Soda crush Saga ripped me off when I was offered a special booster package. I purchased it it told me my payment went through, but nothing happened. No boosters. I tried again.....and once again it took my money but no boosters. I immediately stopped playing and contacted the soda crush support. They responded requesting the copies of the transactions, which I provided. I get an email in return saying they saw nothing on their end and I received the boosters. NOPE! That is untrue. IF I had received my booster package then how is it that I was able to request it again? You have to reach a milestone in order for it to be offered. Not only that....there was two purchases a minute or less apart. If that isn't proof enough then there is some fraudulent stuff going on. I have deleted my King games from all of my devices. Never again.

Achtung Abzocke! Seid der Flash Player bei den Royalgames Spielen abgeschaltet wurde, kann ich die Spiele zwar anklicken, allerdings laden sie nicht und der Bildschirm bleibt schwarz. Das hindert Royalgames allerdings nicht, für jedes nicht geladene Spiel den Einsatz von meinem Guthaben abzuziehen. Völlig egal ob ich die alten oder neuen Versionen versuche. Lasst die Finger von dieser Platform.

This company overcharges again and again and again. I’ve had enough and I’ve deleted their game. What happens is that you make an in app purchase, but are billed two or three times. When you contact them the computer generated response refers you to Apple. Apple refers you back to King. It’s only small amounts of money, but they all add up. It’s not worth the stress dealing with a fraudulent and untrustworthy company.

Vorsicht sehr manipuliert werde alle spiele von King deinstallieren.bin die letzte aus meinem Kreis die noch spiele von King spielt. Mit dem Ende von shuffle cat werde ich auch meine anderen Spiele löschen.

The games are alright and somewhat fun to play, at first. Unfortunately, it becomes very obvious how they are rigged to force the player to either, pay money to advance or replay the same level over and over again, trying to move forward. Most of the people I know have finally stopped playing, due to the rigging of the games and the greed of the company.

Giving me the runaround. Game charges me double and magically deletes my boosters, when I write, the emails go back and forth with NO resolution. They refer me to Apple, Apple refers me to them. I attach the photos, receipts, they reply with “we have not heard from you so we will close the ticket.this company is in Malta, getting rich off of us suckers. No more. As much as I love their games, they are getting deleted today.

Have been playing alphabetty on pc since 2015. Now it won't load. What gives? Is this because Flash is going away? No explanation from King.

Ich bin seit 2004 Mitglied und es gab immer mal Probleme aber es wurde sich darum gekümmert ! Seit längerem gehen die Spiele immer schlechter , der Kundendienst kümmert sich leidlich und das Hauptproblem sind die " Offensichtlichen Betrüger " die dort unterwegs sind und das interessiert dort niemanden vom Serviceteam ( sehr schade ) ! Ich werde diese Seite verlassen weil verar...en kann ich mich alleine ! Nicht ( mehr ) empfehlenswert !

EDIT: **Since writing this I have been in contact with King and they have refunded my money. I'm still less than confident about making in-game purchases via the browser version of the Pet Rescue Saga but I've since made a successful purchase on a mobile device. They deserve some stars for customer service.**I was charged 4 times in the Pet Rescue Saga game for the piggy bank feature. Each attempt at the purchase gave me an error message so I contacted King Games customer service. When I logged into my email account I discovered I'd received receipts for these purchases. My accounts (I tried multiple debit/credit cards and PayPal) had been successfully charged but I didn't receive the gold bars from the piggy bank. Someone from King's customer service did email me but the instructions were for a mobile device, I was playing on my PC. I wrote back that I was on PC, not a mobile device so what could be done. No reply. I tried again to contact customer service to ask about the additional 3 charges, even if they did give me the gold bars (still haven't received those) I was still out an additional 9 bucks (roughly). I've also tried tweeting them and posting on the help forum and haven't received any replies. Juice ain't worth the squeeze and I'm not going to make any in-game purchases from King again.

Die Spiele sind lustig und unterhaltsam.Seit ca 3 Wochen kann man aber immer weniger spielen, da sich die jeweilige Seite nicht richtig lädt. Sehr schade.
Man spielt ja seid Jahren gewisse spiele sehr gern und hat da dementsprechend Juwelen gesammelt.

Habe mir einmal 20 € auszahlen lassen und dann wurde mein Konto gesperrt. Bin seit Jahren dabei und dann sowas, ist echt frech, reicht eigentlich schon, dass man den völlig veralteten Flash Player braucht.

Knighthood is hands-down the best mobile RPG game ever made. They've managed to take turn base gameplay and make it fun which is a tremendous accomplishment . The graphics are excellent the story line is excellence and the gameplay is perfectly fluid if you love to play RPGs then you will love this game I guarantee it!! you have to grind a little here and there but it's very rewarding and satisfying. None of the other turn-based RPGs currently available come close to the level of cool that this game achieves.

They owe me $63.59 for a refund that they promised I would receive. I still have the email about the refund approval. However, I will never get this money back, ever. I finally just deleted the game and gave up. Beware of this company's shenanigans.

Ich habe 2-3 Monate gespielt und dabei auch gutes Geld (>2000€) gewonnen und erstaunlicherweise bisher auch immer problemlos ausgezahlt bekommen. Jetzt plötzlich wurde von einem auf den anderen Moment mein Account gesperrt. Der Kundendienst labert nur etwas von "Unser Sicherheitssystem zeigt Anzeichen für einen Verstoß gegen unsere AGBs". Welche das sind kann man mir komischerweise nicht sagen. Scheinbar ist es nicht im Sinne der AGBs (bzw. der betrügerischen Betreiber), dass es Spieler gibt, die sich Geld auszahlen lassen.
