They never sent over a confirmation email, but took my payment. I’ve tried to contact multiple times and am left on hold for hours on end. When I finally reached someone, I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. I paid over 100 dollars for an order I’m not sure I’ll even receive and to top it off customer service won’t even reply. I received one of my orders, but the other one is completely lost and I did not receive an email. NO CONFIRMATION CODE was received so I have no way of confirming what my order even is. this is ridiculous, you answer once (not even apologizing) but being completely loud and wrong. I’m out 116 dollars because of this shop’s inconsistency.

Never delivered the flowers on time for Mother's Day they said they have 24-hour service I called twice both times I was on hold forever only to be met with a answering machine horrible service would not recommend unreliable

Horrible service. I paid way too much money for Mother's day flowers for my daughter for her first Mother's Day and she lives in another state - they were never delivered! They were supposed to be delivered the day before, but she never received them! Ruined Mother's Day for both of us.

No show for both orders. Ordered them to show up a day early, now it’s a day after. Never again. Will dispute the charges on my card.

Save yourself. Do not use. 1800flowers has never let me down. I don’t know why we used just flowers, but never again!

wanted to send flowers to my mother who is suffering from cancer for mother's day. my credit card was billed but received no email notification (signed up as a guest). actually flowers arrived early (day before). knew nothing about it since no email messaging an when i tried to track it they couldn't find the order and said my card would be refunded. service was good but support poor. my mother seemed to like the flowers (haven't seen them myself).

The picture in the website did not in any way match the flowers that was delivered. In addition I ordered the deluxe version which was suppose to have more flowers and certainly that was a waste of money cause there wasn’t more. Also, there was a vase in the picture and the flowers arrived in a cheap box. Lastly, to add insult to injury the balloon I ordered and paid for did not arrive. I will never use this company again.

I work out of state on April 30. I ordered flowers from Mother’s Day for my wife to be delivered on the may 9th not Mother’s Day and they did not deliver and as soon as I get on the phone with the customer service representative named J wants to tell me how well it’s because this Mother’s Day I’d stop them. I had to say Jay y’all got paid as soon as I put that order in I don’t wanna hear anything about this being the busy holiday the issue is your contractors didn’t deliver. This is the worst florist I’ve ever used.don’t use this company

Everything about my Mother's day gift was absolutely ridiculous. First of, the bouquet that I ordered with white roses and purple lillies was delivered as a completely different bouquet. No point in having the customer choose the bouquet of their liking as they'll just deliver whatever they want. The flowers I got look NOTHING like the picture, they didn't even get the colors right. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Don't get me started on the condition of the flowers they delivered. WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT be ordering from this company EVER again. I am absolutely disappointed. For such a price, I was expecting something of good condition and like what I had actually ordered. Absolutely don't recommend. Save your time and money, as the customer service is just as horrendous.

Advertised same day delivery and orders were not delivered. Called to voice concerns and was hung up on after asking for a manager. I was told no delivery was available even though they advertised it. Do not order front them. False advertisement. It was not even delivered on Mother’s Day! They got it on Tuesday the day after.

Staff not helpful, delivery rescheduled 4 times and ultimately not delivered. Not a trustworthy company.

Terrible operation. I ordered an arrangement called"I Will Fly Away". It showed a brown basket with three butterflies on the handle and lots of purple flowers. What the person received was a small white basket, no butterflies and almost no purple flowers. What a rip off. What's the point of picking out something when they send whatever they want. DO NOT USE THIS OUTFIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just received a call from Just Flowers main offices. My phone rang and there was no one that would answer on the other end. So now I expect that they will reply that they reached out to me but I did not respond. Just more lies from this awful company. As I wrote earlier, DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS. You'll get ripped off
NEW, a manager from Just Flowers called and we had a lengthy conversation in the issue. She world not budge, she told me the recipe for the arrangement was the same as in the picture on the Just Flowers website. IT WAS NOT!!! I wish I could upload the photos of the arrangement I ordered and what was received but I can't. She offered me a $15 credit which I declined. If I would have accepted, by law, then case closed. I am going to trash this company and pursue legal action as false advertising. DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY REASON. GO to a local florist. Otherwise, you'll regret it. WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??
And to top it off, they publicize the recipants name!!!!!! Would you want your recepiants name to be made public? Shame on you Just Flowers. Shame on you.

I paid for same day service on a Sunday only to find out I placed my order too late for same day delivery on a Sunday, however, it was billed to my card. Next, I was told it would be delivered 'sometime' by 9 PM the following day.
Then, I asked the recipient if the flowers had been received. The recipient didn't know because an arrangement had been delivered without a card.
Between Just Flowers and the florist they used I still don't know if the arrangement was delivered to the correct location or if was delivered at all.
But, I paid for it. Just Flowers made a death in the family even worse.

Definitely will not use again or recommend. They contacted me the scheduled day of delivery to shake me down for an extra $30.00. I was advised that the order is on hold until I can authorize the additional funds for delivery. Their reasoning was that none of their in network dealers could provide the flowers ( Mother’s Day) at the original contracted price. I made three attempts to contact them and was left on indefinite hold each time. I finally got through to them and it took over 15
Minutes of being transferred from person to person before I was put in touch with someone that spoke reasonably clear English and had the “authority “ to complete the new transaction. I asked for , and was assured, that I would get a delivery confirmation upon scheduled delivery. The next day I had still not received confirmation. I called and was left on hold 2 more times while they scrambled to see if the delivery even took place.
This is a sham company with piss poor operation. I could NEVER recommend them to any one and certainly would not do business with the again.

Ordered plants in a basket. One plant over took the two smaller ones. Top of Plant containers showed. Worst arrangement ever ordered.

What went right? Ordered flowers for a friend who was injured n a fall yesterday around 2pm. As yet she has not received the flowers. Acknowledgment was sent to my spam page. Flowers still haven't been delivered. Have email them 7 times, no response. Called them and they said they would check into it. Well see!!

Delivered dead flowers a day late. The arrangement cost more than $100 but looked as if rescued from the trash. Customer service was terrible, wouldn’t offer a refund. After a lot of back and forth I only received partial credit (not even half of what was paid). Their initial refund offer was $10!!! TOTAL SCAM. Do not buy from them!
They claim the review is for another company, but the review is definitely for this company and website.

delivery was on time...arrangement as advertised. Everything is expensive these days, but the smile it put on my daughter in law's face was well worth it ! Great place

My Fiancée ordered flowers from, Just Flowers for a birthday gift. They were never delivered. When we called to see what the reasoning behind it was, we were met with them trying to add on extra fees on top of what we already paid for flowers that were never delivered. We have both called trying to speak to a manager on separate occasions regarding the issue, but they will never put us through to one since they are always conveniently “on another call.” I’ve offered to remain on hold until I can speak with them, and I was met with silence and deflection regarding simply staying on hold to speak with the manager. They said they will refund our money in 1-4 business days. We shall see if that’s the case. I highly recommend using another flower delivery company.

Poor excuse for a business! I ordered flowers 2 weeks in advance for a certain delivery date as an Anniversary surprise. Day came and NO flowers.. I called the 24 hour customer support and was on hold for 2 hours and no answer. Tried the next day and after another 35 minutes someone answered. I said I thought there was 24 hour customer service and he said he was the only one answering the phone and he just got to work..WTH! Don’t waste your time when there are so many other flower companies out there.

Ordered in UK for US delivery. Recipient delighted. Easy process and delivered on time . Would recommend.
