When my pup came to me he was a picky eater. I wanted to feed him healthy food but cooking it myself quickly became overwhelming. I chose Ollie because of its ingredients and convenience. My dog loved the food from them and when my doggo passed away their customer service team went above and beyond when I called to cancel our subscription. I want to thank the people at Ollie again for their kindness. My sincerest gratitude.

My dog was recently found to have specific allergies and I needed to check ingredients and change my order a bit. They were very helpful and willing to work with me to change my order to accommodate my dogs needs.

I've been using Ollie for a couple of years now, I do have to pause or cancel my sub sometimes cause it is expensive, But they usually offer incentives to come back or stay on which is helpful. I was unemployed for a while and my dog still deserved good food. For feeding, I found for my dog and her gut issues I do a mix of Ollie + her digestive health kibble (ZiwiPeak). I also do less of both, i was feeding per recommended portions and she gained a lot of weight. 6 lbs on a Chiweenie is a lot. I talked with my Vet about portion sizes for her, because I was afraid if i cut back on recommended amounts she might be missing out on key nutrition. My vet told me all pet food says to feed more than is needed because they all want you to buy more of it, and it is at best a guideline. So I cut the ollie packs into 8 even squares and give her 1 + kibble at breakfast and 1+ kibble for dinner. 1 pack every 4 days. She's back down and maintaining her 20 lb disney dog bod. It also stretches the food out longer between reshipments, further helping with costs. When I discovered she is allergic to Pork a few years back, I removed pork from her box, and added to her profile the allergy information. Something had got mixed up and the OG box was shipped, which included pork. It was a mixed box so it wasn't like she was gonna go hungry but the ones that were pork were unuseable. I contacted support and they reshipped me another box. Pretty sure they just did a full reshipment too which was very nice of them as I ended up having extra. I donated the pork ones i could not use. Shipping has always been good - UPS brings mine, and Ollie always has it very well packed, frozen and insulated. My dog is 4 now, and her recent vet check was nothing but praise - her coat is so shiny and soft, her teeth look great and really surprised my vet. She chews, i give her dental chews, and every once in a while (like if i see a build up of plaque on her back molar) I brush her teeth. I probably should brush them more. I tell my vet - I give her quality food. I want her to live forever.

They always want to help to the best of their ability if any issue arises. We had a package go missing and they resolved it quickly. My dog loves the food and has lost the weight the doctor wants him to shed. 15lbs down! Product is fresh. 10/10

I have used Ollie food for my dog for the last seven years. Their shipments are always on time, the quality of the dog food and treats is great. The Customer Service is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Reliable delivery and excellent customer service. The best part is that my Golden loves eating time.

I texted their customer service and was surprised to not only receive a prompt response but also to fully resolve my concerns regarding an order. The representative, Fiona, was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I found Ollie to be a trustworthy company.

I had to put my beloved dog Jezebel to sleep, I had ordered my shipment of Ollie already and could not cancel. I sent Ollie an email to cancel the subscription and received the most caring and compassionate reply ever... they sent sweet and loving condolences and refunded the charge for my shipment. I was told to donate the food to a dog in need or give it to a pup in Jezebel's memory.

I’m very happy with Ollie. I switched over from the Farmer’s Dog food , because they don’t have a lamb recipe and my Labrador was itchy from the meals they had.

My dogs love their food! I appreciate how easy it is to use the app to make changes or add special treats whenever. Customer service is top notch!

I love OLLIE food, I have two dogs that enjoy the lamb fresh food. It arrives freshly frozen, you can see the content, not overly cooked. I love the quality. I use it as a base and add chicken /brocoli/rice to it. I’ve been a customer for four years 🩷
