Delivery problem
The delivery folks use to leave my box outside my gate on the front porch on the stairs. This would help a thief out as an easy take but also made it difficult for me to lift off the stairs and get through the gate as a very heavy box. I told Ollie about my problem and now the box is inside my gate and by my front door. Thank you very much,

Switched my Nina’s food because I could see she was slowing down and getting sluggish and honestly thought I was just age since she’s turning 12. I was always interested in Ollie and was able to make the change and honestly Nina’s is back to being lively again with zoomies and playing with her toys! Best decision ever plus she LOVES her food she gets so excited when she sees me preparing it for her. Delivery has been always on time and I’ve had no issues with the food not coming frozen. So happy I was able to make the switch for my Nina ♥️

Excellent food, my dog loves it and he has lost weight without him struggling. Package always arrives perfectly fine and right at my door. The different flavors keep my dog happy and wanting to try more. Packages look small but don't let that fool you, it is a great amount of food with good flavor (my dog always cleans his bowl)

Because when I had a problem with my delivery that I never received it cause the delivery guy never came to my door I would of seen him cause I got rung doorbell & my next door neighbor has it also 😅. So he told a big lie that he came to my apartment to delivery my Ollie dog food which he never came up heteat all so on that Ollies Company helped me out with nother dog food package for my pup in which they s didn't have to do that but since they are honest people working there and they shows me that they care about their customers 😉 that's why I'm happy to cause they all care.

I am very disappointed in Ollie. My dog didn't eat one bite despite many attempts. It's not the company's fault. HOWEVER, I have tried to cancel and am unable to do so. First, you can't do it from the app on your phone. You have to go to your laptop. This is BS! How come you can do everything else on the app. So I go to my laptop this morning and it tells me I have to call them to cancel. I dialed the number a few minutes ago and I get a message that they are in a staff meeting and can't take calls now. WHAT??!! You abandon your phones when you have a meeting? I have never dealt with a national company with such a policy. There are so many fresh dogfood companies. DO NOT USE OLLIE! You can't get out of it!

Just started with Ollie and I am so impressed with their packaging. My order was on the UPS truck for more than 12hrs and everything was still frozen solid when it arrived.

Anytime I have a question or concern they are quick to get back to me, kind with their response and inquisitive if there's more they can do to help. Always a pleasure to deal with their customer service.

Discriminatory, predatory company
Ollie not only traps customers with predatory cancellation procedures, but also unfairly applies its policy for offering refunds from one consumer to the next.
Update 5/27: I contacted Ollie per their response. Customer service continues to steal $200 from me by applying a purchase I never consented to making. What's worse, they are applying their refund policy in a discriminatory manner.
Update 5/28: A representative informed me that they take no responsibility for not only making a fraudulent charge to my bank account, but also shipping the product to the wrong address as "this is the first time we [Ollie] are being notified that you were not residing at the address the order was shipped to." Interesting take. Consumers generally don't choose to send $200.02 purchases to an incorrect address. The representative did not sign their email with a name. I would appreciate an updated response and follow-up review from Ollie.
