Amazing product

Truly the most beautiful skin care products I’ve used. My favourites are the morning and night serum and I also love the pot of gold cleanser. This has changed my skincare routine completely and I no longer need any other products.

I've been using Karmic serum for about a year now and I find it o be absolutely brilliant. It leaves my skin hydrated, my fine lines around my eyes and forehead have disappeared. It has evened my skin tone so now I don't wear makeup unless I have to. I really recommend this product.

I’ve been buying the Pot of Gold cleanser from Karmic for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. It’s the only cleanser I use. It’s great that it is much more environmentally friendly than other products I’ve used and I’ve now started using their serum which has been great so far! All in all, a great company with fantastic products.

I bought the moonlight serum but unfortunately the smell was too strong for me and triggered a headache. I contacted the company the same day (30 day money back guarantee) and explained the situation and that I'd be happy to do an exchange. I didn't hear back for a few days and started to worry, read other reviews and thought I'd just have to chalk it up as a loss. I then got an email saying they were sorry about my issue and that they'd send me the sunlight serum as a replacement and that I could gift the unwanted serum to a friend! Really pleased with the customer service, thank you. Received the new serum this morning and it smells beautiful.

Ordered on 10th September 2025, sent an email an hour later to cancel, no reply. Sent 2 emails after this with no reply, no refund and no order received.

I decided to try the moonlight and sunlight serums. I was skeptical since my skin reacts with most products. Both the serums are lovely 😍 to use and my skin feels soft and hydrated. I have also noticed my pigmentation, dark spots fading on my face. No reaction to the skin, knowing that there are no chemicals gives me that confidence to use the serums daily. I have recently stocked up on the serums when I saw them on offer. I'd love to try the other products. Delivery was prompt
and great customer service. I would highly recommend people to give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Bad customer service team

I am now the proud owner of most of the range ...as a menopausal woman my skin is dryer than the Sahara and these products are really helping. ...these are not quick fixes or gimmicks just really good natural products.

Am really disappointed that my original order has not yet been received. After emailing the company I did receive a response stating I will receive the correct product as an R&R which arrived straight away and to enjoy both products as per the email but I still haven’t received the first product I ordered. I have emailed the company but have not yet received any response regarding when my product will arrive when it was meant to arrive on 13 August and there is no trace of it nor a response.

I love everything about this cleanser! It feels so smooth on my skin and really makes a difference to the softness, gently removes blemishes and leaves a natural glow. I use this before applying the sunlight & moonlight serum daily. I’m yet to grab their face moisturisers as I now have both serums, two cleansers and the sleep time gelly. I’m obsessed with Karmic Skin. The natural ingredients and lack of irritation to my skin means that I no longer have to use a mixed selection of chemical based products! ⭐️

I absolutely love the serums and highly recommend . My skin is glowing and the smell of the product is lovely.

This company's products are absolutely fantastic - the best that I have ever used - and all the products are so affordable. Their Customer Service is also second to none. Orders arrive extremely quickly. The products make my skin look like it never has before - I am thrilled.

The serums are great. They leave my skin soft and radiant. The oil sinks in and doesn't feel greasy. It sits well under makeup.

So I have given Karmic skin one star previously, but since then the things has changed. After putting a review here, I got an email from customer service sa ying they are very busy and they couldn't respond earlier. They apologised and directed me where to submit the refund request. To my surprise, I could only return 2 items and since I bought 4, I chose to return face creams and keep the oils. I have been using the oils and I'm actually happy with the product, they moisturise my skin well and I don't need any other cream. It's also very efficient, it will last for several months. I would give them between 3 and 4 stars. After 4 weeks I finally received the refund.
