get back to me!!!!

Unkontrollierte Werbung für Bonus oder Züge. Es wird Werbung für Fake und Deep Fake geschaltet. Gerade bei GLP 1 auffällig. Da werden Ärzte missbraucht.

Auf der Seite steht try man kann den Prompt eingeben und einstellungen vornehmen aber drückt man auf generieren wird eine Anmeldung verlangt, was eine Täuschung darstellt und ins kriminelle hineingeht, solche unehrliche Seiten sollte man meiden. Entweder man macht die Anmeldeoption zu beginn oder bietet keinen Free Modus an. Aber sowas ist schäbig und zeugt von einem miesen Character der Betreiber

reported scam adverts on 3 ocasions
every time I get a generic email asking for more details
followed by a generic email - we havnt recieved anything
followed by a generic- we have closed your ticket
they will not take any resopsibility for the very obviously fake slimming pills etc
reported to ASA , as KIng have no intention of stopping . profit is so much more important - how sad is that

Lost level 2956 due to a glitch.

Ticket #16569811 sent on 09/05/2025 with my User ID: U$kosSbtd!_5Hem.
They asked for my User ID, I sent it immediately.

It's 19/05/2025 and I have received ZERO reply for 10 days.
King Support ignores paying players.

Fix this or give my progress back.

My husband played almost the entire time and at a fast pace. Even so, there was one player who was gaining points absurdly faster than the others. He already reported the problem in the app and on the forum, where he attached some screenshots he took to show it. My husband's profile ID is 15609127223. His username is King7223. And the complaint protocol he filed in the app is 16470293. Is King going to let this kind of thing happen? After all, is it a Candy Crush tournament or a hacker tournament????

I have played Candy crush soda for a long time and am on level 6244 and the game has gone down the toilet with levels that you can not solve for weeks - I am trashing the game and finding something that is solvable and much more enjoyable without overly long ads. Wake up and realize that a lot of senior citizens play daily and don't like where this game has gone

Absolutely appalling. I’ve been playing for over 10 years and reached level 2929, but I can’t log in on the game after recently installing it on my tablet because my old email is inactive. King.com have ignored multiple support requests for weeks. No replies, no help, no way to recover my account. Losing years of progress due to zero customer support is unacceptable. Please answer your emails !!!

Nur noch Abzocke ! Leute, laßt die Finger von diesen Spiel, ohne Booster keine Chance, selbst wenn man Booster hat kommt man mit System nicht weiter! Mail Anfragen werden Automatisch beantwortet, nur Bla, Bla ,Bla - Spiel Deinstallieren - Nur Abzocke!

Hallo was st das für eine Frage? Was ist schiefgegangen!!!Wenn man bei Euch spielt, dann hat das mit spielen garnichts mehr zu tun, Ihr lockt die Spieler erst mit guten Spielen wo man die Level schafft und dann ist auf einmal nix mehr, man kann Tage oder Wochen wie Monate an einen Level hängen und wird vorgeführt. Man bekommt nur noch teure Angebote und das nach jedem verlorenen Spiel! Man fragt sich da, was soll das hier!!! Spieler oder User haben auf einmal garkeine Chance mehr, weil alles nur per Programm so stark gesperrt wurde das man hier klar von Betrug an den jeweiligen Spielern ausgehen kann. Es wird Zeit das das öffentlich wird, ich habe vorgestern für 0,99cent 50Goldbaren und einige Booster auf Zeit gekauft, was war ich kam trotzdem nicht weiter die Goldbarren wurden runtergespielt weil ich sonst nicht weiter kam, das ist ein Geschäftsgebahren sondergleichen und zielt nur darauf ab, den Kunden oder Spieler abzuziehen

If I could give a zero I would. I have sent email over the last 24:hour period asking for a party bundle I purchased to be applied as I had not received it. Despite the poor response rate that they are providing, doesn't cover the numerous email I have sent with the receipt from Google play which they say they can't see. I must have sent them 8 emails and now silence when I have asked how to complain nothing since 10 am this morning, but they still have my money.

This is more about the volume of scam adverts King.com allows, showing "weight loss" pills that claim 15kg weight loss in 3 weeks, swapping obese models for super skinny ones as a "before and after". King are well aware but all they care about is getting the advertisers money so they do nothing except claim they are looking into it. Dodgy products at super low prices that never arrive (see other review sites),Absolute scandal that this is allowed.
