I made 3 orders for mother's day at 7:30am EST New York time. Their policy said order by 11am for same day delivery. My orders were placed at 7:30am
1 for my wife. A vibrant sunset
1 for my mother: A loving touch
1 for my mother in law: A tulip Garden

Waiting all day on mother's day.

My wife and my mother in law received their order at 8:30pm. The tulip garden i was divided into two orders and the 2nd order came in at 9:30pm. My mothers flowers arrived at 10:30pm EST. It was raining, and the delivery guy knocked on the door, left them on the floor and just left.

Ontop of everything, the orders were not what was advertised by their pictures. Very different. I wish I could post pictures to show the difference. My advice, find a local florist that delivers.

Ordered flowers and a balloon early Saturday May 9th morning at 11:38 AM EST or 8:38 AM PST. I selected Saturday delivery to beat the Mother's day rush. On Saturday at 5:01 PM I received an email and text message stating delivery was not possible with delivery on next day. There was no delivery on Sunday or any sort of communication on the status of the order. I have tried texting and emailing service address. No response so far on what is the status of my missed delivery for Mother's day. Not happy as my whole reason for purchasing from this company was the option for Saturday delivery. I could have ordered from any company if delivery date was not a concern. I will never order from this company ever again. The customer service is horrible. False promises on delivery dates they can't meet.

UPDATE (5/11/2026): Company claims it was delivered yet recipient states no delivery of the item ordered was received. Not sure where it was delivered. If I can not verify with my mom that item was received as ordered, then I will submit a refund with my credit card company if it not found.

WHERE IS THE PROOF OF DELIVERY? You can't say something was delivered when my mom has no flowers and balloon that match what was ordered.

Ordering flowers was a piece of cake, Paying for the flowers no issues. Getting the flowers delivered to the right address fail. Contacting Just Flowers Customer Service to correct the issue, Impossible! I left messages starting at 1:30pm pst, someone finally answered my call at 5:45pm pst and then hung up on me (possibly inadvertently). Continued to call back and someone finally answered at 6:15pm and could not gaurantee the flowers would arrive in a reasonable time for Mother's Day, nor would they confirm that I would get a refund as I requested. Im 48 years old I have been ording flowers for probably 30 years, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Its not the end of the world, but boy this could have gone so much better. Highly would NOT recommend.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day in advance, and the delivery was guaranteed to be delivered on Mother’s Day. Suddenly, in the evening, I received a text message saying that the delivery was delayed and would be delivered the following day. A few hours after that, I received another text message saying that the order has been canceled. I paid a lot of money for shipping and everything and it’s really ridiculous. I would definitely not recommend and will never be buying from this company again.

Terrible customer service. Ordered flowers for my MIL for Mother’s Day and they offered a $25 same-day Saturday delivery so I chose that. Got a text Saturday afternoon that my flowers couldn’t be delivered and they would deliver Sunday. Frustrating to have paid for same-day delivery and not gotten it, but figured it was no big deal since she would get them on Sunday (Mother’s Day). Sunday evening I got a text that they would be delivered the next day. I called to try and talk to someone and figure out why this was happening and it would only let me leave a message, so I asked to have my shipping refunded. About an hour later (9pm on Mother’s Day), I received a text that my order was cancelled. Save yourself the headache, pay a little more, and never order from this bs site.

SCAM!!!!!!! Took money, never delivered! Nobody to contact for refund! Do mot use them!

Let me start by saying if I could give negative stars I would. SCAM ALERT!!!! i purchased flowers for mothers day to be delievered same day to my mom on Saturday so that she could enjoy them all day for mothers day. I received an email from just flowers at 8pm saturday saying they can not deliever that they will deliever to her the next day. At 6:19 pm today i received another email stating they can't deliever today and they will deliever tomorrow. After calling probably 15 times (and being hung up on) I finally reached someone (u have to pretend to be ordering to talk to a human as if you leave a message they don't return it) I got a supervisor that offended me a 15 dollar credit, which I told them I would never order from them again as all the reviews I have read says they are a scam, so this did me no good. She said she would refund me 15 dollars on my 117.00 order. I told her many times to cancel it unless she could fix this problem today. She kept on and I kept saying refund. She then said I would get an email about the cancelation and it could take 1-4 business days to refund (if I actually do see the refund) went to FTD ordered basically the same thing and guarentee delievery tomorrow. Stick with company's yall know and do not get suckered like I did. Also if you wanna talk to a human pretend your placing an order. That's the only way you will get a human. They want the money but don't have the goods to back it up!!!

Placed an order for flowers to be delivered the day before Mother's Day to avoid the rush. They sent an email later stating that they could not make that date but would deliver the next day. Late Mother's Day, they sent an email stating that they could not make that date either. Now I have to change the delivery address and can't get a person on the phone. I don't know if or when the flowers will be delivered. Very disgusted!

