Scam

Used this company many times before with no issues. But now this company has went completely downhill. Not sure if it’s management or whatever, but worst flower company ever now. Bought flowers from them 2 days before Mother’s Day, even payed for express shipping. On mother’s days they send message and say they can’t deliver today will deliver tomorrow. Then the next day same message and day after same message for a whole week. I call them to tell them my concern, customer service is terrible, no remorse, no apology for delay, nothing. Just tried to offer 5$ discount on $200 flowers. I told them no I want refund, it’s already week after Mother’s Day. She said she can’t do refunds so will have to transfer me to manager. Manager never answers, probably no manager even exists just put me on hold to pretend like she tried. Tells me manager busy, but she can offer 10$ off. I said no thank you I want refund, she said she will pass message to manager. Next day flowers magically arrive, worst flowers ever, nothing like what I ordered, like 2 roses and some grass from my back yard. Flowers maybe worth 10$ max. Then they send message to say sorry we can’t do refunds after order is delivered. This company has became a big scam. I see nothing but bad same reviews from everyone.

Absolutely scam worthy and pitiful…

Absolutely scam worthy and pitiful service, delivery is absolutely shady at best. I ordered flowers for my wife's first mother's day, they delivered to the wrong address, to which they argued by sending a picture of the wrong address' doorstep with the number cut out. I took a picture of the full doorstep and my own in comparison for proof of incorrect delivery, after giving this proof they say "sorry you put the wrong address, we can't cancel or refund."

Did not deliver the flowers I ordered and then proceeded to call me a liar when I disputed the charge. Rudest customer service and huge scam! Do not use this company. You will not get what you order!

Just Flowers and Gia's Garden…

Just Flowers stated that Gia's Garden Flower Shop located at 627 Melrose Ave Bronx, NY 10451, 718-585-1150 is demanding that I pay them an extra $65 to deliver an order that I paid $91 for. This is a scam. Just Flowers and Gia's Garden Flower Shop is claiming that they can not go into a building in the Bronx to deliver flowers. Ninety percent of the people in the Bronx live in apartment buildings. They are not telling the truth. DO NOT ORDER FROM JUST FLOWERS OR GIA'S GARDEN FLOWER SHOP.

Mothers Day flower disaster

I ordered Mother's Day flowers, but they came 5 days late and weren't what I ordered. They looked totally different, and the vase I bought wasn't even included. I'm really disappointed with the flowers that showed up.

I ordered a bouquet that showed 13 purple roses in the photo and I paid extra for more roses. My flowers came and had 3 roses. $120 for 3 roses. This is fraud and theft. Scam artist company. Won’t respond to my inquiries about a refund either.

Steer Clear - horrible service

My husband ordered for Mother’s Day while I was traveling to visit our son and it arrived two days late - literally arrived as I was packed and walking out the door for the airport. When I reached out for customer service after they had been delayed twice, I couldn’t reach a representative and nobody responded to my email. Absolutely HORRIBLE and I would never use them again.

No Mother’s Day Flowers almost a week later

I placed an order with JustFlowers.com Saturday before Mother’s Day for a floral arrangement specifically intended for Mother’s Day delivery. At the time of purchase, the order showed an expected delivery date of Sunday, May 10 (Mother’s Day), and I paid approximately $28 in delivery/service fees associated with weekend/holiday delivery.

After the order was placed, the delivery date was repeatedly changed. The flowers were never delivered on Mother’s Day, and as of filing this complaint, the order still has not been delivered over a week later.

This order was time-sensitive and tied to a specific holiday occasion. A flower delivery arriving long after Mother’s Day defeats the purpose of the purchase entirely. Despite charging premium delivery/service fees, the company failed to provide the service as advertised.

I am requesting:

* Immediate cancellation of the order
* A full refund to my original payment method, including all delivery and service fees
* Written confirmation that the order has been canceled and will not be delivered

I believe the company’s handling of holiday delivery expectations and continued postponement of delivery dates after payment is unacceptable.

Do not deliver as promised

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered for Mother's Day. Flowers were not delivered. Called two times to get hung up on. Emailed two times. The second time I was told the flowers would be delivered Monday. No flowers were delivered Monday. The arrangement finally showed up Tuesday. No apology, but happy to collect for express delivery. Do not order from this company they will disappoint you and leave you chasing them for answers.

Order number 10478948 from Donald H, my father in law. I helped him order the flowers for his significant other. I am not removing my post.

