Editing my review as i have now received the item - they replied to say that it was stuck in my local depot due to some scanning issue. The email reply was friendly. And i will update the review once i have used the sunlight serum. I have sensitive skin so i am contacting them first as to whether i should use it as ive not seen very positive reviews so far. Fingers crossed they are quicker

Like so many others, I’m waiting to hear from this company regarding a refund due to bad skin reaction. They just completely stopped communicating. Beware of their fraudulent practices.

I first saw these products on my Facebook newsfeed. So I decided to order the two serums. I've only been using them a little over a week, but they are so good my face feels soft & hydrating, glowy, too. Then I purchased one of the face cleansers that I absolutely love. I also put in an order for the sunscreen, too. All in all, I love these products early days but I can see these will be of great benefit to my skin. Thank you ❤️

Not for me unfortunately. I bought the day and night serums as well as the gels and the sunscreen. My face started burning a few days in of using the products so I thought I just needed to get used to them. The burning didn’t stop so I had a break from the products for several days but after going back I had the same experience again. Burning, dry, crepey. I decided to use them on my body instead but even there I wasn’t able to tolerate them. My legs look dry and crepey and the skin feels tight and sore. So unfortunately the bin it is. Very disappointed I so wanted it to work as I really liked the ethic around the products.

Terrible service and company. Spent over £100 on products. Really bad skin reaction I suffered. Reached out multiple times via email and Facebook asking for a refund no reply i think I emailed them 10 times. Please stay away. I had to sell the products via Ebay to get some money back.

Lovely customer service, no problem with the orders. Introduced cosmetics to two of my friends and they love it. Highly recommend the Daily serum.

I had been using a high street premium brand for six years when a friend recommended Karmic products to me. I decided to give them a try and have been absolutely delighted with the results. I purchased the full Age Confidence Kit, and just a couple of weeks in, I can already see a noticeable difference.

I had some early-stage pigmentation on my face, and it has already begun to lighten. All the products smell wonderful, and the texture of the creams is luxurious. My favourite is the Sleepytime Gelly—I love the cooling effect and the healthy berry-toned glow it gives my skin.

I did find the texture of Everyday No Excuses a bit too chalky for my liking, but the Karmic team was exceptionally helpful and prompt in explaining why that might be the case.

Would highly recommend the products !

The are so unprofessional I can’t even tell!!!
They’re not replying to my emails and replying to reviews I have posted.
I have emailed them asking that my neighbour found parcel and It needs to be returned now because I’m on holidays and since they’re replying on my reviews and not replying on my email I hope they reply here how to return items.
I have asked my neighbours taking pictures before sending the images just to ensure they won’t come up with any excuse when processing refund as the items are unopened and not damage.
I really hope they reply here and I will return their items and end this misery once and for all.

It was a gift from my sister.

Unfortunately, It’s not compatible in my skin and has caused a lot of dryness.

I’ve told my sister who has reached out to the company Via email and on the Instagram page, but there has been no response. They have a money back guarantee policy but I believe that they are trying to avoid.

It is terrible that they are treating their customers this way after they take our money. I have read other reviews below and see that there is a pattern.

This company needs to be investigated. I believe that it’s a fraudulent company. I Thought it was only us, but there are many reviews below that suggest similar experiences.

Karmic, If you are reading these reviews, Please do the right thing and refund accordingly or at least respond to messages and emails.

So I saw this brand and I was intrigued and I ordered the sun serum at first.

Started using the serum, but then I was getting some dry skin and it really dried me out so I messaged them on Instagram and they responded and gave me some advice which I followed. I was advised to use it on top of damp skin, which I did for a while. As I was using the serum, I decided to order some more products as they had a promotion on and I was really drawn To the concept of the brand and their ideas. I ordered two more products that I thought would be moisturising. So I went for the richie rich cream and the pot of gold.

So I started using all three products and unfortunately it wasn’t agreeing with my skin and I was feeling so dry and my eczema was getting a bit worse.

So I messaged them again and they advised that I stop using the products altogether and start using one product at a time which I also tried however it caused more eczema around my cheek.

So I took the advice and I stopped The serum and face wash and just started to use the moisturising cream. Unfortunately, just didn’t agree with my skin which I can understand. Not all products are suitable for everyone.