Freaking idiots delivered to the wrong address then they won't answer their phone if they delivered at all. So I just want a refund since my mom didn't receive her flowers and they dont want to refund can't get the flowers back and I lost 96 fn dollars ok Dont Nobody Buy From these people and you lost a customer

I ordered flowers for Mother’s day on May 9th, 2026 around 6 pm (PDT). This costed me over $100, and I am yet to receive any confirmation. The money has already been deducted from my bank account, and I have not received any information. This includes no email, no text message, no confirmation in any way. Every time I attempt to contact them I am stuck waiting on hold, I have been calling all day since 9 am and I still haven’t been able to talk to a real human. And when I am waiting for customer service, since I haven’t received any confirmation with ANY INFORMATION ABOUT MY ORDER, I’m unable to give the automated phone call my order number. Also, I see you guys continue to reply to people on here, without actually solving the problem, but can’t manage to pick up the phone when I’ve been waiting to get ahold of your customer service all day. You guys shouldn’t be selling for Mother's Day if you can’t handle the large amounts of orders, because now I am down $120 with nothing to go off of.

Don't use this company if you need something delivered on time, like flowers for mother's day. They sent me a email today (Mothers Day) at 3pm stating my order has been rescheduled for tomorrow. That kind of defeats the purpose of a Mother's Day gift, when every others gift was there and I'm looking like I totally forgot Mother's Day saying wait till tomorrow. They generously offered me $7 off for my inconvenience (really?) but still charge me the $25 delivery fee. They give you a 800 number to call, but they don't answer asking you to leave a voicemail and they will get back to you. They then send you a text offering you to cancel, reschedule or $7 off. Horrible service and terrible customer service. DO NOT USE!

I got flowers before the cut off date. It stated that it could be delivered early or would be on Sunday from 8am - 9 pm. I get a text and email at 5:00 pm on Mother’s Day and it says they can not deliver the flowers. These flowers were already expensive enuff. But if I woulda known it wouldn’t deliver on time as it said I would have looked up a local florist in the area. This has ruined my mother’s mother day. Why r yall in the business if u can’t get things to ur customers on special holidays!! Had no problem taking my money but couldn’t provide the service. There is a point to sending flowers on a special holiday that they receive it that day. If I could give negative stars I would. So very sad and awful for a company to do to ppl

start 5/5/26 problem with credit card for order talked to lady gave different credit card got cut off they called back and repeated order never got email confirmation so no order number delivery date sat 5/9/26 for 5/10/26 Mothers Day on 55/6/26 my sister gets a delivery almost midnight 1 orchid so i know something is wrong go on website again with no order number or email notification found using phone number was still on so i said wait and see 5/10/26 Mothers Day tried calling them a couple of times followed prompts they cut me off no order number if don't do prompts they hang up its 5:30 no way to email or call without order number credit card billed 5/6/26 I'll try again tomorrow after Mothers Day only new orders they take today i guess

I bought flowers to be as advertised depivered the same day which would have been the day before Mother's day. Received a message several hours later that the delivery could not be made on the day before Mother's day but would be delivered on Mother's day. I've been waiting all day for her delivery then at 3:30pm I receive another message that my flowers won't be delivered until tomorrow. Totally missing Mother's Day flowers for my mother. This company advertised same day delivery and also delivery until 9:00pm this is so disappointing I will never purchase anything from this company again. I wish I had read the reviews because I'm not the only person with the same disappointment. Some stated they never received the order at all. I searched for a company that would deliver by Mother's day and that is why I ordered from just flowers paying more for the bouquet and a hefty delivery charge. Don't buy from this company you can't talk to anyone except robots and they don't keep their word.

On Wednesday I placed an order over the phone for Mothers Day to be delivered Saturday. The cs rep said let’s make it for Friday just in case. I agreed. It’s now dinner time on Mother’s Day and no flowers. I’ve called and emailed 3 days straight without an answer. Avoid using them unless you want your mother to be disappointed

If I could give this company a zero I would but unfortunately I cannot. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day online on Mother’s Day. I get an email that tells me that it’ll be delivered Monday. I just canceled my order. I will move my business back to one 800 flowers.

They are a scam to claim same day delivery. Won't answer the phone. No flowers for my Mother.

I ordered flowers yesterday way before they cut off time for guaranteed delivery for Mother’s Day here it is 4 o’clock and when you call in, you can’t get a hold of anybody and then I noticed on my receipt. It says Sunday preferred Monday is OK. I never okayed that I would never be fine with that. I would’ve happily ordered from someone else that could guarantee Sunday now I’m $117 out with no guarantee of delivery today and no one to talk to definitely do not recommend these clowns who knows where or when these flowers are gonna show up getting a refund I already know will be the same bunch of BS so I’m kind of just less stranded now paid for flowers may not receive them with no customer support whatsoever just a computerized answering machine that you leave a message.

Did not deliver Mother’s Day flowers on time. Completely ridiculous. If you’re not able to deliver on time don’t take orders for special holidays. Will never use this service again. Trash.

They never sent over a confirmation email, but took my payment. I’ve tried to contact multiple times and am left on hold for hours on end. When I finally reached someone, I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. I paid over 100 dollars for an order I’m not sure I’ll even receive and to top it off customer service won’t even reply. I received one of my orders, but the other one is completely lost and I did not receive an email. NO CONFIRMATION CODE was received so I have no way of confirming what my order even is. this is ridiculous, you answer once (not even apologizing) but being completely loud and wrong. I’m out 116 dollars because of this shop’s inconsistency.