DO NOT ORDER from here. Placed an ordered for Mother’s Day & it was never delivered . At the end of the day they sent a text that said it will be delivered the next day. Next day comes & still nothing. The 3rd day they canceled my order.. & after I complained they only offered a $7 coupon for my next order.. no thank you I will not be ordering from here again. On top of all this, no one answers the phone & it takes days for them to answer emails. Horrible

I ordered Mother’s Day flowers

I ordered Mother’s Day flowers on the 9th today is the 15th no flowers
I contacted the company the 14th the said that they would be delivered today the 15th
So today I looked at the tracking now pushed to the 16th I called again they said sorry and gave me a 10 dollar credit
That’s nice I paid an extra 25 just for delivery
They said it would be delivered on the 16th but it’s a Saturday I won’t hold my breath

Today I called again guess what no flowers being delivered today once again th 16th
Customer service said they would be delivered again tomorrow
I told her that yes I wanted to continue with the order and I would talk to her tomorrow again
So I was all set to call again on the 8th day of the flowers not being delivered after I let them know that I wanted to continue with the order and they were canceled !!!
I knew that they would not be delivered on a Sunday because in that area I have never seen a florist open on Sunday

Late delivery and downgraded subs

I was late in ordering for Mother’s Day but chose this company because they stated same day delivery. Online it said the flowers I chose were available for same day delivery but I chose next day delivery - my flowers were finally delivered 3 days later. The flowers they sent were daisies, carnations and a few roses - no greenery or anything and not nearly close to the $94 I spent (including delivery fee). A child could put the bouquet together and it was obvious that it was just leftover flowers they threw together. What my mother received was a complete downgrade from what I ordered. I had ordered part 6817, which is mainly Lillie’s with greenery and some other flowers mixed in. My mom has had the flowers for 3 days and they’re already dying too. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely horrible experience.

Never again …

I recently used Justflowers to purchase an arrangement for Mother's Day. The website offered same-delivery. Well, the flowers actually never arrived. I attempted to reach out to customer service, there was no answer. After several emails, I received a response that basically states that the ball was dropped. The email also mentioned that if a refund was due, it would be issued within 1 to 4 business days.
Today is the 4th day, no refund. I called and spoke with customer service and was told that I would " just have to wait for my refund." You all didn't wait to charge my credit card... Return my funds.
This is an awful service. The deliver service simply never showed up! Just Flowers claims to have 24/7 support services, but what is not indicated is that you are routed to a voicemail after about 15 minutes on hold. And, it cuts you off in the middle of your message.
I don't recommend Just Flowers to anyone unless you want to be disappointed like me.

Just Flowers has responded to this review. You all have to refund my money, or the company is committing fraud. Now, where is the apology for the terrible mismanagement of my purchase? Where is the apology to my wife for you for your error? No apology for your terrible customer service? No apology. You all should be shut down. And, you all have the nerve to attempt to dismiss me by indicating that my money is being refunded! I was already notified of that. You owe me more than that! Where is the humility? Common decency? Ordered One Thing, Received Another — 3 Days Late

Very disappointing experience with JustFlowers. The bouquet that was delivered looked completely different from what was ordered, and on top of that it arrived 3 days late. When you order flowers for a special occasion, timing and presentation matter — and they failed at both.
What made it even worse was customer service offering only a $10 refund as if that fixes the situation. I don’t care about the $10. People need to know to be very cautious ordering from this company because they clearly cannot fulfill what they advertise and promise.
I would not recommend ordering from JustFlowers if you expect reliable delivery or products that actually match what you paid for.

Day 4 of waiting on this company to do…

Day 4 of waiting on this company to do the right thing.
I ordered 2 flower arrangements for mother's day. 1 dz white roses with greenery and baby's breath and 1 dz red roses with greenery and baby's breath.
they sent ONE arrangement of mixed colored roses (no white ones at all) and carnations. Ruined my wife's mother's day and never even delivered a second arrangement.
They refuse to accept responibility for it and they are only offering a $15 credit.
How do you accept payment for a steak dinner, deliver a mcdonalds cheeseburger and then refuse to refund the difference????
Never order from this company.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. I paid for express delivery and they weren’t able to complete but still marked my order as delivered. Only after I called to complain 2 days later did they finally arrange for flowers to be sent. The flowers looked nothing like what I paid for and they were also sent via Uber at 9:30pm.