I’ve messaged them almost 2 weeks ago. I’ve not heard any reply on Instagram. Initially, they were very responsive when I was buying. I have been left ignored. I think I’ve messaged them about three times since and no one has got back to me since. Also, I’ve received emails to review the products on the website which I had done twice but both of those comments were deleted which was very odd.

I understand not all products are suitable for everyone however I am very disappointed how I’ve been treated when I have raised concerns. Literally been ignored. I’ve asked for my money back because they do have a money back guarantee If it’s not working on you.

I would like to know why I’m being ignored and why they are not addressing my concerns and why they are not willing to refund my money I feel like I am being ignored on purpose and I can’t believe they have deleted two reviews. I’ve left on their website.

UPDATE: they got back to me via email, processed my refund and didn’t require me to send it back to them eithe due to the delay and severity of my skin reaction. It was a very polite and apologetic email. Can confirm they ARE NOT a scam and a legit small company genuinely trying their best with customer service. Unfortunately product didn’t work for me in this instance.

I ordered the Sunlight serum which arrived promptly I tried the serum for three days gave me a reaction and a residual burning feeling in my skin even though I have stopped using it over a week ago. I did give it one more try with three drops the same redness and burning occurred. I did contact them earlier this week and have not received a response. Not sure if they do this to avoid the money back guarantee so by the time they get back to you the 30 days end.

I bought two products in good faith, feeling secure in the money back guarantee supposedly offered by this company. Both products (sensitive skin cleansing balm and sunshine serum) reacted with my skin the first time. I left a few days and tried both again on separate days and had the same reactions.

So I contacted the company asking to return both products - which is within the terms of their money back guarantee (less than 25% used, two products max, within 30 days). No response...

Left it a week (giving grace as assumed they are a small company with ltd resource), emailed again. No response.

Found another email address tucked away on the website, tried again. And surprise surprise, no response!

My emails have all been polite (my first even asked for advice about the ingredients used), and have all been sent in time etc.

Eventually, running out of ideas, I commented on an Instagram post this morning. Frustrated I tried to warn other people not to rely on the money back guarantee. I tried to check back in the afternoon and see I've been blocked by the company on Instagram!!!! I check from my husband's instagram account and my two comments have been deleted.

Karmic Skin is made up of dishonest liars, selling par quality products, who have no understanding of customer service or marketing!

I have to ask the people running this company - was refunding £30 odd pounds of product (within the terms of your own promise) really worse than creating a truly disgruntled customer who will warn every ever woman I know to steer clear of your appalling company? I would have happily put it down to the products not suiting my skin and not thinking anything more of it, but you've exposed yourselves as liars and scammers with this behaviour.

I would give zero star if I could. Bought a serum and a cream.had an allergic reaction. My skin started to peel off. I emailed them twice to arrange a return and get refund but no response.

I ordered the whole kit and initially my skin didn’t react well as I was not used to oil based products my skin became dry and splotchy. However after researching and realising there are tips on the website (such as putting serums over damp skin) and heating the creams up with your fingers first I have found the magic! My skin feels great and after using for a couple of weeks I have had some lovely compliments.
Also when I initially wasn’t sure about the moisturisers I emailed and received a prompt response and full refund, laila was very helpful and quick to respond.
I would highly recommend but would suggest doing your research on how to get the most out of the products.

Please avoid this fraudulent company. My item didn’t arrive for weeks after this order was placed. I chased and chased but never heard back from them at all. Not even an acknowledgment or an apology. The item didn’t work at all and when I emailed again to ask about a refund once again I haven’t heard back. Please avoid this company. They take your money and we don’t even know what sort of an oil they are sending out and what we are putting in our skin.

Was given both the sunlight and moonlight serums as a present. After 3 months I felt so much better, and now I'm buying them myself. Really fantastic products. Others have noticed the difference in my skin and complemented me. I am really really pleased with the appearance of my skin.

My skin reacted badly to the serums, and I have been trying to contact Karmic to arrange a return and refund, unfortunately for me, Karmic are not responding to my messages, I have tried every way to contact them. Very bad service when a refund is required.

I’m having similar issues regarding requesting a return. The creams are oil based and have really not suited my skin.
Parts of my face have come out a bit blotchy.
Prior to purchasing I had a lot of dialogue with them via email to ensure I was purchasing the right products. They replied instantly. I have sent several emails and no response. I wish I took note of the other reviewers who had a similar experience. However the strength of a good business is repeat custom and customer loyalty. They will not get that with me and others who have had similar experiences.
