The customer service agent was excellent and did his best to fill my order in a timely way. However, this company advertises that it is a local Hampstead NH florist online and it is not! The delivery was delayed a day because the location was actually 25 miles away from Hampstead. I would not have placed the order if I had known that. The flowers were lovely.

Online ordering was easy. I received a call to verify order and delivery time frame, which I appreciated. The employee was very nice to talk with but was a little pushy about the survey. I would order from their company again.

Scammers?? I ordered flowers for same-day delivery today. The moment the credit card was processed, the screen just went blank. No email or text confirmed the order, but the money was deducted from my credit card immediately. I contacted the help line, but the person just put me on hold. I received an email afterwards cancelling my order and stating that I will get a refund within 5-10 working days. Unacceptable. It surely looks like a scam!

We would like to clarify what occurred with your Glow Sky Blooms - Standard order. This purchase had to be voided because local dispatch schedules for same-day delivery had already closed for the day.
Our strict protocol when same-day fulfillment is no longer feasible is to void the transaction immediately. Since the order was dropped instantly, your card was never permanently charged, and our system released the payment hold right away.
Your financial institution will clear the pending authorization following their standard clearing window.
