JUST FLOWERS WEBSITE….BUYER BEWARE

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day to be delivered 2 days before Mother’s Day. They were not delivered. I spoke with customer service twice and each time they promised the flowers would be delivered. BUYER BEWARE! Just Flowers is dishonest and totally unreliable.

What a waste of time honestly

What a waste of time honestly. I went with them due to their "quick and guaranteed service". Oh boy was that a mistake. I went started reading all the bad reviews after I submitted my order and was hoping they were wrong. Worst mistake I could've made. Not only did my mom not get her flowers for mother's day. It's been rescheduled TWICE! at this point they're probably gonna deliver it next mother's day. What a joke. Lazy and embarrassing service. Now to pray I get a refund. Reading all the reviews and how much they struggle to get a refund. Probably gonna be the same.

A flower company with no heart

I can’t think of an occasion that you really want things to go as planned more than Mother’s Day. I ordered a huge order of pink roses with a few red roses for my 96 yr old Mother, who’s in a nursing home. I wanted them to be extra special for Her on Mother’s Day, even paid $29.00 delivery fee to assure delivery. Well, They never delivered Her roses, made me sick. They agreed to refund me in 3 or 4 days but never offered to do anything to make my Mother Happy. How does this company stay in business. So disappointed.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Do not order from them. They keep rescheduling my order which was supposed to be delivered BEFORE Mother’s Day. Still, my mom has no flowers and they rescheduled again. Customer service is a joke. Save yourself the trouble and order from a reputable company. Not this one. O/10 do not recommend!

I would give them zero stars if I could. THIRD day of no delivery! Customer service will not respond to emails and calls conveniently disconnect. For $25 delivery fee, one expect on time delivery. A day delay is acceptable but three days is unacceptable .

Never Received Flowers nor Customer Service Response

I ordered flowers on Saturday and paid $25 for Sunday next-day delivery for Mothers Day (5/10). I received a confirmation email that confirmed 5/10 delivery. 5/10 comes and goes with no word from the recipient. I go online and see my delivery date was moved from 5/10 to 5/11 with zero communication to me whatsoever. I emailed their 24/7 customer support and I still haven’t heard back and it’s been over 24 hours. It is now 5:19p on 5/11 and still no response or word of delivery, so I call their support line. The recording says due to high volume they cannot provide delivery updates and to file an inquiry on their website. So I go to the website and start an inquiry, but the only option to select is change address or date. So I email again. I have zero hopes the flowers will actually deliver at this point. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences ever. Never never never ordering from this place nor suggesting anyone else order from here.

Update: We are now 4:07p on Tuesday. Still no flowers. Still no email or response from support. I’m trying to get a full refund for my order (10478732) otherwise I’m going to file a dispute with the bank. This is ridiculous!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never felt scammed by a company before. I should have read the reviews first
Not only did my Mother’s Day flowers arrive late, but they looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. What I received were cheap-looking flowers that did not resemble the photo advertised at all. It’s extremely disappointing, especially considering how expensive the arrangement was.

If the company was unable to fulfill the order correctly, they should have canceled it instead of sending something completely different.

I have emailed and left voicemails, but there is no one available to answer the phone or help resolve the issue.

I will gladly update or remove this review if the company provides a proper resolution, but at this point I am beyond frustrated and disappointed.

ZERO STARS

ZERO STARS. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I spent $100 on Mother’s Day flowers with a $25 delivery fee, only for the order to never be delivered.

The day they were supposed to arrive, I received an email saying delivery could not be completed and they would “try again tomorrow.” The next day? Same exact email. Still no flowers. No explanation. No delivery. Nothing.

What’s even worse is the complete lack of customer service. They will not answer the phone, and they have ignored my emails completely. At this point, they’ve taken my money and provided absolutely no product or communication.

Mother’s Day flowers are time-sensitive, and this completely ruined the gift I planned for my mom. Charging premium prices and expensive delivery fees means customers expect reliability and basic communication — neither of which this company provided.

I would absolutely not order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Ordered flowers for a death in the family. Just flowers kept delaying the delivery every day for three days due to who knows what. No reason was given. At that point we cancelled the order. Do not use this service if you have an important occasion.

HOT GARBAGE

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day delivery, and now on the 11th, they’ve contacted me yet again to delay the order.

Trying to get help has been just as frustrating. I attempted to create an account, but the link only produced an error message. I called customer service and sat on hold for 15 minutes, only for the automated system to suddenly become completely garbled and impossible to understand — conveniently at the exact same point each time.

I also tried submitting an online inquiry, but the form requires a subject line while the subject field itself won’t allow any typing, making it impossible to send. At that point, my only option was emailing them and hoping for a response.

Completely unacceptable customer service and experience from start to finish. I will never use or recommend this company again.

Their customer service line is crackling with a terrible connection so you can't hear or even get a person on the phone. My delivery I paid to have delivered is already two days late. I emailed for a refund but have not received a response. I'm about to get my bank to reject the charge.

This company is absolutely terrible

This company is absolutely terrible, for the money they charge they should be ashamed of the service they provide. I would have been better off planting some seeds and letting the flowers grow then give them to my loved ones for Mothers Day. 3 days after they were supposed to be delivered still no flowers, just 3 separate text messages letting me know that they suck and that they wouldn’t be able to deliver the flowers again BUT they will try again tomorrow. What a sham, JustFlowers JustSucks.

terrible company

terrible company. They promise delivery on a certain day, then they reschedule day after day, and sometimes they literally just never get delivered at all. It's impossible to contact customer service, as no one ever picks up. This site is a scam, avoid it if you can.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mother-In-Law for Mother's Day. I placed the order Friday, May 8. I was sent a notification that the order would be delivered Saturday. Saturday afternoon I received an email that my order could not be delivered and it was scheduled for delivery Sunday. I called to inquire about the delay, remained on hold for 8 minutes only to have to leave a message. I received a response to my message via email and text stating that the order would be delivered Sunday. Sunday came and I received the same email that the flowers could not be delivered and would be delivered Monday. Called again got the same response. It's Monday, My MIL still has not received her flowers and I can't get through to Customer Service. I will NEVER order from this company again and I will make sure to let EVERYONE know what a horrible company they are!

Maybe this is how I can get a response from this company. Ordered flowers on Saturday 5/9 to be delivered to my sister on 5/11. I waited until after Mother’s Day on purpose. I paid $90+ to have this arrangement and it be delivered. I have tried calling customer service multiple times. I received an email saying they were unable to deliver the flowers and would try again the next day. No explanation. And their site says deliveries are until 9pm. I received no call about the issue. The recipient never received a call. Now I’m out $90+ dollars and can’t get in touch with anyone!! This is BS.
