end of a level bought boosters, all ok. Needed more so bought more and payment etc went through but it would not take me back to the game? I clicked no boosters again and i could of bought more if i want but it still would not take me back to game. Got in contact and they were no real help and tafter a couple of replies just ignored me...Not good service and will stop playing. Candy crush und andere King Spiele komplett drauf ausgelegt Geld zu Schöffen. Ohne Booster und den ganzen extra Kram kommt man da nicht weit/ öfter wochenweise überhaupt nicht bei 1 lvl weiter. Rezensionen und Beschwerden werden ignoriert !!!
Es wird mit Entspannung vom stressigen Tag geworben. Ist aber das totale Gegenteil. Man wird aggressiv bei den King spielen. Meiner Meinung nach sollte die Firma und ihre ganzen Spiele abgeschafft werden !!!

Meine zweite negative Rezension:
Royal Games oder besser wie man früher King.com sagte hat sich wohl wie es aussieht aus dem Staub gemacht. Probleme hatte ich schon zu dem Zeitpunkt als ich meine erste negative Rezension über die geschrieben habe. Als ich damals einen läppischen Geldbetrag von 4 von 8€ zurückforderte hat sich die Rückzahlung wie nasses Holz hingezogen. Mehrere Anschreiben über den Menu-Punkt Kundendienst wurde vom Kundendienst der zurück geschrieben hatte immer und immer wieder mit der Verarscherei PayPal-Problemen von denen begründet. Dann irgendwann wurde mein angeforderter Auszahl-Betrag doch mal via PayPal auf mein Konto gutgeschrieben. Toll. Als ich heute dann nach langer Zeit wieder einmal ein oder zwei Spiele spielen wollte, ging gar nichts mehr. Keine Spiele mehr, gar nichts mehr. Nickname stand auch dort. Stattdessen stand auf einem Band am oberen Bild das man sich bei den Gamern bedankt. Stattdessen sollte man sich irgendwo anders anmelden. Royal Games bzw. King.com: Euch noch einmal auf den Leim zu gehen, könnt Ihr vergessen. Mit Betrügern werde ich garantiert keine Geschäfte mehr machen. Schon damals ahnte ich das Royal Games oder King.com bald vom Bildschirm verschwindet, was nun leider zur Realität wurde. Somit hat mich King.com um 4 € Betrogen. Ja gut, 4€ sind nun nicht die Welt. Aber die sind nun mal weg und für mich ist das schlichtweg Betrug durch Unterschlagung. Die Spieler in der Community die noch mehr verloren haben können einem nur Leid tun Verbrechern und Betrügern letztendlich auf den Leim gegangen zu sein. Royal-Games bzw. King.com war mal eine richtig geile Spiele-Plattform mit richtig Geilen Spielen. Machte richtig Bock bei denen zu Daddeln.
Schade.

Criminals, try every trick in the book to take your money.

Try their very best to make you spend money, keep you in a level for weeks, when they realise you will never pass it, and will not spend, all of a sudden, you pass it in seconds. If you end a game or lose a level, you have to press end game about five times and ignore the ploy to make you pay money. A hard level they let you almost finish apart from one square for example, con merchants.

Been playing for years. Periodically I’ve been charged for power ups I hadn’t ordered. The last time was almost a year ago. I am honest about my purchases, and expected King to do the same. I disputed a charge from a few days ago, and was told it wasn’t eligible. A review ended the same, with no explanation. I have now deleted all King games.

I made a purchase of gold bars and other items. I never received the gold bars. Despite numerous emails , king basically calling me a liar

Auch von mir gibt es hier ein ungenügend. Man kann schon von Betrug schreiben. Nicht das erstemal werden Regeln geändert, da man dem Spieler wieder etwas mehr Geld abnehmen möchte. Aktuell im CandyCrush, dass es Spielleben nur noch auf Zuteilung gibt.

King games killed my husband! He finally admitted to his addiction and reached out to them in the hope of getting some money back to keep a roof over our heads but, they basically laughed at him. He was in intensive care for a week but eventually gave up and left us. All King had to do was show some sympathy but no, money obviously means more than lives to them. Please don't get hooked by any of these games as they really are only interested in your money and nothing else. I have been forced to move myself and my three children into my parents which is certainly not ideal. Please heed this warning.
