Concern Regarding Flower Arrangement Delivery Order#14529895

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent flower arrangement purchased for delivery to my mother’s birthday on April 6th.

Normally, I prefer to celebrate by taking my mother out to dinner or giving her gifts, but since I have been deployedaway for work and away from my family since July 2025, I wanted to surprise her with flowers.

I selected an arrangement priced at $49.99, plus a $25 delivery charge, expecting a high-quality, professionally arranged bouquet as shown in your advertisement.

However, the arrangement that was delivered did not match what was advertised, and it appeared to be of lower quality and not professionally arranged.

Given the circumstances and the importance of this occasion, I was very disappointed with the outcome. As a customer, I relied on your advertisement of your skills, abilities, and quality of product to make this decision. I am a reasonable person and would like to consider the refunding of the costs of the arrangement a fair and equitable resolution.

It was not delivered on time like it…

It was not delivered on time like it said it was supposed to be, I got no refund for extra fee I paid for it to be delivered on time. It got there 6 days after the birthday. I will NEVER use this service again.

The order looked NOTHING like what I chose online. I understand there may be some variation based on availability, but this was way off. I would have preferred being notified that what I wanted wasn't in stock.

The flowers were not delivered the day…

The flowers were not delivered the day they were needed for a retirement party. They instead had to be delivered to person's home after their departure. The flowers looked nothing like what was expected from the picture. I feel like I overpaid for what was received.

Exorbitant Hidden fees

The $59 arrangement I picked ended up being $97 after all of your fees.

I had ordered what I thought were sympathy flowers, and it was sent with a happy birthday card.

For $97I feel like the arrangement should’ve been at least three times bigger than it was.

I will not use this company again.

Not worth the price

Not worth the price
I ordered an arrangement in a vase with multiple different flowers. What was delivered was a wrapped set of about four flowers. I understand the arrangements are subject to change, but that was a major difference from the picture expectation in terms of size of arrangement. Will not be using this again.

Ordered a bouquet, chocolate, and balloons for a 50th birthday on Monday. Tuesday I received an email they could not fulfill the order. The link to click on was dead. I called the company and they said no, all was fine. Received the same email on Tuesday. Called Avas again and was reassured all was on track. The day the bouquet was to be delivered I also got the email. I called yet again and indeed the bouquet is not available and no other is available to be delivered today! What a waste of time and money.
