Fantastic customer service from Kent…
Fantastic customer service from Kent and Stowe when my spade broke. Really helpful lady on the end of the phone. Vouchers issued immediately for a replacement. Unfortunately, the courier they use to deliver the replacement appears to have 'lost it'. So after a 2 week delay, when eyebrows were raised and the problem was immediately resolved and another sent out. It's not K&S's fault but I'll stick with the 4 stars where it would have been five if all had gone totally smoothly.

Malleable trowel broke in damp soil ?
Crazy how ive just tried to dig up a peony in damp soil and the trowel bent so easily and snapped just beneath the handle. I wasn't pressing hard!?

The capable capability spade
We bought the capability spade after my partner broke our border spade doing heavy digging in the garden. He loves the capability spade, which is very strong and we think it's excellent value. It is a big spade, suitable for him although I will have to get a new border/lady's spade for me - I know where to go for excellent service and a quality product!

Absolute chaos trying to buy a pair of…
Absolute chaos trying to buy a pair of grass trimmers. Arrived with one stolen by Evri and had to wait ages for missing/stolen item to arrive. I hate Evri and they should stop using them! Have you not seen the Panorama program a few years ago about them being bone idle and auctioning off undelivered items in Birmingham?
